I surprised my husband after we dropped our son off at college and brought him back to where we were married 34 years ago. We were overwhelmed with joy to find the Curry Estate had been lovingly restored to the historic inn's original beauty. We also enjoyed our delicious dinner and highly recommend Restaurant Six. The bar provided a fun time with great local entertainment.

This is a lovely place. It has a great charm with its wood staircase and furniture. I would stay again. And the bar in the restaurant was very nice.

Curry Estate was great and special. Such a personal never met before ! Unbelievably how nice they were! The surrounding beautiful, eating great and the bar you want to sit there everyday. What a fantastic experience. Thank you all from Curry Estate!

Bar and food was great. Room was cute. Breakfast was cold and sad - and it felt like there was no one around anywhere at any desks. Very confusing to figure out where to go for anything. Front lights at street entrance are not working, and I drove past 3 times before I could see the entrance in the dark.

This is a nice place to stay. A classic inn nicely decorated for the holidays. Includes a continental breakfast but the quality of that is marginal at best. Some attention to details needed. Arrived to a pitch black mud and gravel parking lot (lights not on at 6pm). Well run the property has great potential. Locals say the restaurant is very good.

First time staying as we had a party with relatives nearby. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The bar is quaint and cozy with an outstanding bar tender. We had some great drinks and bar food was tasty!

Friendly staff and beautiful small property. Incredibly charming estate. Had a decent night sleep, but walls are thin. Could hear the couple above us. Rooms were cute but dated, had quite a bit of bugs in the room without any windows opened. Shower couldn’t close properly so floors flooded after every shower, toilet was old so it clogged during our stay. Breakfast was ended and cleared out 30 minutes before the time we were told it was supposed to end, we were quite disappointed and so were some other guests we bumped into on our walk to the main building. Just not worth the price we paid.

Fourth time here, I believe. Rooms are large, clean, nicely kept and the common areas decorated tastefully. Good mattresses and bedding! Super friendly staff! What more can you ask?!?

Vassar visitors: stay here! Le Chambord is comfortable and well-maintained. It is a historic property that has clearly been well kept by the Curry sisters! The bedroom was HUGE - furnished beautifully with a desk, dresser, couch, chair, mini-fridge, closet, and a king sized bed. The bathroom was fabulously renovated with a new shower, floor tiles, and countertop. The parlor has a beautiful chess board and Scrabble set - we sat and played in the morning. The continental breakfast was enough - good coffee, tasty pastries, yogurt, and some fruit. Nothing fancy but enough to start the day with! We did not stay for the full restaurant experience (Sunday breakfast at 12). I would definitely stay here again.

This was a combination anniversary and horse show weekend. Room 20 was lovely. Two double beds, desk bureau and two wing back chairs. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. Dinner, in front of the fireplace was such a special touch. The prix fixe meal was excellent. Beautifully presented and expertly served. Bruch the next morning was equally delicious. We will be vack.

I really wish I can give a 5-star rating, because we really like the property and the staff. But the condition of the room is a bit off, two lamps were broken, and there's a broken glass. We will definitely come back, and hopefully they will be repaired. Thanks to the staff!

This was my second stay at Curry Estate . The first was with my daughters for a winter getaway and this a stopover on our travels. The staff is friendly and so helpful. It feels like an Inn yet the accommodations are so very nice. The rooms are large, sheets and mattresses very good, new baths and carpet modernize the romantic vintage feel. The hotel was quiet, we slept great! This is hands down a wonderful stay and the winter package can’t be beat!

Fantastic stay! The king deluxe room was exceptionally comfortable and clean! The show stopper was the dinner at Restaurant Six! Incredible service, good and old world ambiance. Must not miss dinner there!

The room was excellent, clean and spacious. The bathroom could use a better shower head and the floor needed a rubber matt. The cushions of sofas needed to be upgraded. Otherwise, even our friends were impressed with the property and it’s up keep!

The room was very nice - spacious, comfortable. Only problem: could hear the guest walking around above me on the 2nd floor. The restaurant is very pretty. Problem: I could hear everything being said in the kitchen. The meal last year was excellent. This year, the special entree (red snapper) was oversalted and the soup was mediocre.

We always have an amazing time at Curry Estates! Everyone is so loving and accomodating! They meet all our needs and always have a smile on their faces. The owners come around to talk to everyone and they pitch in to help! It is our go to place to relax yet have fun!

Staff is very friendly. We accidentally booked room for next night and they changed it for us. Continental breakfast was good. It’s located in separate house about a 500 foot walk from rooms. Had a bed and breakfast feel. Highly recommend!!

We stayed for a quick night. Check in was easy and room was large with clean bath. The beds were very comfortable. We ate at the Restaurant, delicious.

Absolutely Beautiful Grounds. The staff, especially Ginger and Darin were wonderful, personable and made us feel we were home. We also met Kathleen, one of the owners and that was a treat; since the six sisters photographs are featured within the establishment. Overall review A+

Wonderful stay. Staff were incredibly helpful, even offering to go get pizza for us, as were on a biking trip and nothing was open to deliver. First rate.

First time staying as we had a party with relatives nearby. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The bar is quaint and cozy with an outstanding bar tender. We had some great drinks and bar food was tasty!

What could be bad? It is a beautiful old estate in an area of rolling hills, lots of greenery, very peaceful, with A homegrown staff of attentive and lovely friendly hosts. Highly recommended!!!!

Vassar visitors: stay here! Le Chambord is comfortable and well-maintained. It is a historic property that has clearly been well kept by the Curry sisters! The bedroom was HUGE - furnished beautifully with a desk, dresser, couch, chair, mini-fridge, closet, and a king sized bed. The bathroom was fabulously renovated with a new shower, floor tiles, and countertop. The parlor has a beautiful chess board and Scrabble set - we sat and played in the morning. The continental breakfast was enough - good coffee, tasty pastries, yogurt, and some fruit. Nothing fancy but enough to start the day with! We did not stay for the full restaurant experience (Sunday breakfast at 12). I would definitely stay here again.

This was a combination anniversary and horse show weekend. Room 20 was lovely. Two double beds, desk bureau and two wing back chairs. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. Dinner, in front of the fireplace was such a special touch. The prix fixe meal was excellent. Beautifully presented and expertly served. Bruch the next morning was equally delicious. We will be vack.

Bar and food was great. Room was cute. Breakfast was cold and sad - and it felt like there was no one around anywhere at any desks. Very confusing to figure out where to go for anything. Front lights at street entrance are not working, and I drove past 3 times before I could see the entrance in the dark.

This is a nice place to stay. A classic inn nicely decorated for the holidays. Includes a continental breakfast but the quality of that is marginal at best. Some attention to details needed. Arrived to a pitch black mud and gravel parking lot (lights not on at 6pm). Well run the property has great potential. Locals say the restaurant is very good.

Fantastic stay! The king deluxe room was exceptionally comfortable and clean! The show stopper was the dinner at Restaurant Six! Incredible service, good and old world ambiance. Must not miss dinner there!

The room was very nice - spacious, comfortable. Only problem: could hear the guest walking around above me on the 2nd floor. The restaurant is very pretty. Problem: I could hear everything being said in the kitchen. The meal last year was excellent. This year, the special entree (red snapper) was oversalted and the soup was mediocre.

If you are looking for something other than a chain, I recommend this hotel. Two restaurants on site. Grounds are beautiful. Hotel is well maintained for its age. We visited the Beverly lounge for dinner with live entertainment. Had a wonderful stay. Truly recommend.

We stayed one-night. Our party took two rooms on eve of Mother’s Day so unfortunately couldn’t serve us breakfast since they reserved the entire restaurant(disappointed not able to experience the elegant restaurant) to honor the owning sisters, therefore the hotel building was like a “ghost town”. The two staff members we encountered were pleasant although not able to offer much.
