Super fint hotel, sødt og larges personale, lod alle bruge poolen til sent og alt okay med at drikke og spise eget medbragt ved pool område. Ligger rigtig godt i forhold til seværdigheder, plazaer og shopping. Værelse fint og rummeligt med varmt vand i hanen og fint lille køleskab til vand (ingen minibar) Morgenmaden er helt simpel.

Foi razoável. O hotel anuncia ter garagem, mas conseguir uma apenas depois de muita discussão. Deveriam excluir o estacionamento das características do hotel.

Great central location, easy and safe to walk around. Near great restaurants, night life, museums and parks. Rooms and hotel were kept very clean, beds were comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Pool and area kept clean and was very refreshing on a hot day.

The housekeeping and front desk service was absolutely terrible! Rooms were cleaned daily but they failed to provide toilet paper annd despite asking several times with the housekeeping staff and front desk to bring some it never arrived, they also did not provide more soap or shampoo, again despite asking for more. Overall an ok hotel (being kind). The room was nice and it has a nice although small pool area.

Uma decepção para todos nós, a piscina estava vazia e a área de lazer abandonada, sem vidro nas mesas e com os ombrelones todos rasgados. O ar condicionado do quarto quebrou na segunda noite, a televisão era tão velha que não tinha suporte para streaming, o banheiro tinha "box" que molhava todo o chão até a porta de entrada. O café da manhã era mediano, servem suco de saquinho ao invés de natural e tem poucas opções. A localização é ótima, mas somente isso, tem vários hotéis por essa região, jamais voltaria nesse.

We had largely pleasant stay. The breakfast was very good and although you were asked to book in for a 45 minute time slot, the staff still had difficulty keeping the buffet supplied. That meant that you could arrive and find there were no cleared tables nor was there food available if you didn't want something sweet. The swimming pool area was very nice and there were tables outside there where you could eat if the weather was pleasant. The staff spoke English and were helpful. The location is very good for walking and also is right close to the ticket office for the hop on hop off bus. If you have cash buy your tickets there. For us the major downside was that we had specifically chosen the 'Pay the Hotel' option in Expedia when we booked only to discover that our credit card had been charged as soon as we booked. When we went down to pay the night before we were leaving (we had a early morning flight) we were told what had happened. We showed them the reservation booking that clearly said we were to pay at the hotel and they acknowledged that it was their mistake however, for reasons that we cannot understand it was apparently simply impossible for them to reverse the charges and let us pay in cash. This effectively doubled our cost of the stay because of the exchange rate system in Argentina. We contacted Expedia and they were NO help and their site still says you can pay at the hotel. Buyer Beware. Two bottles of wine were not sufficient compensation for this mistake.

Good hotel for the price! Cleanliness could be slightly improved but felt safe and staff was nice.

We arrived to our room and noticed first thing there was blood on the sheets. We went to the reception and they switched our rooms. No apology or anything. The next room smelled like sewage the entire stay and we had to keep the fan open throughout our stay to be able to breath in there. The rooms are poorly maintained. The rest of the hotel amenities were fine. We would not recommend.

Clean room

Service at the front desk varied significantly; one person was very friendly, the woman when we arrived for check in was not. The main issue was with the floors for the room; they were disgusting. All hard floors and obviously not cleaned with any frequency. The amount of dirt on my feet was nasty after walking around in the room. Also, the items in the fridge aren’t free, but I didn’t see that posted anywhere in the room - let alone the prices. Next time I’d pay a little more to stay somewhere a bit nicer.

Loved the location. Hotel lobby smelled terrible... like car air freshener and the rooms werent clean at all (stepped on a toenail, sticky bathroom floors, no covers on the duvet, someone else's hair in the linen, dirty towels). Made me appreciate every other hotel/airbnb on this trip around Argentina.

Hotel limpo, cama excelente e bem localizado, indo para restaurantes a pé, questão de 2 quadras. Negativo: no banheiro não tinha box, apenas uma divisória então molhava todo o banheiro após o banho. Ar condicionado não era muito bom mas como estava frio, abrimos a janela.

El servicio fue excelente, pero la cama estaba muy mal estado se hundía bastante conforme pasaba los días, eran dos camas individuales juntas el cual se sentía la división en el medio. Creo que al ser un hotel y el uso prioritario es descansar no fue lo esperado.

The room was clean and large (we had the Business Suite). The bathroom was especially large and much appreciated for our 12 night stay. I would say the Fuente Mayor is a fantastic value for the price!!

Friendly staff and simple room. Meets the brief and the price, however had the issue where the sewage smell will come up through the drain in the bathroom. Didnt try the breakfast.

O hotel está muito bem localizado no centro turístico de Mendoza, possui bom café da manhã, com instalações que atendem as necessidades básicas. O atendimento é facilitado e prático. O ponto baixo é a ausência de porta no box de banho porque deixa o chão do banheiro molhado.

We found some details in the room, the refrigerator was empty, plug far from the desk and had no extension so I had to move the desk, there was no floor towel, some loose items in the bathroom, indicators of lack of maintenance of some elements. The hotel looks remodeled, new elements, good cleanliness and facilities. Good location and people very friendly and willing to help.

Great hotel! The staff is very helpful and friendly too. The room needs urgent update: No smart TV, the soap dish and toilet paper holder kept falling on the floor, the soap was horrible and the towels very old and sometimes stained and ripped. Other then that my experience was good.

O quarto estava quente e não havia regulagem do ar condicionado, reclamei mas eles disseram que no inverno o ar condicionado não poderia mexer na regulagem da temperatura. Senti calor todas as noites e tive que abrir a janela.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent, staff had an excellent customer service, Elizabeth oriented us very nicely. Matias helped us with the AC at the room and took action immediately. We arrived at Christmas Eve and everything closed in the afternoon and on Christmas Day almost everything was closed. Breakfast was good . But I recommend this hotel.

Llegué dos horas antes del horario de check-in por un viaje de trabajo y no mostraron ninguna intención de agilizar el ingreso. Recién pude ocupar la habitación por la noche. La habitación resultó muy básica y pequeña, con almohadas incómodas - las alfombras de los corridors sucias. Solo volvería a elegir este hotel por la comodidad de su ubicación cercana an mis compromisos laborales.

First 2 days front desk was great. At check out it seems the person at front desk was overwhelmed. I can understand that but would have appreciated a little bit of friendliness.

The staff was excellent! Super helpful and very patient with us (we do not speak Spanish very well - thankfully, they do!). And you can't beat the location! Right in the heart of the city center. Everything you could want to see or do is minutes away. And all the best restaurants are close. Highly recommend. I would stay here again!

Não me pega mais. No dia que chegamos pedimos mudança de quarto, de preferência para um andar mais alto por dois motivos: 1) barulho: barulho da rua (acústica ruim) e um barulho constante que parece de gerador, algo assim que incomoda bastante. Principalmente quem sofre de insônia. 2) cheiro de esgoto absurdo. Quando vc entra no quarto já senti. Descobrimos um ralo grande embaixo do lixo do banheiro e o cheiro vem dali. Da pra ver a água, esgoto nitidamente quando olha joguei vários vidrinhos de shampoo pra ver se amenizava. A pessoa da recepção não gostou do meu pedido de mudança, disse que o hotel estava cheio. Falei que não tinha problema poderia mudar no outro dia (domingo) pois ainda ficávamos até sexta. Não tivemos nenhum retorno, toda vez que entrava e saia olhava pra cara do funcionário e ele d cara feia pq sabia o que eu estava esperando. Na reserva está uma cama queem. O que recebemos foram 2 camas de solteiro juntas, com um buraco no meio e um pillow top fininho pra “disfarçar”. Qualidade da cama bem ruim. Não é o que parece mas fotos, infelizmente. O que o hotel tem de bom é o café da manhã, localização e cortesia dos funcionários da cozinha.

a localização é o ponto forte deste hotel. Localizado próximos a bons restaurantes, adegas, e das praças da independência, praça chile e italia. Proximo a mercados e farmácias. Os funcionários são atenciosos e solícitos, à exceção uma recepcionista no período da manha que sempre deixa faltar um sorriso no rosto. nosso quarto tivemos o inconveniente que a água do chiveiro escorria para o piso do banheiro, por falta de box ap104. Café da manha poderia ser melhor, é bem basico.

O café da manhã era fraco. Sugiro incluírem mais opções de frutas e opções de leite/yogurt zero lactose e mais variedade de pães. A reposição eram bastante lenta, bem como a limpeza das mesas. Os quartos precisam de manutenção, estão bastante antigos e com defeitos. Ar condicionado com defeito e fazendo muito barulho, portas com a fechadura quebrada, blackout das cortinas não vedam bem. No mais, o hotel tem um bom atendimento e os funcionários são muito Educados. Porém não substituíram os copos/sujos usados que haviam no quarto.

A localização do hotel é excepcional, fu amos perto de pracas e otimos restaurantes. Fizemos tudo a pé. O café era muito bom para o padrão argentino. Eu tenho restrição ao gluten e todos os dias tinha opções pra mim. O quarto limpo, roupas de cama de qualidade. Adoramos. Certamente voltaremos.
