Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Hagerstown

Habitación de buen tamaño, buen desayuno, variado, buena ubicación. Recomendado.

Es un excelente hotel. En una zona tranquila . Las habitaciones son agradables, limpias y amplias. El desayuno incluido es muy bueno.

The hotel was on the newer side which was nice. It was clean. I was a little disappointed for the amount I spent and the customer service. I called a head for a late check out a couple of days in advance. When I checked in it was never noted. They asked me who I spoke to. I was able to get it . I had one used roll of toilet paper which was gone by morning. I ran out in the morning and told the front desk they said they would have it in the room when I returned. It wasn’t they . I had to find a maid to get some. There was not a single complimentary water bottle in the refrigerator. I know these are little things but I feel like these are standard things.

The beds could be a little softer but the hotel was very quiet.
