We loved our stay here. The staff are all so helpful and gracious. The breakfast is incredible and we looked forward to it every morning. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location made it convenient to walk to both the waterfront and to attractions like the District 6 museum or castle. The gym was good and the little pool is lovely.

The staff at this hotel are really super friendly and helpful - but it’s a pity the product is so tired. The beds are DONE - you can literally feel the springs on the side of the bed. The airconditioning in the rooms work well - but are super noisy. The bathroom, although nothing wrong and perfectly clean - just feels straight out of the 90’s. This might have been a 4 star property until a few years ago - but it is in dire need of an update. Breakfast was adequate, but not mind blowing.

My room was a good size and comfortable, my only problem was that the air con was very loud and I needed ear plugs to sleep when it was on at night. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good with tasty coffee.

In the heart of Cape Town, easily walkable to the V&A Waterfront. Check in staff, at our request relocated us to a quieter room off the main street. Breakfast was good with loads of variety. Staff friendly and helpful!

We didnt receive the room we reserved, what made the matter worse is that the welcome letter in the room had a different name which suggested that another guest was given our room honesty for the amount paid this was unacceptable. the hotel did try and make it up to us the following day by changing the room but we left for the whole day to complete our itinerary for that day and when we returned they had checked in someone else. the hotel really needs to improve on this , they also need to consider that a welcome letter in the room creates a bond with the hotel or personalizes your stay with them and if i find a difference name ... everything else felt standard after this event.

Totally loved the amazing pool and the staff is helpful and wonderful. Unfortunately the restaurant has the worst food I have ever had. Every other aspect of this hotel is great.

In the heart of Cape Town, easily walkable to the V&A Waterfront. Check in staff, at our request relocated us to a quieter room off the main street. Breakfast was good with loads of variety. Staff friendly and helpful!

We loved our stay here. The staff are all so helpful and gracious. The breakfast is incredible and we looked forward to it every morning. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location made it convenient to walk to both the waterfront and to attractions like the District 6 museum or castle. The gym was good and the little pool is lovely.

Excellent modern hotel. Large comfortable and clean room with an enormous bed and effective aircon. Excellent power availability - not affected by load shedding at all. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of tables, attentive staff and a wonderful egg station.

My room was a good size and comfortable, my only problem was that the air con was very loud and I needed ear plugs to sleep when it was on at night. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good with tasty coffee.

Excellent staff and a great location for exploring Cape Town We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Garden Court Victoria Junction and would happily stay here again. There was a minor issue at check-in where the incorrect bed configuration had been allocated, but the reception and concierge teams resolved the matter quickly and professionally. The room was spacious, comfortable and cleaned to a high standard every day. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options that were consistently fresh and enjoyable throughout our stay. What really stood out was the service. Every member of staff we encountered was professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble and everyone went out of their way to assist whenever we needed advice or support. The location was also ideal, being only a short trip from the V&A Waterfront, Kloof Street and Cape Town CBD. A comfortable, well-run hotel with excellent staff and great value for money.

Excellent position of hôtel within safe walking distance of Green Point. Underground parking very good with instant access to hotel by lift with trolleys available- Reasonable price day rate. Only ate dinner on first evening as food rather slow to arrive with starter and main coming together. Dining area airport hotel style so dined and had breakfast in nearby places the other two days. Had lovely loft room - spacious and had semi kitchen although only used for coffee. Staff very helpful when flight delayed as room phone did not connect to airport lines. Very quick to change our room when we had a leak due to horrendous 2 day storm. Would use again.
