I don’t like writing bad reviews, because it means the livelihood of so many wonderful individuals is at stake… so i’ll write an honest one. The hotel is beautifully located and so close to the airport. The villas with private pools are something to write home about. The team is super helpful. The staff is really lovely. However, if improvements can be made, there are many. Firstly, the spa is located across the street and communicating with them was a logistical issue. You have to cross the street to get an appointment. Dining options are down to one restaurant that closes at 9pm. I was on DND and the bell rang quite a few times for different reasons. The private pool isn’t so private, with neighbors and diners in the restaurant having a direct view of it, same for the bedroom. So the curtains really needed to be closed, which was a shame. Breakfast is bland and can be greatly improved. And then forgot to return my deposit upon checkout…

Et rigtig dejligt hotel, lige ned til stranden. Vi havde et værelse med adgang til pool, hvilket vi havde meget glæde af. Morgenmaden var helt i top, de havde stort set alt hvad man kan ønske sig. Eneste minus var stranden, som pga den storm der var i den periode vi var der, flød med skrald som ikke blev fjernet.

Property and staff excellent. Beach/water sadly had lots of trash and sadly there are no garbage bins along the beach to put refuse in. We pulled lots of plastic out but had no where to put it :o( Beach in front of hotel was private, groomed daily and tidy.

Everything during our stay was perfect. Its restaurant and bar are great with happy hour. The pool is clean and relaxing. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, etc. The beach is very nice but despite hotel’s efforts there was a bit of trash. Considering that it is a public beach, local authorities could coordinate with hotels to keep the area as clean as it is beautiful. We will will come back.

The staff were extremely kind, smiling, and helpful, a real highlight of our stay. The hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable and spotless. However, the pool area lacked atmosphere, especially in the afternoon: no music at all, which was a bit disappointing. The bartender was quite serious and barely smiled, which stood out compared to the rest of the friendly team. Also, drink prices were quite high. Overall, a very good stay, but a livelier pool vibe would make a big difference.

The stay overall was good. The hotel is perfectly located in Chaweng beach. Not to close and not to far from the center. The rooms are specious ( we stayed with an existing to a shared pool) and clean. We had 2 queen beds connected which was too big, I preferred a king size instead. 2 drawbacks: 1. The facilities at the beach are poor and missing items that exist at the neighboring hotels like SUP and Kayak. Hotel at this rate can afford having those facilities 2. The breakfast was good and at a beautiful place at the beach but could have more variety…

Stor och härliga rum fin balkong med utsikt. Skön säng. Frukt på rummet. Var med på cocking class rolig och ett roligt avbräck i solandet. Tog en spa behandling och den var alldeles fantastisk. Provade även på gymet och det var ok. Pool området var fint lungt och skönt inget dunka dunka bara skönt. Ett lite lugnare område även på stranden än var det är lite längre fram. Om du vill ha beach club och fest ska du bo längre söder ut på stranden. Vi var toppen nöjda bra service bra mat bra drinkar lyxigt

Ett fantastiskt hotell precis på stranden och på behagligt promenadavstånd från den mer aktiva delen av stranden. Fantastisk frukostbuffe´varje dag med kockar som lagade till det extra som man ville ha. Väldigt fina och rymliga rum. Mycket bra städning varje dag och mycket hög service av all personal på hotellet.

Vänlig och väldigt hjälpsam personal, servicen var otrolig på alla sätt. Maten och frukosten väldigt bra och allt var väldigt rent, nytt och fräscht. Sängen väldigt hård.

This is a very nice and clean property. Tucked away from all the business streets with amazing views and a great cool. Rooms are very large and comfortable. In my opinion, the best in Chaweng Beach.

Great hotel overall. Clean modern rooms with plenty of space...property fronts directly onto beach so ideal for long days at the beach. Staff are wonderful and friendly. My only downside is the road noise late night which can be heard into early hours. This may only affect somw rooms, not sure. But ovwrall great and i will be staying here again.

Wir hatten unser Zimmer an der Straßenseite (Hauptstraße) und deshalb war es die ganze Nacht über ziemlich laut. Ansonsten gibt es keinerlei Beanstandungen. Das gesamte Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit wird sehr hoch geschrieben!

Wir hatten unser Zimmer an der Straßenseite (Hauptstraße) und deshalb war es die ganze Nacht über ziemlich laut. Ansonsten gibt es keinerlei Beanstandungen. Das gesamte Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit wird sehr hoch geschrieben!

Et okay hotel, men sammenlignet med de 2 besøg vi havde på andre hoteller, kunne de godt helt sikkert godt stramme lidt an på servicen. Restauranten på hotellet 3/5 ikke noget imponerende, men okay … Beliggenheden var skøn for os som familie, lige uden for byen og 10min gang til centrum. Værelserne var også okay, lidt slidte, har helt sikkert været pæne engang, det største minus var luftfugtigheden på værelset som gjorde alt blev fugtigt, det løste hotellet så hurtigt med en affugter maskine, men med et stort ældre vinduesparti som ikke lukker helt tæt kan man desværre ikke forvente andet. Dette skal slet ikke være en anmeldelse som gør man fravælger dette sted for det var overordnet set en 3/5 oplevelse så over middel, men lidt skuffet over de har 5 stjerner!

We had the most lovely stay at Sareeraya! Very friendly and helpfull staff. Beautyfull location on Chaweng beach, quiet but near the center. Big rooms and it was great to have a room with pool access. Excellent breakfast. We will be back! Thank you Sareeraya for an amazing vacation.

Great location. Good restaurants and bars nearby. Pool and beach great. The room however felt very motel like. Not special enough for the price. Our room was also extremely damp. We had to change our bedding at 10 pm as it was damp and we could not sleep. The room had a dehumidifier which was full after a few hours. I have never seen these in Thailand. On a positive note they let us go to breakfast 15 mins early as we had to leave by 7 am.

This resort is very nice and we loved our ocean view private patio with jacuzzi on the view deck.

This hotel is a beautiful oasis nearby the insanity of Chaweng. Quiet, relaxing, and luxurious - yet close enough to the parties & nightlife that you can walk. Fantastic beach & pool area, tasty breakfast buffet with both Western and Asian options and best of all, the jetted jacuzzi tub on the balcony. Highly recommend- I will definitely stay again on my next trip to Samui. Central location is a 15 min Grab or taxi ride from temples & fisherman’s village, for days you want something different but plan on some time just relaxing at the hotel! You won’t be disappointed!

Stor och härliga rum fin balkong med utsikt. Skön säng. Frukt på rummet. Var med på cocking class rolig och ett roligt avbräck i solandet. Tog en spa behandling och den var alldeles fantastisk. Provade även på gymet och det var ok. Pool området var fint lungt och skönt inget dunka dunka bara skönt. Ett lite lugnare område även på stranden än var det är lite längre fram. Om du vill ha beach club och fest ska du bo längre söder ut på stranden. Vi var toppen nöjda bra service bra mat bra drinkar lyxigt

This place was really great from check-in to check-out. An amazing venue, with the best beach area on this part of the island. Great staff that made everything feel possible and without even a flinch of hesitation. They also helped us sort out a baggage problem with our airline - thanks! I don’t like writing bad reviews, because it means the livelihood of so many wonderful individuals is at stake… so i’ll write an honest one. The hotel is beautifully located and so close to the airport. The villas with private pools are something to write home about. The team is super helpful. The staff is really lovely. However, if improvements can be made, there are many. Firstly, the spa is located across the street and communicating with them was a logistical issue. You have to cross the street to get an appointment. Dining options are down to one restaurant that closes at 9pm. I was on DND and the bell rang quite a few times for different reasons. The private pool isn’t so private, with neighbors and diners in the restaurant having a direct view of it, same for the bedroom. So the curtains really needed to be closed, which was a shame. Breakfast is bland and can be greatly improved. And then forgot to return my deposit upon checkout…

I had a fantastic experience staying this hotel. It’s close enough from the main areas on Chaweng beach road, but in very quiet area. All staff are super friendly, but still very professional. I will be back for sure ;)

The only thing that I liked about this property was the security guard at the front desk, and one of the waiters at the restaurant. Check in was very slow, staff was not giving me attention upon check it. The check in receptionist was terrible. Furthermore, when I asked the male receptionist for a late check out, the same terrible old female receptionist bleared something in Thai and told me that someone else was waiting for the room the next day. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE NO MATTER HOW GOOD OF A DEAL YOU GET! REMEMBER YOU'RE ON VACATION

The staff were extremely kind, smiling, and helpful, a real highlight of our stay. The hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable and spotless. However, the pool area lacked atmosphere, especially in the afternoon: no music at all, which was a bit disappointing. The bartender was quite serious and barely smiled, which stood out compared to the rest of the friendly team. Also, drink prices were quite high. Overall, a very good stay, but a livelier pool vibe would make a big difference.

We had the most lovely stay at Sareeraya! Very friendly and helpfull staff. Beautyfull location on Chaweng beach, quiet but near the center. Big rooms and it was great to have a room with pool access. Excellent breakfast. We will be back! Thank you Sareeraya for an amazing vacation.

Nice end of town to be in, 10 min walk to the main strip of shops/bars which means you can get away and relax or have the hustle and bustle if you want it. Great chilled bar/restaurant next door (Your Place). I would stay in a villa next time as the door to the suites are next to the main road and sometimes a bit of traffic noise through the night. But overall we were very happy with the hotel and amenities - the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

結論から言うと、大変素晴らしい施設だと思います。理由は、 1_設備が綺麗、スタッフの対応も素晴らしい 2_賑やかなエリアが至近、治安も良い 3_金額もリーズナブルとなります。一つだけ不満なことは朝食ビュッフェのホットミールメニューがやや少ない気がしました。ただ、エッグステーションのメニューは豊富で定番のサニーサイドアップ、スクランブルエッグ、オムレツ以外にも多数あり。タイ風オムレツはかなり刺激的！ぜひ楽しんで欲しいです♪

Very nice suite and good experience. But the only weakness is the breakfast, not enough choices of food and so so quality. The hotel is located next to the main road, so it is quite noisy during bed time. Pls do bring the ear plugs with you.

Ett fantastiskt hotell precis på stranden och på behagligt promenadavstånd från den mer aktiva delen av stranden. Fantastisk frukostbuffe´varje dag med kockar som lagade till det extra som man ville ha. Väldigt fina och rymliga rum. Mycket bra städning varje dag och mycket hög service av all personal på hotellet.

Everything during our stay was perfect. Its restaurant and bar are great with happy hour. The pool is clean and relaxing. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, etc. The beach is very nice but despite hotel’s efforts there was a bit of trash. Considering that it is a public beach, local authorities could coordinate with hotels to keep the area as clean as it is beautiful. We will will come back.

La struttura e' molto bella, il personale e' molto cortese e getilissimo, l'unica cosa che non e' piaciuto sono i servozi limitati. La sala fitness e' da rifare in toto.

Amazing position on the beach, quieter than the hustle and bustle party end of Chaweng beach. Friendly and attentive staff, extended our check out to 5pm due to a later flight. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Our room tariff included airport transfers. The vehicle promptly picked us up at the airport. Check in was efficient and smooth. We were permitted an early check in with no extra charge. I had booked a suite but was given a large bedroom with a good sized balcony. The plate outside the room mentioned that it was a suite which should have a separate bedroom and living room. At one end of the room was a tiny table and 2 chairs. So this definitely was NOT a suite by any definition. I didn't want to start off my week-long holiday arguing with the staff considering I saw the room plate and I realized there was no point. The hotel entrance is pretty dated and we didn't get any 5* hotel feeling at all. Initially we were very disappointed but after Day 1 we got used to the place. The suite front doors face the main road which could be noisy but not bad. The balcony faced the sea so that was lovely. This is a beach side property so that's a huge plus. Though the hotel has a spa across the street i used the masseuses on the beach at 500THB for a deep tissue massage. There is no shuttle service to town which is a 10 minute walk. All along the walk and in town there are plenty of restaurants from Michelin star restaurants (Day and Night and Kapi Sator) When we were checking out we were not able to have too long a late check out but the transit lounge was very comfortable with shower facilities and a collection of novels.

We came here for our baby moon. We let then know in advance and the staff had prepared well to keep our stay convenient. Vegetarian breakfast was specially prepared for us. The room was super comfortable and spacious. The balcony and washroom are massive. The staff is extremely helpful. The beach is clean and cozy as well. Loved the stay overall.
