I am writing to express my serious disappointment with our stay at your hotel. Considering that this is advertised as a four-star hotel, the conditions and level of service we experienced were completely unacceptable. The most serious issue was the lack of air conditioning despite outside temperatures exceeding 35°C. We were staying with our children, and the room became unbearably hot. As a result, neither we nor our children were able to sleep properly throughout the night. Functional air conditioning in these temperatures is not a luxury; it is a basic expectation from a four-star hotel. Even more concerning, we found bugs crawling in the room and on the bed sheets. This raises serious questions regarding the cleanliness and hygiene standards. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve at breakfast. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel as though we were intruders rather than paying hotel guests. We were instructed where we were allowed to sit without any proper explanation, and the manner in which we were spoken to was unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. The breakfast itself was also far below what one would reasonably expect from a four-star establishment. There was no bread available and no juices, among other basic shortcomings. To make matters worse, members of staff were openly arguing with each other in front of guests, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere.

Reiche Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
