Modern. Newish. Clean. Mattress a bit soft. Powerful AC. Fridge thankfully left empty for use by guest. Near a train station and less than 10 mins to an average shopping mall. Restaurant doesn’t open on Sunday! TV- Subtitles in German only No instructions on TV or in room in English. Even the spa brochure in the room was in German. Called reception, but was told they didn’t know if or how to change it!

Service in der Bar nicht vorhanden, Getränke mussten selber an der Theke bestellt werden. Wir haben fast eine Stunde auf die Getränke Rechnung gewartet. Das sollte in einem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht so sein. Bei einem Zimmerpreis von fast 200€ pro Nacht sollte für eine Flasche Gerolsteiner Wasser nicht unbedingt 5€ berechnet werden.

Muito bom hotel, bem localizado convenientemente próximo do centro da cidade e de bons restaurantes. Quarto amplo e confortável, banheiro pequeno, mas com bom chuveiro. Café da manhã muito bom, bem completo. Boas opções de bebidas no bar. Atendimento muito cordial.

Odalarda su 5 euro .ücretli ve lezzeti çok kötü. 2 oda degıstırdım 4 kişilik family odası olmasına ragmen 1 kişinin bile sıgamayacagı küçüklükte. Yatak tv dolabının caprazında tv seyretmek için boynunuz tutuluyor. Kahvaltıda yeşil sebzeler ve zeytin çeşitleri yok. Domates ve salatalıklar vasat yenilmeyecek tatda. Otopark ücretli ve günlük 25 euro extra ödemek zorundasınız.

Very nice hotel and nice food... The breakfast was very good....the only thing I can say that is not so good is the sofa where our children at 13 and 16 years old sleeped was to hard.... The have pain in there back in the morning.... But that's the only thing we didn't like.... The best service we got when we got a cookie when we got to the hotel..... There i parking at the hotel (25 euro) but free parking around the hotel if you are lucky to get a place😉

Gutes Businesshotel. Leider sind die Bäder deutlich in die Jahre gekommen (deshalb Zustand nur Mittelmaß; Sauberkeit trotzdem gut) - leider kein Wohlfühlfaktor.

Ich habe selten so freundliches, zugewandtes und professionelles Personal erlebt. Auf alles wurde prompt reagiert. Zu keiner Zeit wirkte es gestresst oder genervt. Die Zimmer, Komfort und Ausstattung herrlich. Sehr sauber! Hier verdienen alle ein dickes, dickes Lob! Herzlichen Dank!

520€ per room, booked 6 months ahead, the rooms are of a regular 3-4* that you would pay 140€ everywhere else, the administration is below understanding, we were a group of 4, one of us had to go through 3 different rooms because there was no hot water, in the 3rd room there was no bath tub but a shower, the laundry service is absolutely useless, they will not remove any stain on the garment, really an incredible amount of money for a basic room and a pathetic service. Not recommended at all.

Ob die Dusche ausreichend warmes Wasser abgibt, ist ein Lotterispiel. Ärgerlich finde ich, dass das Hotel Mails nicht beantwortet. Unnötig ist, für einen einzigen Aufenthalt 10mal die Kreditkarte zu belasten.

Den Punkteabzug gab es für die großen Renovierungsarbeiten, von denen wir nichts wussten. Die Ankunft war auf einer riesigen Baustelle...! Das war aber auch das einzige Manko...Tolles Hotel, nettes Personal und super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis....wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, alles war sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Einzig und allein der Service in der Hotelbar hätte etwas besser (aufmerksamer) sein können. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Rolig beliggende hotel tæt på centrum i Hannover. Fantastisk service i receptionen fra Mr. Hansen der hjalp med gode råd og vejledning til byen. Yderst venlig og imødekommende. Rummelige og rene værelser med fint interiør. Fin morgenmad med stort udvalg - muligt at sidde i de og ude. Absolut anbefalelsesværdigt når turen går til Hannover.

Ob die Dusche ausreichend warmes Wasser abgibt, ist ein Lotterispiel. Ärgerlich finde ich, dass das Hotel Mails nicht beantwortet. Unnötig ist, für einen einzigen Aufenthalt 10mal die Kreditkarte zu belasten.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und hatten ein tolles Familienzimmer. Das Restaurant hat eine hervorragende Küche und der Service war äußerst aufmerksam. Klare Empfehlung!

Fint og rent hotel med pæne værelser. Fin morgenmads buffet med et pænt udvalg. Spiste en enkelt aften i restauranten på hotellet og det var fin kvalitet. Overalt på hotellet udviste personalet generelt et højt serviceniveau med gæsterne i fokus. Desuden ligger hotellet ganske fint og centralt. Vi havde 3 overnatninger og vi kommer der gerne igen såfremt vejen går til Hannover.

The hotel is close to the central station, which connects the entire city. Lots of restaurants and shops close by too. Very friendly and helpful staff at Hotel and good food at the restaurant. Will definitely stay again.

Wir als dreiköpfige Familie haben dies Hotel kurzfristig für eine Übernachtung auf unserer Urlaubsreise nach Österreich gebucht. Das Zimmer war geräumig, gepflegt und sauber. Selbst das dritte Bett war mit doppelter Liegefläche ausgestattet, so dass unser Sohn viel Platz hatte. Im Bad gab es eine Duschwanne, was wir als gute Lösung empfanden. Für Personen mit weniger Mobilität ist möglicherweise der hohe Einstieg ein Problem. Auch hier war alles sauber. Wir haben auch zu Abend gegessen und zwar im Albertz, dem Restaurant im Hotel. Dies war noch einmal eine richtig gute Wahl. Ein hervorragendes Essen und eine gute Atmosphäre waren neben dem sehr zuvorkommendem Personal die Highlights. Dank der ruhigen Lage, einer Klimaanlage im Zimmer und der bequemen Betten war auch der Schlaf erholsam. Einzig die für unser Empfinden etwas zu dicken und damit warmen Bettdecken waren ein kleiner Abstrich im sonst hervorragenden Erlebnis. Sollten wir erneut in Hannover übernachten, werden wir dies Hotel mit in unsere Favoriten aufnehmen.

Great location and lovely hotel. I just loved to be here. Hotel is comfortable with style and people are here so nice. I mean - this place is like hidden gem. I ate twice at restaurant here and it was just so delicious and service was so nice and I had good time while chatting with waitress... I would definatelly return here if I come back to this city.

Muito bom hotel, bem localizado convenientemente próximo do centro da cidade e de bons restaurantes. Quarto amplo e confortável, banheiro pequeno, mas com bom chuveiro. Café da manhã muito bom, bem completo. Boas opções de bebidas no bar. Atendimento muito cordial.

We stayed there for 13 nights and all days it was exactly the same menu For vegetarians it was straight potato hash and beans for 13 days Ofcourse milk muesli breads were there For Indians hardly any options I had put in so many special requests but none of these were catered to.

Super nice hotel, we had a family room and it was plenty spacious for the 4 of us. Breakfast was really nice as well and the 4 warm cookies when we arrived after a massive drive from England were a welcome treat. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the lack of signage in the car park so after a really long and tiring journey I wasn’t that into getting lost in the car park and going up some stairs just to find a locked door. Other than that though, super nice hotel

Skønt hotel med meget hjælpsomt og venligt personale. Alt er rent, pænt og flot. Dejligt med kaffe/te i værelset. Elsker de lune lækre cookies ved ankomst. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen! Et ønske: Et legerum til de mindre børn ville være prikken over i’et.

Et hotel hvor der ikke er noget at sætte en finger på. Alt var perfekt og lækkert. Hotellet ligger tæt på banegård og shoppingcenter, og der er privat parkering, som der dog skal betales for. Hvis vi kommer til Hannover igen, vil vi helt sikkert vælge dette hotel igen - hold nu op et skønt hotel!
