They moved us immediately when we had toilet issues. The web site shows a pool but the pool has been filled with concrete, making there web site misleading. Arm chair in both rooms were filthy

It's just an ok stay.. the fitness center, though small is ok. Breakfast is very limited. Furnitures in the room have stains. Convenient if you need to buy something from a gast station which is just next to the hotel.

Access to the property was very complicated. If I had been towing a trailer, as I sometimes do, the parking would have been a problem. The continental breakfast was disappointing. Pet fees are cash cow only and don't reflect any additional cost incurred by the property because of my 14 pound dog.

For the price class of the property, this is the best. Pet friendly, fridge, Microwave, safe, ironing board, shower comfy bed. So why not a 5-star? Chair was so heavily stained I didnt want to sit there. Business center was on Windows 98. Yes, last century, interwebs no worky at all. But if that’s not a concern for you, by all means stay here.

Hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and varied. Someone had mistakenly poured gravy into the waffle machine, and the kind employee managing the breakfast buffet cleaned the machine for me so I could make my partner a waffle. I would stay here again on the drive between Washington state and Colorado.

While the price was good, the cleanliness and condition of the room was sorely lacking. There were splatters of something on the wall (which I removed myself with Clorox wipes), and there was a build-up of pink mold along the shower door (also removable with Clorox wipes). The inside of the shower looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in a while either. The beds were fine, but the chairs in the room were stained on the seats (we did not sit on them), and the blackout shade on the window was ripped. On a more positive note, the reception area looked cleaner than the room, and the service was friendly.

The Staff were friendly but the hotel was filthy! The Front doors, carpets and floors were all filthy. It was not up to the usual Sleep Inn standards that we enjoy. I assume they were short staffed because everyone was busy. The breakfast area was clean and well supplied.

Great location. There was a huge questionable stain on our blanket below the comforter and the couch as soon as you walked into the room to the right looked extremely filthy. Besides that, the room seemed clean and we had no issues. The staff brought fresh blankets to our room which was nice.

Long overdue review, but I haven't forgotten what an excellent stay I had at Sleep Inn & Suites. The hotel was newly remodeled so everything was fresh and comfortable. I think it was Melissa who checked me in and it was a breeze. Breakfast was typical hotel fare, coffee was good, and there was a water refill station, which I truly appreciate. I've marked this hotel as a favorite so I can stay here again next time I'm passing through.

Hotel was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. The beds were so squeaky any time someone rolled over it work everyone up. The door didn’t seal all the way and you could see light coming in and the lock didn’t work.

The room, beds, and pillows were comfortable and everything worked. There were a few things that caused me to rate the room 3 stars: no lamp between the beds, no closet, just a few pants hangers on a short stand behind the upholstered chair. The sink was in the room behind a short wall the length of the sink. My husband had stayed in this hotel before this and said his room wasn't at all like this one. My guess is that the other rooms were all taken. For one night it was okay.

This was a last minute stop for us and it served its purpose of a comfortable place to sleep. The door to our room was damaged and you had to lift and pull at the same time to get it to close and it had a gap which let light and sound in. There was, what appeared to be, drops of blood on the carpet in the hallway. Employees were friendly. Breakfast was very basic.

The room was on the small size but reasonably clean and tidy. There was no drawer or wardrobe for putting clothes. The lighting level, particularly around the sink, was set pretty low. Slept well - comfortable bed. However, not sure if the vinyl flooring was to blame but the people in the room above us were incredibly noisy pacing around at 5:30am. Breakfast choices were adequate, if somewhat limited. The location was very convenient for our itinerary - so that was great.

Overall nice hotel. Check in took forever! Invoicing for my one-night stay got screwed up with a double charge that required lengthy follow up. Lastly, please do not require your front desk staff to literally read a disclaimer one-sheet regarding services and policies. It took a long time at check in with multiple customers in line.

Very clean room and super comfy beds. We accidentally left behind a tablet in the room. The staff called us very promptly and we were able to retrieve it without much delay. Very friendly staff! Thank you!

I didn't like that I booked our room on line and when we got there the reservation was for a different day. We were told she could change the days for that night and it would still be the same price. Then we were told can't and we had to pay for that night seperate if we wanted to stay. I'm still waiting for the refund i was told was apptoved .

The woman who checked us in was very unfriendly. Seemed like I was an inconvenience to her. The next mornings woman was totally opposite. We were told there was a breakfast at 6 AM but not until 7 AM which we had to miss because of our schedule. One of the reasons we booked with this hotel as we needed to get on the road. The issue was dismissed by HO and we were told the manager would contact us but two days later, nothing.

The staff was friendly at night but at breakfast, another guest was looking for someone to help because they ran out of milk. He knocked on the staff only door saying hello, hello. He went to the front desk saying the same thing. Finally after doing what he could he knocked and found some milk in the staff only room. As he was coming out , a staff member finaly came to check on the breakfast area. She was short with him which was understandable. But what wasn’t was her saying theres someone at the front desk when there wasnt. He tried to explain that there was nobody there multiple times only to be told that there was. Even after another guest told them the same thing! Rather than accept the issue they tried to blame the guest. If something was wrong accept responsibility for the mistake. Mistakes happen. Dont blame others.

The room was good and clean. The outside of building look neglected and need some work in the landscaping areas. The breakfasts were terrible, at 7:30 AM was nothing to drink except for coffee. Look like none-one was looking that the breakfast food and drinks was taken care.

The room was clean and sufficiently comfortable for a one night stop over on our road trip. The person at the front desk was nice. The bathroom door was broken. The pillows are small and not very comfy. The decor is cheaply done. Some doors and woodwork need to be repainted. The breakfast was very basic and not too appealing. No fresh fruit and the juice machine didn’t work.

Hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and varied. Someone had mistakenly poured gravy into the waffle machine, and the kind employee managing the breakfast buffet cleaned the machine for me so I could make my partner a waffle. I would stay here again on the drive between Washington state and Colorado.

We had a nice stay but breakfast left a lot to be desired. Big hotel but teeny tiny dining area. With few breakfast options. One waffle maker with long wait for use. Oatmeal, toast, cold cereal and yogurt.

Ok for overnight at $100-120 range. Flying J truck stop next door has better prepared food options with a Cinnabon stand and better coffee.

Was not happy to arrive at Breakfast at 8:35 to find no hot food but sausages and empty hash brown container and whatever else was to be there. The waffle machine was in use but had not been clean up around for awhile by the crumbs on the counter. Not much left in the refrigerator either. So we left and ate elsewhere! Was a nice clean room and good beds, but..

Friendly staff and pretty clean room. Shower could use a deep clean, but it wasn’t the worst I’ve seen. Beds are creaky, so every time you roll over it’s noisy. Otherwise a decent stay. Good breakfast and right off the highway.

The Sleep Inn & Suites provided a large, clean room, with comfortable beds, and good amenities. Breakfast included lots of choices, including making waffles, and was delicious. Our only complaint would be that the blackout blinds had an issue with not staying fully in its track and letting a bit of annoying light in at the person in the bed near the window. Otherwise, beds, shower, breakfast, and parking were all great, and the location was perfect for a quick evening jaunt down into Twin Falls.
