The room in the picture does not exist. It is a rundown hotel on a busy street with no space even for a car to drop you. The toilets have buckets, no shower curtains! It is the worst hotel I have stayed in for this price - a total rip off. It should not be on the Hotels.com website - it is a disgrace. It is not even worth £30 per night and I have been charged £130 odd per night - work it out for 5 nights it is £500. I have been a member of hotels.com for quite a long time, never had any issues - but this one is a total disgrace. If I could I would ask for my money back. Regards Virendra +44 7875143432

The staff were friendly and even gave us breakfast when we arrived at 10am which was unexpected but welcome, some fruit and an omelette. We left our bags in room and returned at 5pm for short sleep and shower before leaving to airport at midnight. However this proved difficult due to street noise, hotel other guests noise, etc. And then the main issue was the bathroom maintenance condition was poor. Was wet room with toilet/basis/shower in small area, toilet did not flush so had to fil bucket with water and poor down. Shower would not stay on so again had to wash with bucket. Not a good experience before long haul flight!
