The parking lot was insanely I didnt even park in it.

Low stakes but might have the worse fitness center I’ve ever seen.

This is stopover hotel not a destination hotel. It does include breakfast and a fitness room. It is right off the interstate and a few restaurants within walking distance. There is no elevator but steps were manageable. The clerks were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we found the bed to be quite comfortable. And the cost was within reason for a weekend stay. Personally I think it is a little far to be considered near the airport, but that is my opinion. I would for sure stay here again. Also, there is some entrance construction going at this time.

No elevator

Was advised to have a pool, once arriving was told the pool was permanently closed. The air conditioning in the room would constantly turn off and on and was very loud. Walls were very thin and you heard everything.

The parking lot and outside pool area made this place look like a total dump, but the inside was like transporting to a 5 star hotel in comparison, the front desk lady let me know they were renovating and the parking lot and pool area were next. also the walk to an ice machine that worked was crazy and no vending machines. breakfast was good tho, and im sure theyre fixing these other things in time. room was very nice and clean, spacious bathroom and nice TV

My stay was good but i wish i knew about the construction and lack of elevator.

The rooms had just been remodeled we're very nice, and even had usb ports fir charging. The inly downside is they advertised a pool and as part of the remodel ut was removed.

Unfortunately, the parking lot was being replaced so there was a great deal of dust and dirt from the construction crews. Not a good time for a review considering all that was going on at the time of our visit.

I’ve stayed at several La Quinta Inns in the past, and they’ve always been a good experience. This property was bad. It’s old and broken down. I can tell that they are trying to fix it up, but it’s more of just cosmetics. Painting over things that need to be replaced. My Bed was sunken in in the middle. It was so old. That’s the first time in a long time that I felt like I had to check the mattress for little critters. There were none, but I noticed that the mattress itself was very dirty and yellowish. The linoleum floor was dirty. I made sure to keep my shoes on the entire time. The room just gave a cheap drop in motel feel. I pulled the office chair out to sit at the desk, but the chair itself was filthy. There were so many stains on it so I just sat on the bed instead. I should’ve been wary of the low price listed for the room, but I thought well, it’s a La Quinta, it can’t be that bad. I was so disappointed. Never again. Oh, I can’t forget to mention all the noise from down the hall, coming from the other rooms. I guess the cheap price listed brought in other undesirables too.

Upon checking in we noticed the hallway to our room was dirty. Needed vacuuming.amd shampooing. Hence the reason the lights were extremely dim going to the room. When going into our room the floor was dirty, the couch was dirty and upon checking for bedbugs we found crumbs on the mattress under the mattress protector. We also found what looked to be a dead bug although we couldn't be for sure. We did not stay and requested to cancel our reservation. Your desk clerk assured us she would cancel our reservation and we should receive a refund. Within 4 days.

The hotel smelled of marijuana and cigarette smoke. There were stains in the bed linens and bathroom sink top. Disappointed with the hotel. They appear to be renovating and that was not the issue

The linens were stained and worn and the carpets in the common areas were heavily stained. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Found a hair in my sheets and bathtubs, felt overall unclean

The cleaning is not good, the bathroom floor was dirty the bed wasn't made properly and the place were the refrigerator is was not cleaned AT ALL!!

The room didn’t have a doorknob in the bathroom. Bedding was dirty (hair on the pillowcase and food on the sheets).

It’s a mess. We had hairs all over the comforter which weren’t ours. Random hairs stuck to the wall in the bathroom. The floor had what loooked like someone wrote all over it with a sharpie pen. The ceiling repairs were all over and not finished. Caulking in random places. The outside was in just about the same condition. Parking lot needs A LOT of work. We stayed in the “suite” so I’m not sure what the other rooms were like. The lobby was nice and clean though.

There was black mold in my room, toilet paper covering the peep holes in the rooms, and drywall mud throughout the hotels trying to cover the holes on the hallway walls. Very loud place could here everything thing going on in others rooms. Was also old food all over the floors.

The towels and wash rags were dirty the first day. The beds are so worn out. We could not really get comfortable at night because it was worn down in the middle.

This hotel is incredibly Loud…ac/hearing unit kicking on wakes you up every few minutes, all the door’s slamming, noisy guests (I’m certain someone broke something in the trim above me around midnight because the bang shuck my room!) and then the maid in the morning, I could hear her 5 doors down. Not to mention for some unknown reason, my room (122) received 2 wake up calls, even though I never asked for any. I barely slept at all! The front desk guy didn’t care at all when I mentioned these concerns, terrible customer service. I will NOT be back. Sincerely, Jessica Frick (overnight stay 11-5/6-2025)

The room and stay were comfortable, the room was actually quite nice with plenty of space to relax. The breakfast was very sparse, with very few healthy choices. While there was yogurt, there was no plain or non-sugar choices, making it difficult for anyone with dietary restrictions to find something to have. The only eggs were the bulk, hard-boiled type in the fridge. The downside to staying here was the noise level. My stay was only to be able to get a full night's sleep before having to drive my son home 9 hours from college the next morning. Because the walls (and ceiling), were very thin, I could hear the group in the room above me screaming and yelling, running across the floor until 2:30 am. Nothing was done to tell them to quiet down for the sake of the other hotel guests. There is also about an inch gap under the doors which allowed all of the noise in the hallways to come in to the room as well. I only got 2 hours of sleep before having to get up and drive. This hotel was very clean and comfortable, but I recommend bringing ear plugs with you if you need to ensure you get rest.

For the price, thought this place was pretty good. It’s clean and has all the basics but definitely noisy. The walls are basically paper thin and had issues with the key card working but was quickly rectified.

Nice, clean hotel. Good service, decent breakfast. Spacious rooms. Only complaint was the beds were terrible. They sagged in the middle and sounded creaky whenever you rolled over. But it was a nice looking facility and well kept.

Check in was super fast

Half the lights don’t work in the room we get there drop our stuff off go visit our daughter off college. We come back that night. None of the lights work toilets plugged go to the front desk and the guy has audacity to give us a hard time because we didn’t check that stuff out when we first checked in and then hand us a plunger and then just turn lightbulbs to the barely are connected obviously there’s a wiring issue in the room

Late when we arrived, 9:30 pm, and couldn't find anyone to check us in. About 10 mins later the desk clerk appeared. After that, all was great. Very clean, not really quite, lovely continental breakfast. Will stay there next time.

Rooms where clean an updated most comfortable bed ive sleot in at a hotel. Staff was freindly an geloed out immediately when the inside door lock poped out when we left the room an couldnt get back in when we returned to our room definitely will stay here again on my next trio to Columbus

Manager eventually attempted and promised to compensate for disastrous reception and room switch, but in reality, the partial refund never occurred and we wound up paying for a suite only to end up with a regular king bed room. Reception upon arrival was simply unacceptable. Entry to the hotel parking lot was blocked by construction tape which we eventually navigated around, only to find a sign at the desk saying staff would return in 15 minutes. We waited in 90 degree heat for their return, only to be directed to our unprepared suite which was 84 degrees inside. So in addition to no parking access upon arrival, there was extremely limited ground for pet relief, and then no apology for failure to have our room occupancy ready. After 30 minutes of sweating in a hot room, the manager appeared and I convinced him to provide a reasonable alternative. He switched us to a king bed room (not a suite as paid for) and promised a 50% discount on our prepaid rate. While they did refund our pet deposit, the prepaid suite was never reimbursed. The simple matter is, their repair work was not managed properly, sealing off the entire parking access, then rather than deal with it from a customer service vantage point, the staff argued we should just book somewhere else and get a refund! We did not have time to re-book after waiting so long to get in, and the manager's final solution sounded acceptable compensation for an awful initial impression, but apparently had no seriousness of follow-up

The worst hotel I’ve been too in a very long time. Staff is extremely rude no hospitality whatsoever.

Ignored at check in. Staff left the counter as we walked in and we stood there for 10-15 minutes. Checked in online but still had to do the exact same paperwork at check in at the counter. Same staff ignored me when I asked for coffee cups during breakfast, none by the coffee. Towel holder was broken, bedspread was stained, rooms were noisy, AC did not operate properly. Another staff member was very friendly.

The welcome was not great, with the staff on the phone for 5 minutes while not even acknowledging us. We got the room key, ran an errand and came back to find that the room was not made, no linens, dirty and undone. The night staff was lovely, however and found us anothe room, clean and comfortable. I would have given her 5 stars, but the poor management, sorry room, and lack of respect for clients at the welcome was bad.

I loved this hotel was great! The staff were friendly and polite. They were professional. The atea where the hotel is at, was also convenient. Their rooms service was great. No complaints whatsoever. Will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The hotel is located in a horrible area, it feels very unsafe. The lobby is under construction and very dirty. They asked us for the pet fee by cash only, it felt very sketchy. We decided to cancel and drive to Cincinnati.

Old, not a good area of town. Didn’t feel like a safe area.

It’s by the highway in a so-so neighborhood. The staff was nice and prompt. The condition of the room was good.

Room was ok for a night’s rest after a long drive but area does not feel very safe.

The room was nice, the staff was pleasant, the area was kind of rough. The facility did have very good security lighting in the parking lot and nothing happened to my car.

The hotel room was for the most part clean, it was not what I thought it was gonna be when I saw the pictures online and the area was a little sketch.

It's tucked in with restaurants & other chains. My room was exactly what i needed for a quick rest stop on a longer road trip. Plus a room Tim Hortons at the front door!

The larger rooms. Not impressed in the area, stores and restaurants were closed. Had to drive quite far to find food. The room was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, the cleanliness was wonderful, it was just not in a good area.

Had someone playing a video game so loud you could hear from the lobby. Poor lobby girl asked him to quiet it but no luck and she had no support from other staff. My shower had hair all over it and soap scum all over the doors. The area is very run down and not safe at all. I observed a drug deal right in the parking lot. The breakfast was terrible. Only thing warm was sausage. Everything else was in a refrigerator. Coffee was cold. I will never stay here again and probably never at another La Quinta. Seemed very poorly ran.

Breakfast was not good

Only one person was working the front desk when a huge rush of people came to check in right at 3, so check in was slow. Our room had visible mold and the AC put off a terrible odor so we opted to suffer through sleeping in a hot muggy room instead. Breakfast was just pre-packaged food aside from make-your-own-waffles and sausage that ran out before we could get any.

Our stay was great- the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was yummy!

It is ok. Kind of dirty the bed sheets. Good breakfast. Basic hotel.

The hotel was clean, had been updated. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. We plan to stay again in our way back home.

Breakfast was kinda slim on choices. Sausage, no eggs. Milk for cereal was not real cold. Not warm, just not cold.
