We appreciated the kitchenette, but we had to plug in the microwave, only to learn that it was rusty and dirty. There were no dishes supplied and no ice available. The property is being renovated, although aged it is clean and quiet. Sam is an excellent host! However, the ac was pulling into the room the smoke from other patrons who were smoking on the grounds.

I’d give less stars if I could. I was told there would be a key fob under the mat of room 14. There was no key and the room looked like it was ransacked visible through the window. I was able to get In. Touch with a manager. Who gave us another room. Deadbolt didn’t lock, blood on bed, holes in wall, dark curly short hair in the wash rag, and no toilet paper. We left and drove home at 12:30am. Nope no thanks. Don’t even care about getting a refund. Place is horrible. We were supposed to be there 2 nights

Worst hotel experience I have ever had turned on bathroom light and cockroach running to an open hole in the wall under the sink. Paint peeling in the bathtub, possible slip hazard, yes bathtub. Never heard of painting a bathtub. Bathtub was filthy on the bottom look like 2 years of soap scum. Also the electrical was set up to run an air conditioner and taped. Very unprofessional and a very good chance of a fire hazard in the near future. No garbage can in the room nor available electrical outlets near the bed for anyone with any medical devices such as a CPAP or other. I have photos if requested I can send

This hotel is close to everything and on a busy Street. The building itself is a little older but all you can need and they keep it clean. The owners are extremely nice and very attentive and I would definitely stay here again.

Close to drive down to the Downtown Square, the Drive In, the Flea Markets, and especially Silver Springs! Room was clean, but needed updating. But that's all you can hope for with a side of the road Motel! Clean, full size fridge, AC unit did great. Good stay for the money!

I had a very nice stay. The owner is extremely pleasant and accommodating. I arrived early and was able to check into av room. The room was clean and spacious, and the motel is conveniently located near a number of restaurants. Great for the price!

The place looked like a dump from the outside, but we never made it inside because we were "too late". We came straight from work and i had to be at the hospital at 5:30 the next morning and thanks to the cove we had no sleep at all that night!

I needed to arrive very late and the hotel's communication to make preparations for me were very good. I needed to cut my trip short, and the hotel was very helpful in making changes to my itinerary and invoice. I would definitely stay at the Ocala Cove Motel

The owner Sam is absolutely awesome. Hes very accommodating and cares about his guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a good nights rest or even a place for a little while

I had to call a number to get someone to come check me in. He put us in room 17, on the backside of the small hotel. We got around in back, and instantly felt really unsafe and scary. There looked like a family hanging around outside one section of rooms. Both adults seemed on something. The 2 kids were running around playing. Our door showed so many dings and dents that I lost count. At this point I believe someone is still trying to contact this man. So very, very shady.

I was overcharged for my room. I checked out Sunday morning instead of Monday as my seminar ended early. The Manager did not answer the door bell but Amber came and opened the door so I could get a receipt. She couldn't get the printer to work so I gave her my email. I never got a receipt. I was charged for Sunday night, I contacted the Manager and he refused to acknowledge that Amber checked me out Sunday morning, even though I have proof that I returned my rental car in Orlando that afternoon. They ad says the rooms were renovated mine was not, the only thing renovated was a fridge, microwave and sink. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the floor had peeling paint. The room door did close completely but the dead bolt at least worked partly.

I made a reservation I got there early and nobody in office just bedding sheets laying out on a chair, had to call a number, I returned later and still no one around had to call again at this point I had lost patience and a guy came I said I will cancel this reservation, no problem he replied but he wanted to keep all my money, he kept 1 nights fee I wouldn’t stay there, if you can look for another alternative hotel.

The room was clean, and the bed was soft. The problem I had was in the shower, it was nice and hot with good pressure, but it was super small. And the “soap and shampoo” took up a good portion the the wall. Most hotel/motels have it I. The back wall opposite of the shower head, I hit my elbow ever shower because there was not enough room.

This motel is clearly under new ownership. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. First, great concept with the doors and giving a passcode instead of keys or cards. But at least make it work. I couldnt get in to start then called to get help. They resent another code. We tried this and got in. When we practiced it before we went to dinner, door acted up again and we couldnt leave. Then the wifi didnt work. Even the owners couldnt get it connected. I guess turning on the tv and seeing a disruption in service should have indicated the same for the internet. The shower barely worked for me. I found a lot of roaches on a desk they have by the bathroom. Its a shame the old owners are gone!!!!

The bed smelled awful, was in poor condition, the bathroom was filthy, there were stains everywhere, and the AC wasn't working properly. The door didn't close properly, so security is very poor. I rented it for two nights but didn't even stay there for 15 minutes—I had to find somewhere else to stay.

The photos do not reflect the actual motel. No staff present. Welcome mat had cigarette butts. We walked through a cloud of marijuana smoke. Did not stay here. Did not seem safe
