The pool and patio area were nice and clean. Rooms were totally outdated and smelled of old stale cigarette and tub was stained and looked gross too. Pillows and bed were super hard and cover where thin. TV remote had no batteries.

The fire alarm was missing. The fire sprinklers we covered up in plastic. So clearly fire hazard!!! There was an inch gap under the door. We had to cover it with towels so bugs couldn’t get in.

A lot of roaches in the bathroom area

The place was down right disgusting. I had to call hotels.com to complain and was very fortunate to get all my money back. I am in a wheelchair and the place knew about this. Plus they knew that I just had a heart attack and that I needed a first floor and still put us in a second floor. They did not care. They put us in the dirtiest room they had with what appeared to have blood everywhere and a pentagon type symbol above the bed. Holes and blood on the sheets, water on the floor. I have video and photos to back everything up. The room was 80 degrees. The manager did not care and showed my son that the room was last clean supposedly the week before but there was no way in the shape it was. I will not recommend this place to anyone ever. It’s against the state and federal law to charge for a service dog which I do have paperwork on and they tried to charge 50 dollars first and then tried to charge 20 dollars. My son informed them they would get reported to the government and shut down if we paid them so the manager took the money out of his own pocket to pay the non-refundable fee. I was forced to make it up to the second floor room my son was going to carry me which he could since I’m only 150 pounds but all the other male guests were outside watching at this time so I sat down on my bottom (I’m a female) and backed up on step at a time. I had a longer dress on and didn’t want them getting a show up my dress.

The frame under the bed was literally plywood. There were roaches everywhere we could not stay the night there and the owner refused to return our money.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever seen Roaches in the rooms could not eat with the roaches trying to get your food no refunds given had to switch rooms that room had a dead roach in the fridge the microwave cord was cut and the attendant tried to give me the roach infested microwave from the first room HORRIBLE never ever stay here!

There was gum under the bedside table, the bedsheets had other people’s hair in it, the bathroom had a dirty plunger on the tile, the tables had random dried food all over it and the bedsheets had burn marks in them. Literal holes burned through blankets. The AC had parts missing off it so we couldn’t angle the air flow at all. The walls had mystery gunk all over it too. I can keep going but I’d rather not. I am very certain I won’t ever stay at one of these again.

I got out of the shower and walked to my bed and the bottom of my feet were black meaning that the floor hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and the shower ceiling had a lot of mold in it. Also the main lights kept blinking on and off. So we couldn’t use it.

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty, bathroom appliances were rusted, and most importantly, my room had bed bugs. I woke up with 20 bug bites from sleeping in the bed. When I checked the mattress, it was filthy. I complained to the manager and demanded a refund for the remainder of my stay because I felt unsafe and would not be staying there. He refused. Since then, I've tried multiple times to get a refund, and the managers have been extremely unhelpful. They have no idea when their "boss" will be at the property, and they refuse to give me a way to contact him. I cannot fathom how the hotel owner would allow this shameful situation to continue over one night's refund. I have never experienced a hotel as unhealthy, unpleasant, and disrespectful to customers as this. I do not recommend you stay in this place.

Dirty bath tub and pillows had stains on them

Mold on the mirror and in the shower. Toilet had pee on it. Tv was broken. Keycard takes 30 seconds to open the door. Awful place to spend the night. I didn't even stay for the second night we reserved. Losing the money was worth it

TV didn't work, wi-fi poor, toilet handle broke (could not flush) - overall a 2 out of 5 rating. The front desk agent was, however, very friendly and helpful. He even changed my room upon complaint about the tv.

Where do I start? We got into our room, all was well. AC was off, which was ok but we turned it on, it started up and didn’t cool the room off whatsoever. After 3-4 hours we asked to be moved as it was hot. They moved our rooms. The next morning the manager pretty much called me a liar and told me the AC was fine. Another thing, they give you one pillow, they do not give you any more, so don’t ask. At check out, the “manager”threatened to keep my $50 incidental deposit because we used two rooms. The hotel and room itself wasn’t horrible. The rooms look up to date but needed some work.

There were roaches in our room. Whoever was upstairs was very, very noisy all night. There were holes in the door, and the shower leaked.

The a/c colud not be adjusted. The cover on it was missing also. Had strange smell in the room.

The wifi connection did not work. The TV did not work. There was a vent hanging out of the ceiling.

I mean....its pretty much what you expect for the cheaper price. There was blood on the wall and also ended up with an allergy infection bc they are pet friendly and didnt clean well. Also smelled horrible like smoke in the non smoking room so we reported it right away so we wouldnt be blamed.But if youre looking for a cheaper choice this is it.

This was a convenient spot for us to stay while visiting some family. The hotel felt safe and was in a good location. The mattress was harder than I’m used to and had a body sized dip on one side of it. The only blanket was super thin and old, although it was so warm and muggy we didn’t need anything heavier I guess. The air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the humidity nor spread the cool air throughout the whole room, so it was difficult to really feel comfortable. A fan would have been helpful. The price we paid was cheap enough that I can’t complain too much as I value a sense of overall safety more than amenities, or perfect conditions.

Not like the pictures. Unsafe with people making very large sounds all night banging around. Inside of the room was nasty. Tub:shower is gross. Beds are like sleeping on a peace of card board. The door looks are hard to utilize the key card to get in.

I would never recommend this property for a stay. I checked in at 11 pm and even though I had reserved the room weeks in advance and had called the facility 6 hours ahead of time on that date informing them that my flights were very delayed and our late arrival time, I was told that the only room available was in a construction area and would be noisy until late in the day. I foolishly accepted and went to my room to sleep. The room smelled and was cold. I climbed into bed but did not sleep well due to the air conditioning being either frigid or off with no other adjustments available. Next the in-room refrigerator started making a noise like it was going to explode and continued to do this off and on all night. In the morning, I noticed the floors were sticky and gritty, there was mold on the tub caulking and the mirror was covered in mold (hence the smell). In the morning, I complained, and they offered me another room. Upon examination of the new room the mold smell was worse, the entry light was strobing, and the air conditioner was completely off the wall. I had booked for 8 days, and they refused to give me a refund for 7days even though the room provided was unsafe and determintal to my health.

Horrible customer service

the staff in the front desk was very very rediculously rude rude rude I guess that was the manager…. I booked a hotel for my husband and when they get there they give the room to others and I even heard it in mu phone at the background when my husband called me he keep cussing him out..!!!!

I found a needle on top of my hearboard! called the front desk several times for assistance. Everyone had an excuse and did not offer a new room or assistance. I will never come back! Terrible Service!!

Some payment issues came up with Expedia. The manager was very helpful and may have saved me from spending the night without a room.

I made my reservation late at night. It was meant for that nights stay. When I got there to check in they told me they couldn’t find my reservation, so he called Hopper and they told him it wouldn’t show until 6am. So he made me sit outside for 2 hours mind you I Uber over there with luggage and it was hot and humid outside at 3:30am. When I turned 6am I went back up to the window to see if I could check in which he then allowed me to as I had to be at work in 4 hours!!! They had no compassion or even tried to help my situation. The room was full of bugs in every corner and crawling in the toilet, sink and shower but I needed some sleep. The next day they told me “oh you need to pay a $30 check in early fee” like what? Really? My reservation was screwed up from the get go and he made me sit outside for 2 hours in this humidity then has the nerve to tell me I need to pay a $30 check in early fee. I was NOT satisfied with my stay, the property is gross and the rooms are filled with bug traps and bugs everywhere. This place is way OVER priced for that and the lack of conpasssion and not even bothering trying to help my situation better.

I was not at all pleased when I arrived and was notified that I owed a cash deposit. They said they emailed me, but I never received an email. I did not have cash on me. I had my debit card and credit card I had to argue with them to take either my debit or credit card, which is typical of hotels to do for your deposit, I also had to argue to be able to pay the deposit for the second room. I reserved for my son. They said he had to pay the deposit, even though the room was charged to an under my credit card.

Called location to verify my room and that the arrival would be before day time 2am. Was told that the location had limited rooms and that I needed to find another hotel. Refused to cancel my room and charged me anyway. Never booking to this location.

We selected the two queen bed room and because our resevation said 2 adults our room was automatically switched to 1 king bed. Very frustrating.

Turi in the front office was super helpful. I had to change rooms and this was also easily taken care of. This is a great place to stay in Tomball if you're looking. close to stores and coffee for the morning.

The room was not only completely unsafe- the door didn’t shut all the way or even lock. We had to barricade the door. The bathroom door had a punch hole in it. The mirror is broken. The sink was cracked. I would dare go barefoot in there, the floor was disguisting! The blankets had cigarette holes in them. The pillow were deflated and the beds were hard. The fridge didn’t work. We couldn’t get the AC to get colder until about 2am. I booked another hotel in the middle of the night. They refunded me for one of the three nights. Also, I went to just get coffee the first morning and the milk I put in the coffee was spoiled. All over horrible experience… the absolute WORST! I honestly don’t know how they are legally operating….

Specifically reserved non smoking but got a smoking room (i dont know why thats even a thing anymore). The room was infested with cockroaches. The sheets were stained, vanity mirror was broken, lobby was under construction so no breakfasts. Wouldnt recommend!

I will never stay in this hotel again, they have bugs all over the floors, when we left for the day, the cleaning staff didn't make one of the 2 beds, didn't clean the tub or the sink. The "breakfast" consisted of old, stale pastries, coffeepot in the room didn't work and the coffee in the office/breakfast room was so weak I couldn't drink it! I had to go next door to McDonald's for coffee!!

Cheapest in town, better than Motel 6, stay would be better if simple green was used to clean, a/c in room needs an upgrade, breakfast bar needs more variety. All in all, I'd give the property 3 stars out of 6.
