My wife and I recently celebrated our first wedding anniversary here, and we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect getaway. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff, especially Joel, set the tone for our entire stay. Joel went above and beyond to ensure we had the experience we hoped for, even upgrading our room when the original didn’t quite meet our expectations. His kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism truly made us feel valued, and we would return just for the exceptional service he provided. Our suite was incredible—spanning two floors, it featured two full bathrooms, a spacious balcony, a full kitchen, and stunning views. The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by a welcoming, cozy atmosphere with a crackling fireplace and inviting chairs, perfect for unwinding before heading up to our room. In the lobby, we discovered a refreshing filtered water station with flavor options; the lemon-mint was our favorite. The first night, we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs, which were just the right temperature, and the facilities were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We also treated ourselves to a couple’s massage at the on-site spa—a truly unforgettable experience. Though it was pricier than a local massage, the expertise and professionalism of the therapists made it worth every penny. Plus, we had all-day access to the pool, hot tubs, steam room, and sauna, enhancing the relaxation. It was the perfect anniversary weekend. Thank you.

Our room was clean and comfortable .The hot tub, sauna and heated pool were very enjoyable. Staff was kind and responsive. Amazing location!

Beautiful hotel with lots of perks, they have a pool with hot tubs and gym that’s free access to guests, you can look at the slopes from your room and the fire places/ fire pits are cozy!

Great spot to stay the night or multiple nights. Huge heated pool is a blessing with the kids.

What a joke. A Murphy bed, really!? It wasn't even made when I arrived. No bedding visible. I thought this was a fluke until I heard other people in the conference laughing about the same thing. The restaurant was closed, the parking was terrible, people were circling endlessly looking for a spot, and no shuttle in sight for the lower lot. The food at the conference was awful. Cold potatoes, rubbery bacon, awful coffee, and to end the review the front desk staff was grossly undertrained for basic issues that I had at check in. I will not be back. I chose to stay at the hotel instead of an Airbnb even though it was an Airbnb conference. The basic things like a made bed, room service, and parking couldn't even be met. The rooms were dated the TV service was bad, overall a poor experience.

Our stay was great! Beautiful property, plenty happening even with the “off season” under way. Lots of good food nearby. Staff was excellent, pool and hot tubs were great. Gym has good cardio equipment but could use more weights and machines for lifting (dumbbells went from 35 to 45, then to 65?and someone had apparently stolen one of the 40lbers) but overall functional enough. Only took a star away because of the bed. It was old, stiff, and uncomfortable.

Parking is a bit unusual, but that was my only concern.

The driver from the hotel (Jeston) was awesome. I wasn’t impressed with Quinn’s suggestions of bars and restaurants. The bathroom is the common areas were dirty, except the one on the ground floor. The carpet is old and dusty. In the room, the baseboards and behind the bed was dirty. Last the hotel has ONE coffee machine on the ground floor, one- line gets long!

I was only there for a night but, luckily they were have a 4th of July Celebration which I appreciated. It was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was furnished as a lodg room were clean and comfortable. My son loved the big pool and the hot tubs. Even though it is ski resort the hotel certainly has options to explore in the summer.

The hotel has a 4:00 check-in which is later than most. We called a week in advance to request an early check-in as we were attending a local wedding that was called for 4:15 and we wanted to be able to get in our room to get ready as we were coming from out of state. They said they couldn’t guarantee anything, but to call back the day before. We did as they suggested and not only would they still not guarantee our request, the man at the front desk could not be less accommodating. As it turns out, we did get into our room at 3:00, but at that point we had already prepared for being unable to get into a room. The room itself was uncomfortable, and uninviting. The sheets weren’t soft or tucked fully under the mattress. Lamps and the alarm clock were left unplugged requiring us to move furniture to plug them in and a bottle of disinfectant was left in our bathroom. Needless to say we won’t be back.

Nice property, with friendly staff. Room was very comfortable, although it did not have a refrigerator which has become the norm and just about every room we stay in. Parking can be a bit challenging as it fills up very quickly, although when addressed by the hotel, it was taken care of right away. Lovely, only complaint would be it is such a long, long walk to the rooms

This is a convenient ski lodge that is comfortable but not cushy. The views and proximity to the ski lifts are what make it a win. The room furnishings are what you’d expect in a basic lodge environment if not slightly dated but very warm, & welcoming.

Great property, junior suite was perfect. All that we could ask for. Will be back next fall if not sooner.

Absolutely beautiful. Staff is super helpful & polite. Room is very nice, wish it had a mini fridge.

The staff was excellent! The room was clean but terrible! The king size bed was as hard as a rock!! Got very little sleep. The room had sings of water damage in the corner by the window. The TV is in a strange spot to watch from the bed and the cable nut was tripped and would not tighten down. The bathroom door would not shut unless you forced it closed. The shower head leaked unless you turned it off very hard. There was no night stand on one side of the bed making one person putting there stuff on the floor next to the bad. On top of all of this there was an extra $25.00 dollar fee witch I was not expecting for the room. The resort was excellent though and the staff was great. I heated the room!

As previous reviews mentioned the hotel is dated but we expected that so it was no surprise. However the beds were a disaster. Our room had 2 beds - one sofa bed and one Murphy bed with terrible mattresses and we couldn’t sleep in either of them.

It's a beautiful place, looks like ownership has made a sincere investment. Sadly that investment seems to be being underminded by the resort staff. It seemed as though they're being held hostage by a sustandard labor force. From the bartenders snarkey comments & preoccupation with their cell phone to the breakfast venue that opens late daily & the long should have retired am. Bellman that entertained himself with speaking down to his guests. But the biggest indicator of weakness was the menus for both breakfast & dinner were dictated by daily staffing shortages. Pitiful, limited menu offerings that are determind by the meal period. A lot of revenue is being lost from a captive audience. Should be a happy place. If it matters i was there midweek. Possibly the A team is in attendance later in the week & weekends. Property needs a shakeup. Best of luck

I cannot say enough good things about this resort. We were there mid October so a slow time for sure, service may be different during "ski season". The staff was extra attentive, the lobby and grounds are beautiful. The rooms clean and spacious. There is a restaurant on premises, but it was closed the night we stayed, staff provided a list of all restaurants in the area (most were also closed) but did manage to find one that delivered.

the room was ready to late; after 5 oclock

This is a beautiful mountain Inn. I have stay here multiple times before and I’ve always had a good experience. Unfortunately, this experience was not what I had expected. Check in time is 4 o’clock, at 3:15 we were in the area and I went to see about possibly checking in. As I know that check-in is at 4 o’clock, even though I saw everyone in front of me checking in we were told our room was not ready. And not in a very polite way not I’m sorry checking is at 4 o’clock. Let me see if there’s another room available. Would you like to sit by the fire nothing. We went to sit by the fireplace and the bartender was walking by into the restaurant, and I said what time does the bar open? He said 5 o’clock and I said wouldn’t be nice. If guess I’d have to wait for their room to get a cocktail. He invited me to come into the bar and he would make me whatever I would like. Very friendly, very welcoming, not like the front desk. At 4 o’clock we were able to check in and I was sure to get a different staff member who was much more professional and courteous. The rooms of course are beautiful. We were very happy with our room, unfortunately Nobody tells you, that when you come back late from a dinner in town if there’s no parking in the upper Cars waiting to get into the lobby to find out where to take our cars to park them. A lower lot is available/ shuttle. Wouldn’t it be nice to know this ahead of time. What a shame the entire staff was not as professional as the bartender

Liked that I could send my 11 and 14 year old to the room while my wife and I did a few more runs. Liked the ski garage too. Disliked that housekeeping never tuned our room. If I didn’t t call for fresh towels,would we have had to use the same towels for a 3 nights stay?

The hotel was conveniently located at the base of the mountain, and the property/rooms and amenities were very nice. We were a little disappointed that we had to valet our vehicle and then walk all the way down the hill and dig it out ourselves for over an hour in order to get it out of "valet". We also had a hard time getting any dinner and breakfast our last night and morning there I guess due to short staffing and weather

This was such a great find! First time staying at a ski resort and it was perfect! Really enjoyed the ski in / ski out. We had beautiful views from our room complete with balcony overlooking the slopes! Loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. Fire pits outside were also nice to have. Very cozy atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the hotel.

Can't beat this place for convenience and service. Very nice staff. Clean and up to date facility. And the mountain is great for all levels of skiers.

We stayed at this hotel in late August during the off-season. Good room and service with a nice hotel restaurant. It's not very close to town since it's a ski resort. Overall, had a good experience during our night's stay.

Overall the property matched expectations from the pictures and description. The deli market wasn't open at 7am like the frontdesk indicated and that caused issues with some plans as we were checking out and planned to have breakfast and lunch set. Even when we left at 8:30am it still was not open

Loved the scenic view and comfortable, personable heated seating and fire pit on the rear deck facing the mountain. The live music during dinner was also a nice touch.

Was woken up at 4:22 am from a child running around in in room above us. I believe the resorts has condos one and 2 floors in the grand summit. The basic rooms seem to be on the first floor, I believe the room above us had stairs as it sounded like the child or person was either jumping down the stairs or working out at 4:22 in the morning. The restaurant was only open from 5 to 9 with a very limited menu. There were no bars or other restaurants open at the mountain. The room was not ready at 2:30 even though I know that the check says they told me that they were very busy and they had bus loads of people coming in, but they were no buses of people and the resort was very quiet. The restaurant had maybe 10 people in it.
