The flat was very comfortable and private. The amenities are really good with big tvs, beautiful towels and bed linen and a good size bathroom. The bed was very comfortable as were the recliners! We particularly enjoyed our tea and coffee made with tank water and Bronson preferred the dog bed over his own! A good tip from John was to try the RSL for a meal! Thank you Helen and John!

We were warmly greeted by our host on arrival. Facilities are really good, clean well arranged very comfortable with great space for our small dog to explore. The weather was really cold but we were very cosy, with rugs available for people and dog.

The booking process was easy, the check in was very helpful and the premises were very clean and well stocked. It was just a short drive to the centre of Warrnambool and surrounding features. Helen the host was very accommodating with our requests and we would stay there again.

We have stayed here previously and because we enjoyed it we returned and enjoyed our stay again. The flat is self contained, very clean and tidy. Helen and John, the owners, do a wonderful job providing a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. After a welcome briefing, including tourist information, by Helen, we were completely independent and free to do our own thing. Thank you for a nice stay Helen and John.

The Cottage had everything you and your pets could want including milk, coffee, wine, chocolates, dog treats etc and is just up the road to the whale nursery at Logan’s Beach The dog beds were so comfy that our two fur baby’s preferred them to their usual couch potato positions for the duration of our stay! They looked like they were smiling for the whole trip 😝 Helen and John made us all (humans & pets) feel very welcome and at home - especially you Helen! Thank you. All in all we would highly recommend this property

Lots of space and a nice garden. TV with foxtel, electric blanket on the comfy bed, heat lamp in the bathroom and a strong shower, really dog friendly which made it really welcoming and comfortable. I had a great time and will be back to further explore the Warrnambool area :) thanks Helen and John

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this fantastic property. Helen and John were great hosts and our dog, Bing, enjoyed running and playing with their dog Jax in the large paddock. The bed was extremely comfortable and the amenities were more than adequate. We would definately recommend staying here and will most likely do so again.

Helen & John were wonderful hosts. The flat was spacious, clean and was loved by the three of us. Our dog loved her dog bed and enjoyed her space. We all found the flat comfortable and it had everything we needed and it was in a convenient location. It was close to Warrnambool and surrounds. We thank you for your hospitality and hope to return some time soon.

We had a fantastic stay at Helen's apartment! The location was perfect, just a short drive from the main attractions downtown. The apartment itself was beautifully warm and impeccably clean. Helen was a wonderful host, providing clear instructions and even providing our Afghan hound lots of towels, treats and even his own bed. The check-in process was seamless, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. We especially loved the warmth and comfort of the apartment where we could unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, a delightful experience and we would certainly come back.

We enjoyed staying in this apartment very much, particularly the combination of 1980s style bricks, woodwork, and real character with up to date accessories - except for the absence of wifi, necessitating use of a mobile hot spot. The only slight drawback is the distance out of town, making a car essential, and the not particularly interesting setting (though the farmlet is lovely, as is the birdlife, especially the fairy wrens)

Our pooch loves to travel and she gave five stars, the bed, the treats, playing with Jack, she simply didn’t want to go home and honestly neither did we. Helen and John are ideal hosts and made us feel so welcome.

Helen & John were wonderful hosts. The flat was spacious, clean and was loved by the three of us. Our dog loved her dog bed and enjoyed her space. We all found the flat comfortable and it had everything we needed and it was in a convenient location. It was close to Warrnambool and surrounds. We thank you for your hospitality and hope to return some time soon.

A lovely farm flat with great hosts and perfect location - to tour the area - for a couple and 3 Chihuahua small dogs it was perfect - flat had everything you could need and more and the hosts are the best. Helen the owner made us feel very welcome and also gave us info on the local warrenbool area . Local town was pretty closeby 10mins drive and 15 to the beach front. lots to see and explore. Highly recommend this property. Staying at a location where we felt very welcome and with fantastic amenities adds to our experience. It was my partners Birthday weekend and we were given a complimentary bottle of wine, Could not be happier! We definitely recommend property for a couple or business trip .

The booking process was easy, the check in was very helpful and the premises were very clean and well stocked. It was just a short drive to the centre of Warrnambool and surrounding features. Helen the host was very accommodating with our requests and we would stay there again.

Hubby and myself stayed here, first came across it due to being pet friendly but didn’t end up taking our babies, John and Helen organised everything for our fur babies, they met us on arrival, easy to talk too… we loved the fact it wasn’t far from city centre yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle! Lovely and quiet and extremely homey.. definitely would stay again thank you So much xx

A perfect place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city but not too far away from the magnificent coastline. Helen and John are wonderful hosts. The unit was neat and tidy and had everything we needed and more. Our four legged fur child was greeted warmly and also thoughtfully catered for. We would have no hesitation in staying again and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at Helen's apartment! The location was perfect, just a short drive from the main attractions downtown. The apartment itself was beautifully warm and impeccably clean. Helen was a wonderful host, providing clear instructions and even providing our Afghan hound lots of towels, treats and even his own bed. The check-in process was seamless, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. We especially loved the warmth and comfort of the apartment where we could unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, a delightful experience and we would certainly come back.
