Only thing we liked was the staff. They were very nice & accommodating. Even when I joked with the guy at the desk about the pool being empty. The pool looked welcoming on the website as it was advertised as being available.

The room was clean, the staff was great and friendly, sadly the jets on the hot tub in our room were not working. Also the liquor store in the hotel had great prices!

Clean and comfortable. Small breakfast selection, no tea bags for the hot water, but coffee was good with plenty of creamer/sugar. The pool and "rec room" is closed, but would be better if windows of pool and rec rooms were blackened out so you can\'t see the condition of those areas. Otherwise, the AC was working very well, our 2nd floor room was quiet.

This experience was terrible. They "upgraded" our double room due to overbooking to a fantasy type suite. It was tacky and things didn't work right. Half lights didn't work, the jacuzzi tub was difficult to figure out, the shower was barely functioning, the breakfast was poor quality, there was no elevator for a two story hotel. When we called the front desk for help, we were treated poorly and did not get the help we needed. The hotel had many screens broken off or missing from the windows. The tissue box had three tissues in it! There were no USB outlets. No lamps at all, only overhead lights; half of which had switches that didn't work. Due to the dismissive attitude from front desk staff, we decided not ask for the missing items (tissue). The only bright spot was the lady that checked us in was very pleasant and friendly.

This experience was terrible. They "upgraded" our double room due to overbooking to a fantasy type suite. It was tacky and things didn't work right. Half lights didn't work, the jacuzzi tub was difficult to figure out, the shower was barely functioning, the breakfast was poor quality, there was no elevator for a two story hotel. When we called the front desk for help, we were treated poorly and did not get the help we needed. The hotel had many screens broken off or missing from the windows. The tissue box had three tissues in it! There were no USB outlets. No lamps at all, only overhead lights; half of which had switches that didn't work. Due to the dismissive attitude from front desk staff, we decided not ask for the missing items (tissue). The only bright spot was the lady that checked us in was very pleasant and friendly.

We were allowed early checkin, which was greatly appreciated. I unfortunately didn't pay close enough attention to the fact there is not elevator, so if you have some mobility issues, please make sure they are aware. Our room was non smoking, but when you opened the door, there was a stale smell of smoke. Should be aired out and cleaned well. Be aware that the beds are fairly high, so if you are short, you may want to take a step stool. For the price, this was a decent hotel.

Room had stained carpet, toilet lid was loose, had a few burnt out light bulbs, and had an over all weird smell. I’ve stayed here previously and those suites were a lot nicer.

There were dirty underwear in the room even though the clerk bragged about just cleaning. The whirlpool drain was broke. We didnt have clean towels and when they brought them up they tossed them on the ground outside the room. There were sketchy people out and about the property.

The carpets and tile need to be cleaned. Granddaughter put her 9 month old on floor when they arrived after an 8 hour drive picked him up a few minutes later and his knees and legs were black from crawling.

We booked a standard king room upon arrival the room stunk like mold so decided to “upgrade” at our own expense to one of the suites and landed in cupids nightmare. Literally nothing worked properly in the room including whirlpool, lighting, and shower. It was so cheesy 90’s vibe Which added to the fun I just wish something in that room worked.

New carpets, clean rooms. Window would not close all the way or lock. Bar of soap so small that with two of us it was not enough. Breakfast was waffle, cold cereal, hard rolls that you can pour hot sausage gravy over with coffee and juice. Our room was on the second floor above the liquor store and loud all night and very early morning.

Overall, not bad The window didn't sit straight. So when you close it, it had a small gap at the top. The hair dryer wouldn't power on which I didn't need it anyway. But just testing things The bottom drawer of the dresser was stiff, didn't want to open. One of the lamps only had one bulb instead of 2.

Dirty walls with holes. Hard beds. Curtain didnt fully cover window and very bright light was directly on bed. No elevator to second floor. Terrible water pressure in shower, sink had plenty. Pool permanently closed. Get what you pay for i guess.

Visited from Kansas City. Stayed in the Roman themed room. definitely not worth $160. Cleanliness did not exist, lights turned on and off by themselves and the jacuzzi jets turned on randomly throughout the night and no way to shut them off. 0/10 recommend

The smoke detector started chirping around 9:30pm after my toddler was asleep. The front desk attendant came and watched my husband remove it and then took it away. This is a safety hazard and illegal. But also, they are ten year smoke detectors! Put them on a schedule and switch out before they chirp at guests at night! Additionally, the AC didn’t work in one of our rooms and the toilet ran all night. The floodlights to light the parking lot made it seem like day in the room all hours. The breakfast was maybe the worst I’ve ever been offered at a hotel and questionable on the safety and freshness of those items (the waffle maker left black specks all over my kids waffle, the gravy for biscuits and gravy looked days old). We used the pool but the paint is peeling all over it the floor of it so I was glad my toddlers couldn’t touch the bottom. The water was clean though and we still enjoyed it. The (regular?) clientele seemed to linger in hallways most hours or yell obscenities in their rooms at each other. The area seemed unsafe. Not kid friendly: liquor store attached to hotel, casino machine in lobby, folks lingering in hallways.

A lot of transients loitering around outside of building. They were staying in what looked like an old conference room in the building with lots of suitcases all over that room. They left the door open to that room which is how we saw inside. Pool is permanently closed and used as storage room for old computers and office supplies. Staff was hard to find. Our 1st room had a crack in the bathtub and wall was soft from damage. The 2nd room was ok but also had a tub crack but was patched. Tub would not hold water because the plug was broken. The bed was hard. Maybe the themed rooms are better but the standard rooms are not good. Ok for a cheap stay but would not book with them in the future.

Treated badly because I wanted to pay in cash. Guy was unfriendly the whole time. I’ve been staying there 2 times a year for the last 3 years. I’ll stay somewhere else from now on. Also the bathroom door wouldn’t lock and there was mold on a piece of bread at the breakfast.

The hotel is near by restaurants, gas stations, and a few minutes from the casino. For a 2 star hotel it really wasn't too bad. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The property was in a great location, close to the casino and had food options within walking distance. Check in was fast & easy. We stayed in the Cave themed room, it was very cool! The shower was AMAZING. The sauna and hot tub in the room were awesome features as well! It was a very relaxing night away from home.

The room was not bad and offered a good lineup of tv channels. It was handy to multiple restaurants. I was pleased and would like to stay there again sometime. I was most impressed about being able to check in a few minutes early; sometimes this presents a problem, but not this time.

The smoke detector started chirping around 9:30pm after my toddler was asleep. The front desk attendant came and watched my husband remove it and then took it away. This is a safety hazard and illegal. But also, they are ten year smoke detectors! Put them on a schedule and switch out before they chirp at guests at night! Additionally, the AC didn’t work in one of our rooms and the toilet ran all night. The floodlights to light the parking lot made it seem like day in the room all hours. The breakfast was maybe the worst I’ve ever been offered at a hotel and questionable on the safety and freshness of those items (the waffle maker left black specks all over my kids waffle, the gravy for biscuits and gravy looked days old). We used the pool but the paint is peeling all over it the floor of it so I was glad my toddlers couldn’t touch the bottom. The water was clean though and we still enjoyed it. The (regular?) clientele seemed to linger in hallways most hours or yell obscenities in their rooms at each other. The area seemed unsafe. Not kid friendly: liquor store attached to hotel, casino machine in lobby, folks lingering in hallways.

I enjoyed how friendly the staff was, the comfort of the bed, and a decent breakfast as well. Totally worth the price and I'll definitely revisit for one of their theme suites

New carpets, clean rooms. Window would not close all the way or lock. Bar of soap so small that with two of us it was not enough. Breakfast was waffle, cold cereal, hard rolls that you can pour hot sausage gravy over with coffee and juice. Our room was on the second floor above the liquor store and loud all night and very early morning.

Clean and comfortable. Small breakfast selection, no tea bags for the hot water, but coffee was good with plenty of creamer/sugar. The pool and "rec room" is closed, but would be better if windows of pool and rec rooms were blackened out so you can\'t see the condition of those areas. Otherwise, the AC was working very well, our 2nd floor room was quiet.

This experience was terrible. They "upgraded" our double room due to overbooking to a fantasy type suite. It was tacky and things didn't work right. Half lights didn't work, the jacuzzi tub was difficult to figure out, the shower was barely functioning, the breakfast was poor quality, there was no elevator for a two story hotel. When we called the front desk for help, we were treated poorly and did not get the help we needed. The hotel had many screens broken off or missing from the windows. The tissue box had three tissues in it! There were no USB outlets. No lamps at all, only overhead lights; half of which had switches that didn't work. Due to the dismissive attitude from front desk staff, we decided not ask for the missing items (tissue). The only bright spot was the lady that checked us in was very pleasant and friendly.

The place was easy to get to. Nice parking lot. Checking in was easy & the guy was very nice. The breakfast was not want you expected. They had a (1) waffle maker, very small muffins (they were fresh), cereal, coffee, juice that was it. The room was clean. The bathroom door by knob was badly damaged, as I went through my top caught on it (just snagged. The room when we first went in smelled like pee. When we went out for the evening & when we came back from breakfast it still smelled.

We've stayed at this hotel before and were satisfied. But it's been a while and the place has gone down hill. When we pulled up it was apparent that the hotel has become the go to place for construction workers, a large group were having a loud party in the parking lot. Its starting to look run down too, broken doors and windows. The pool looks like it's only used by the kids of the owners, lots of toys and life jackets lying around. Our room was dirty, the carpet dirty in the corners, the lighting in the room is not the best so it wasn't apparent when we got in there after dark. There was dirt and even dead bugs in the corners, not sure when the last time it was really cleaned. There was also a dead cricket in the bathroom and a live bug of some sort on the bar. We got a designer suite, so it had the jacuzzi tub, but half the jets were inoperable and half the lighting didn't work. The sheets on the bed and the towels were at least clean. Everything is outdated in the room. When I brought these issues to management's attention they said they'd never had anyone complain about any of the things I'd mentioned before. Then they offered to give me a large discount on the room. In the end they gave me a discount but it was nowhere near what they said they were going to give. All things considered, I don't see us ever returning to this hotel.
