We had an unfortunate and awful experience with another guest. This person, put in a noise complaint on our room upon our return from being at an event in Lodi (6pm) - then proceeded to leave a threatening note on our door while my two young boys swam in the pool. We went straight to the front desk (with the note) and asked to change rooms - only to learn that there were no other rooms available that night. We elected to stay as quiet as possible the remainder of the night and left as soon as possible the next morning. As long as this hotel continues to allow people to live there (which I have no problem with, just the person acting like they owned the property was unfortunate). I would not recommend staying here as long as this person living at the hotel is staying there. I informed the front desk that I would be submitting a review and that as long as they continue to allow this man to stay there - they would lose business.

Room was clean, beds comfortable. There was not a “stopper” in the sink drain, mold on bathroom ceiling, cover for electrical outlet was smashed/ broken and left on the floor.

Everything was good such Breakfast was ok for the price, hotub was peaceful and clean except some unusual noises that came out midnight from second floor guests. Not sure what happened but we woke up with loud noises like something dropped on floor people walked back and forth until 1am it was annoying. Front desk staff was contacted but they couldn't do anything

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. Everything was good overall, except for the TV, which could not connect to my phone for screen mirroring or casting. It would be great if the hotel could improve this feature for a better guest experience. Overall, I had a good stay and appreciate the hospitality!
