Wonderful view of ocean with Nubble Light House in the distance which made for an amazing sunrise from the second floor. Room clean, bright and comfortable not much room for moving around. Bathroom clean with bare necessities, needs shelving for personal products, glad I had a hanging bathroom organizer. Heater worked very well. Nice location for walking full length of beach. Unfortunately pool under maintenance, very disappointing not to know this ahead of time. Complimentary coffee only. Check bathroom supplies and ask for what you might need right away as desk not always staffed. I guess I’d stay again but also would be open to looking elsewhere.

Good view of lighthouse. Small room with tiny bathroom no counter space. Older folks beware, no elevator. Climb 40 steps to 3rd floor with luggage.
