It took awhile to check in with getting the car to valet when we arrived and then a long line to physically check in. All adults needed to have a copy of their ID copied which we weren’t prepared for. When entering the room, it was nothing like the pictures. It was a different layout, on the 15th floor, not updated, ants on wall, dishes, and floor was dirty. As well, there was no shampoo, conditioner, hand soap or stovetop as described. The shower bottom was peeling and AC leaking. When reaching out to the VRBO owner, no response and reached out to the phone number from the company Blu Vacation Rentals, the woman needed to talk to her manager but since it was late, almost 10pm, they couldn’t do anything. They said they were fully booked. In the morning, I had to reach out again before I got an answer. They could not move us but gave us a cleaning and a two hour late checkout. It didn’t fix that we did not get the condo that we thought we were booking. The only positive thing is that the view was amazing.

This is our second consecutive year staying here!!! The location is perfect!!! Be sure to buy toilet paper as you’re only given two rolls!!! There is a store conveniently located in the basement. As well a bar by the pool that has delicious food and drinks!!!
