Excellent grounds, pool area and well appointed hotel. Spa is good with daily access. Restaurant is very good but little menu rotation, breakfast choices very good. Misleading description of associated beach, they do not have their own private beach. All up 9.3/10

Very overated hotel which does not look like it does on the picture. Terrible and rude receiption, very little helpful people. The hotel itself was not a 4 star place, compared to the standard it should be. It is not a Spa hotel since you have to pay extra 25 € each time you want access to that area. You pay top money to stay in a hotel and they are rude to ask you for more money to use the facilities. On top of that all treatments are over priced and low quality. Not a good hotel compared with other quality 4 stars hotell in Europe. I would stay away from this Hotel.

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön und ist sehr hübsch gestaltet. Das Zimmer mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht auf den See hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück (vielfältig und lecker) und Abendessen auf der Restaurantterasse haben wir sehr genossen. Der Poolbereich verfügt über genügend bequeme Liegen. Der Außenwhirlpool ist super. Die Poolbar bietet die Möglichkeit, am Wasser kulinarisches zu genießen. Alles war sauber und das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto durch die historische Altstadt mit engen Stellen und vielen Menschen in den Gassen ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Vor Ort benötigt man aber kein Auto. Beim nächsten Mal lassen wir uns vom Flughafen abholen.

The hotel is situated in a quite area of Sirmione which given the crowds, it's nice to get away from. It is however a very short walk back into town where you will find lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel was OK - our room was rather small and dated. Simple things like a hook for the towel would be good to add. Also disappointing that the outdoor pool was freezing but if you wanted to use the indoor pool you have to pay an additional £25 per person. I can understand if you want a treatment, but a quick swim - seems a little excessive for a couple to be asked to pay £50. Staff were lovely and friendly though.

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Olivi - the staff were all lovely and very welcoming, and made our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The room interiors were modern and well furnished/decorated with plenty of space and the pool is sizeable and not too crowded, even in the height of summer. Hotel Olivi is easily walkable from to the Sirmione Old Town, and is ideally located as a base for exploring Lake Garda.

A great location away from the bustle of the old town, but literally only 2 minutes away. Quiet, relaxing environment, helpful staff and a very enjoyable stay. The town itself is not car friendly, so arriving by cab from the station involved a 10 minute walk with luggage through the town - for a family I would suggest arranging either a car pass if coming by car (the hotel has car parking, but you will have little need for one past arrival), or if coming by rail a hotel organised pickup is better than relying on taxi firms that are not able to access the town past its walls. The Spa is an extra cost (€25/3hrs) but a nice treat - the outdoor pool is ‘refreshing’ and offers poolside dining.

Sirmione è bella e l'hotel è all'altezza, ma siamo rimasti delusi su 2 punti: 1. Accesso alle terme. La vostra scheda sull'hotel è ingannevole, leggendo si comprende che l'accesso alla area SPA è inclusa nel prezzo, ma invece l''accesso NON è compreso nel prezzo ed abbiamo dovuto pagare un caro supplemento 2. La camera era molto basica, bagno cieco e nel lato vecchio dell'albergo con regolatore di temperatura malfunzionante, quindi stanza caldissima o fredda. In sintesi, albergo bello, ma attenti ai costi nascosti ed alle varie fregature

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Olivi - the staff were all lovely and very welcoming, and made our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The room interiors were modern and well furnished/decorated with plenty of space and the pool is sizeable and not too crowded, even in the height of summer. Hotel Olivi is easily walkable from to the Sirmione Old Town, and is ideally located as a base for exploring Lake Garda.

Fantastisk personale som ytte topp service under hele oppholdet. Ikke så stor stab, som gjorde at vi fikk bli kjent med personalet iløpet av uken vi var der. Flott beliggenhet, pent bassengområde, og en restaurant som hadde glimrende mat.

Very overated hotel which does not look like it does on the picture. Terrible and rude receiption, very little helpful people. The hotel itself was not a 4 star place, compared to the standard it should be. It is not a Spa hotel since you have to pay extra 25 € each time you want access to that area. You pay top money to stay in a hotel and they are rude to ask you for more money to use the facilities. On top of that all treatments are over priced and low quality. Not a good hotel compared with other quality 4 stars hotell in Europe. I would stay away from this Hotel.

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön und ist sehr hübsch gestaltet. Das Zimmer mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht auf den See hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück (vielfältig und lecker) und Abendessen auf der Restaurantterasse haben wir sehr genossen. Der Poolbereich verfügt über genügend bequeme Liegen. Der Außenwhirlpool ist super. Die Poolbar bietet die Möglichkeit, am Wasser kulinarisches zu genießen. Alles war sauber und das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto durch die historische Altstadt mit engen Stellen und vielen Menschen in den Gassen ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Vor Ort benötigt man aber kein Auto. Beim nächsten Mal lassen wir uns vom Flughafen abholen.

It is however a very short walk back into town where you will find lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel was OK - our room was rather small and dated. Simple things like a hook for the towel would be good to add. Also disappointing that the outdoor pool was freezing but if you wanted to use the indoor pool you have to pay an additional £25 per person. I can understand if you want a treatment, but a quick swim - seems a little excessive for a couple to be asked to pay £50. Staff were lovely and friendly though.

A great location away from the bustle of the old town, but literally only 2 minutes away. Quiet, relaxing environment, helpful staff and a very enjoyable stay. The town itself is not car friendly, so arriving by cab from the station involved a 10 minute walk with luggage through the town - for a family I would suggest arranging either a car pass if coming by car (the hotel has car parking, but you will have little need for one past arrival), or if coming by rail a hotel organised pickup is better than relying on taxi firms that are not able to access the town past its walls. The Spa is an extra cost (€25/3hrs) but a nice treat - the outdoor pool is ‘refreshing’ and offers poolside dining.

Tolle Lage, hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Schade war jedoch, dass der Außenpool schon 19 Uhr geschlossen wird. Bei der Wahl des Parkplatzes (am Hotel) sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass man durch extrem enge Gassen fahren und Touristenmengen durchqueren muss.

The location is amazing, the breakfast is just Wow!! The room is nice, the bed is comfortable, the view from the room to the lake is beautiful. It’s in the best area of Sirmione, walking distance to everywhere.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in early June. The daily breakfast is delicious. The hotel has everything you need in terms of good restaurant, bar with excellent bar tender, beautiful grounds, refreshing pool and use of some spa facilities without additional charge. Staff were helpful with information about the best ways to get around the area and local recommendations. A lot went wrong on our day of travel to get to Sirmione, and so we arrived pretty late, and our check in was so quick and they helped right away with our luggage, and the kitchen accommodated a late snack for us. We were so appreciative and would definitely recommend Hotel Olivi.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, breakfast was delicious. We didn’t use the spa but pool was nice. Great location, away from the crowds but you need a car to get your luggage there. Driving thru town was nerve wrecking but when you get there, it’s all good. Our only regret is we only stayed two nights. Ask the front desk how to operate the AC. It’s tricky.

Just had a wonderful 5 days at the Olivi. The staff are fantastic, friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful throughout and before our stay, big thanks to Georgie for arranging our airport transfers and making our wedding anniversary even more special. The place is spotless and well maintained. Gardens and pool area are beautiful. Rooms clean and well presented. Cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. Breakfast was super, lots of choices at the buffet and other items can be made to order. Location is great too with a great view of the lake. A nice stroll to the restaurants in the historic centre or up to Jamaica beach. Didn’t use the spa but it looked beautiful. Can’t really find any faults with the Olivi. Just had a wonderful 5 days at the Olivi. The staff are fantastic, friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful throughout and before our stay, big thanks to Georgie for arranging our airport transfers and making our wedding anniversary even more special. The place is spotless and well maintained. Gardens and pool area are beautiful. Rooms clean and well presented. Cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. Breakfast was super, lots of choices at the buffet and other items can be made to order. Location is great too with a great view of the lake. A nice stroll to the restaurants in the historic centre or up to Jamaica beach. Didn’t use the spa but it looked beautiful. Can’t really find any faults with the Olivi. Would highly recommend and will be back.
