La supuesta habitación con vistas al lago no decía que estaba justo encima de la carretera. Mala insonorización. Jacuzzi roto. La comida del restaurante buena , pero como suele ser normal en el país, tardan muchísimo en traerla desde que pides, y los precios son más altos de lo normal. Aún así, el hotel está en un enclave muy bonito, con jardines y ambiente selvático. Personal atento. Cama cómoda. Lleva tapones para la habitación con vistas al lago.

Incredible helpful and friendly staff and beautiful ground. My cottage with the outdoor shower was charming. Spa facilities were not available during hours that i wanted to use them, ieri early morning and evening before and after excursion, that was sad. No pool towels also a minus. Dinner menu was expensive but nothing was very good. Breakfast however was delicious! Sri lankan menù was bevande expectation. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Room was clean, bed very comfortable, and the open-air bathroom was wonderfully unique. It felt like you were really immersed in nature and the property is beautiful. Tons of nature, greenery, and wildlife all around you. Some things we didn’t like, the food at the hotel was not very good. Service was excellent but the chef/cooks were not and need much improvement. Wi-fi is not available in the rooms so you cannot stream movies or media, which we found disappointing on nights that we wanted to stay in and relax. Also, the lake-view rooms sit above a very noisy road, so we constantly heard honking and traffic, making it hard to relax in our room and on our balcony. It also woke us up in the mornings. I would recommend choosing a room that is away from the lake so you don’t hear the traffic.

Nach längerem Warten wurden wir kommentarlos in eine schlechtere Zimmerkategorie eingebuchtet.Erst auf Beschwerde wurde eine fehlerhafte Überbuchung eingestanden. Unser gebuchte Kategorie sei nicht verfügbar.MangerJosef versprach als Ausgleich einen Drink und kostenloses Dinner. Bei checkout wurde dann aber alles berechnet und jegliche Zusagen abgestritten.Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen.
