館内の音楽がリラックスでき、夕飯の食事の際の接客の対応が丁寧でとても良くお料理も美味しく温泉も良いお湯でした！ 朝食はとても美味しく品数が丁度良く、大変満足でした！また、ぜひ来たいと思います。

送迎バスの時間が2時半であるが、海外からのお客は飛行機から降りて札幌駅ンで着く時間と超ギリギリで不便でした。できれば、3時か3時半頃であると海外からのお客さんがもっと都合に良いと思います。またバスの運転手さんが英語ができないことはわかりますが、説明をせずにバス遅れや移動時間に関して説明放送がなかったことも残念でした。その以外はとてもいい所でした。

Exceptional hospitality, food, and amenities - It's a highlight of our trip. When we arrived at property, almost entire staff greeted us on the street by the entrance. Kaiseki meals were wonderful. The second floor recreation room was a happy place to be -Zen garden view, delicious snacks, drinks, and late night soup... The rooms were clean and spacious. Onsen pools were nice, especially the roof top one. We look forward to our next trip there

Old hotel but well maintained. Our room was very hot on arrival and it took several hours to cool down. Other than that, it was perfect. The dinner and breakfast sets were delicious. The staff were attentive and friendly. The public baths were nice and clean. We had in room private bath with a mountain view and it was amazing. The parks around the hotel were small but beautiful. We caught the light illumination show and it was nicely done. We skipped the dam and lake because of the rain but definitely doable. Would recommend.

Got a room with its own tub and it was absolutely amazing! Watching the morning dawn snow covered scenery, as well as the sunset and night views, from the room and the tub was so relaxing! I ended up soaking every chance I could get! There was also tons of space to spread out! The staff were very welcoming and multiple staffers knew English. They were able to accommodate my food preferences as well (no raw fish). I do have to note that there isn't as much variety in the meals per day as I've had at other ryokan (I stayed for 4 days), as they follow the same pattern of course meal daily, but it was still very pleasant to eat in the individual rooms and the staff were very kind. The wifi connection was also spotty, so I used my own hotspot during my stay without issue. I also really enjoyed the morning, afternoon and evening happy hours in the lounge, with a variety of hot cocoa, beer, sake and other snacks. The area around is also quite walkable and has amazing views to sightsee and cute stores for souvenirs and to eat at. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

部屋に豊富な湯量の源泉風呂、滞在中1回無料の貸切風呂、朝夕共に高品質の食材を使用した美味しいお料理、スタッフの方々の最高級のおもてなし等々、素晴らしい環境で最高の休日を過ごせました。 また来月も利用させていただくことにしました。 ただ一つだけ、Wifiが繋がらず全く使えない状態だったことが不満です。 今後はインターネット環境の改善を検討してほしいです。

Place was beautiful, room was spacious and had everything we needed. Excellent service and a huge shout out to “Ziggy” at the front desk. Upon check in we mentioned that a person in our party doesn’t eat seafood. Ziggy explained that without the advance notice, they are unable to promise that the menu could be changed. However, they were able to be change her menu for both dinner and breakfast! Thank you Ziggy!! We appreciate you!!

시설이 좋았고, 음식이 맛있었습니다. 숙소 주변 자연경관도 좋았습니다. 다만 다른 홋카이도 지역 료칸과 같이 술과 약간의 다과가 제공되는 서비스가 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 술을 마실 수 있는 프로그램이 2000엔으로 진행되고 있었는데, 술을 제사그릇 같은데 부었다 토속신에게 올리고 저희한테 주는 프로그램이어서 크리스챤은 좀 당황스러울 수 있습니다.(뭔가 종교적 강요 같아서 찝찝했음).

Old hotel but well maintained. Our room was very hot on arrival and it took several hours to cool down. Other than that, it was perfect. The dinner and breakfast sets were delicious. The staff were attentive and friendly. The public baths were nice and clean. We had in room private bath with a mountain view and it was amazing. The parks around the hotel were small but beautiful. We caught the light illumination show and it was nicely done. We skipped the dam and lake because of the rain but definitely doable. Would recommend.

Got a room with its own tub and it was absolutely amazing! Watching the morning dawn snow covered scenery, as well as the sunset and night views, from the room and the tub was so relaxing! I ended up soaking every chance I could get! There was also tons of space to spread out! The staff were very welcoming and multiple staffers knew English. They were able to accommodate my food preferences as well (no raw fish). I do have to note that there isn't as much variety in the meals per day as I've had at other ryokan (I stayed for 4 days), as they follow the same pattern of course meal daily, but it was still very pleasant to eat in the individual rooms and the staff were very kind. The wifi connection was also spotty, so I used my own hotspot during my stay without issue. I also really enjoyed the morning, afternoon and evening happy hours in the lounge, with a variety of hot cocoa, beer, sake and other snacks. The area around is also quite walkable and has amazing views to sightsee and cute stores for souvenirs and to eat at. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

館内の音楽がリラックスでき、夕飯の食事の際の接客の対応が丁寧でとても良くお料理も美味しく温泉も良いお湯でした！ 朝食はとても美味しく品数が丁度良く、大変満足でした！また、ぜひ来たいと思います。

Exceptional hospitality, food, and amenities - It's a highlight of our trip. When we arrived at property, almost entire staff greeted us on the street by the entrance. Kaiseki meals were wonderful. The second floor recreation room was a happy place to be -Zen garden view, delicious snacks, drinks, and late night soup... The rooms were clean and spacious. Onsen pools were nice, especially the roof top one. We look forward to our next trip there

Place was beautiful, room was spacious and had everything we needed. Excellent service and a huge shout out to “Ziggy” at the front desk. Upon check in we mentioned that a person in our party doesn’t eat seafood. Ziggy explained that without the advance notice, they are unable to promise that the menu could be changed. However, they were able to be change her menu for both dinner and breakfast! Thank you Ziggy!! We appreciate you!!

Their bus shuttle service from Susukino to their door was impressive with on time service and ease of online reservation. Unfortunately, they don’t have Chitose airport shuttle but catching the airport bus nearby in Sapporo was also convenient. The breakfast and dinner were fabulous with way too much food for us. Coffee and crescents after breakfast plus alcoholic beverage options with snacks at 7pm were a delicious sampling of Japanese dishes. You definitely don’t go hungry. Zen outdoor surroundings and hotel decor were simply elegant and serene adding to the tranquility. The English speaking staff were helpful with quick and detailed email responses prior to arrival and appreciated during our stay.

가격대가 있는 만큼 로비부터 객실까지의 모든 시설이 훌륭하고 고급스러웠습니다. 저녁, 아침 식사와 라운지에서 제공되는 티와 주류도 만족스러웠습니다. 식사 이용시 4개정도 테이블이 한룸이었는데 가능하면 손님들을 다른룸으로 분산배치해주면 조용한 식사가 가능할것 같았던점이 아쉬운점이었습니다. 8월 중순 평일이라 생각보다는 사람이 많지 않아서 온천의 경우도 아침일찍 이용하니 혼자 전세낸것처럼 이용이 가능하였습니다.
