朝食を食べました。以前より品数が減っていました。大浴場も、今閉鎖しておりました。それ以外は、全て良かったです。フロントの方も、親切に、チェックインからアウトまで、良かったです。

This is a 3 star hotel, its what it is. 5 star reviews does NOT mean its a 5 star hotel, it isn't. The gym was at best, the same sizeasour room. 2 walking tread mills and a few barbells... disappointing. Room was 'OK' but not as spacious as the Best Western near the airport. The WiFi was also unreliable which makes this hotel inappropriate for business. The front desk lent USA 4G router as a work around, it was no better. cheers, john

The airport limousine bus stop for 6015 is in front of the hotel. It is also the same stop if you need to go back to Incheon Airport. The area is also convenient for shopping and going to other parts of Seoul as train stations are walkable. As for the hotel, it has a laundry facility which includes a vending machine for laundry detergent. There are no dryer sheets though so if you need them, you might need to bring/buy some. The hotel also provides a travel adapter if needed. The room I also stayed in was clean and quiet. If requested, they can also provide early entry to the room with an additional fee.

決め手は大浴場だったのですが、1日の疲れを癒せてとても満足です。洗い場は3つだし、湯船も大きいものではないですが、予約制なので不自由はまったくありません。最寄り駅までも近いし、明洞エリアや明洞駅までも歩けるので良かったです。

最上階に大浴場があるからいつも使っているが予約の際に案内はなく現地に行ったら改装中で使えないとのことだった前もって案内があればもっと安い宿で十分だったし、シャワーだけの部屋は選択しなかった代金を返して欲しいくらい残念な滞在だった東横インは最初チェックインして部屋に入ったら前の人が飲んだビールなどの空き缶、ベッドぐちゃぐちゃゴミ散乱　掃除をしていない部屋に案内されたのは初めて！びっくりしました。すぐ、部屋は変更してくれましたがこれまた残念ただ、フロントの女性は驚くほど日本語が堪能で感心しました

移動や買い物の便がとても良いので利用しました。お風呂を予約して入ることをおすすめします。部屋のシャワーはトイレが濡れそうな近さ。一時間貸し切りでゆったりと湯船につかれるのでこの時期は暖まるし足の疲れも取れます。コンセント穴のマルチ化、ベッドの幅が広ければ100点なんですけど。

Stayed for 7 nights. Good location near to metro station and airport limousine bus stop to Incheon airport. Staff courteous and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Coin laundry on 10th floor of the hotel is a bonus to help with laundry. Good stay at Ibis Myeongdong Hotel.

위치는 너무 좋고 스태프는 너무 친절하고 좋았어요. 근데 호텔 전체적으로 안 좋은 냄새가 낫고 특히 룸 청소가 별로였어요, 베큠을 안 하는것 같고 특히 수건을 너무 낡은걸 줘서(걸레 수준) 기분이 별로였어요. 그리고 샤워실 이음새에 곰팡이 청소도 안 되어 있었고 변기 뒷쪽에도 머리카락이 좀 있었어요. 그리고 제 방 건너편 룸에서 벌레가 나왔는지 전체적으러 방역한다고 해서 좀 걱정됐어요.(스태프 세명이 서서 얘기하는거 엘리베이터 기다리면서 들었어요)

The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to Euljiro 1-ga station and Myeongdong station, and the Myeongdong shopping district is right downstairs. The lobby is on the 19th floor with huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering excellent views. The staff are polite, and the room is very clean. I would definitely stay here again next time.

중앙 난방입니다. 내 객실이 춥다고 온도를 올릴 수 없으며 덥다고 내릴 수 없습니다. 적정온도는 호텔측에서 결정합니다. 객실에서는 단지 켜고 끄는 것만 가능합니다. 그래서 춥다고하면 휴대용 전열기나 담요를 갖다줍니다. 요즘 세상에 좀 아이러니한 상황입니다. 전 세계 조식 많이 먹어보고 다녔는데 별거 없어요. 있어야할 것만 있습니다. 위치는 좋아요. 롯데,신세계 맞은편이라 접근성좋고. 주차장이 아주 좋습니다. 그 복잡한 명동에서 주차장 입구 넓직하고 쾌적합니다. 단, 15000원 유료. 그치만 5성급 안부럽네요. 2025년 시대에 걸맞게 난방만 좀 어떻게 하면 괜찮을 것 같아요.

ー良かった点ーとにかく便利で立地は最高。乙支路入り口駅から徒歩２分。一階裏には綺麗なコンビニCUあり。明洞メインストリートが窓から見下ろせるほど明洞に近い。中国大使館前両替所も徒歩５分以内。空港バス停留所もホテルまん前にあり。ー悪かった点ー・Wi-Fiがない、フリーWi-Fiを使うよう書かれた紙を渡されたが全く繋がらなかった。（こちらの口コミでも書かれていたが、まさかそんなことないだろうとタカをくくっていったが失敗した。モバイルWi-Fiの容量をもっと大きなものにしておかないといけなかった）・中央冷房システムとのこと、着いた日がソウル24度あり部屋はかなり暑かったが「クーラーはありません」と言われ窓を開けるよう指示された。が、16階で窓を開けるのも怖く（開けにくいタイプでした）ひどい大気汚染で開ける気になれなかったのでとりあえず入り口ドアを開けて部屋の温度を下げた。・変電器がなかった。一つ持っていっていたので良かったが結構不便だった・ドライヤーも洗面所から持ち出せないタイプ。疲れた足で立ったまま髪を乾かすのは少し辛かったとにかく立地だけは良かったので、何を優先するか？で良いホテルになると思います

ー良かった点ーとにかく便利で立地は最高。乙支路入り口駅から徒歩２分。一階裏には綺麗なコンビニCUあり。明洞メインストリートが窓から見下ろせるほど明洞に近い。中国大使館前両替所も徒歩５分以内。空港バス停留所もホテルまん前にあり。ー悪かった点ー・Wi-Fiがない、フリーWi-Fiを使うよう書かれた紙を渡されたが全く繋がらなかった。（こちらの口コミでも書かれていたが、まさかそんなことないだろうとタカをくくっていったが失敗した。モバイルWi-Fiの容量をもっと大きなものにしておかないといけなかった）・中央冷房システムとのこと、着いた日がソウル24度あり部屋はかなり暑かったが「クーラーはありません」と言われ窓を開けるよう指示された。が、16階で窓を開けるのも怖く（開けにくいタイプでした）ひどい大気汚染で開ける気になれなかったのでとりあえず入り口ドアを開けて部屋の温度を下げた。・変電器がなかった。一つ持っていっていたので良かったが結構不便だった・ドライヤーも洗面所から持ち出せないタイプ。疲れた足で立ったまま髪を乾かすのは少し辛かったとにかく立地だけは良かったので、何を優先するか？で良いホテルになると思います

Excellent location.Close to subway stations and airport limousine bus stop practically just around the corner. Front desk staff helpful and accomodating specifically Lucas.We arrived early and check in is not until 2pm,we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and went around Myeongdong ,came back to the hotel before 2pm and Lucas at the front desk was very accomodating since our room is already available he checked us in early.Thank you Lucas !! We will surely go stay at this hotel next time .

レセプションのスタッフが皆フレンドリーで特にERIN さんはいつでも笑顔でフレキシブルに対応して頂いて本当に感謝です。明洞ナイトマーケット、ショッピング、レストランなど歩いてすぐ、コンビニも目の前、駅やバス停も目の前でとても便利。このホテルに決めた理由が大浴場があったから。１時間枠内で毎回予約が必要ですが、私の場合はいつも貸し切りでゆっくり出来ました! エコでアメニティが少ないのでシャンプーリンス洗顔や化粧水や乳液、歯ブラシは持って行く事をオススメします。

Good location and Jacob was amazing! He helped me out greatly when I had to check out of my first room booking and check in to my second room booking (as it was a different room type). Because of him, the move to my new room was made so smooth.

I have stayed here before in the past, and like the location and convenience. This time round, I found the service to be a little bit lacking. Not sure if its because I only stayed for 1 night, but there was no warm hospitality that I remembered or usually experience with most Accor hotels. Service staff seemed a little unfriendly and unwilling to help. I have a young child with me this time, so I called the front desk to ask if they could help to let me know the timing of the next airport bus, but was curtly told to just self check the schedule on the 19th floor reception myself. Sometimes you just need a little bit of help when trying to manage travel with toddlers and some friendly service would have made a world of difference for us.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic and walkable to transport or attractions. Food was literally at the doors good food as well. Food stalls in the next street at night restaurants everywhere biggest problem is deciding where to eat. Shopping is in the area from expensive brands to your cheap market shops. Lots to do with hardly leaving the area.

We arrived at the hotel around 10am. We asked for early check-in since we had red eyes flight but the answered was NO. I mentioned that I am an ACCOR member and she still said no. So, we went to lunch and walked around for a bit. We came back to hotel around 1:45pm and asked if any room are available for us and she still said NO and her reason was rooms are not available until 2pm. Seriously? You don’t have any room cleaned 15 mins before check-in time? This sounds unbelievable Then, after couple mins of conversation she gave us rooms right before 2pm. Everything else at this hotel was good, clean, good location, etc but front desk staff should be more polite, more helpful and more friendly!! Couple days later, we walked passed the bar area and there was a sign for welcome drink which we never received.

The location is the best, many shopping mall and restaurants around, not including the night street food, bus to Incheon airport, to Itaewon... are right infront of the hotel. I believe this Ibis Hotel has the best location in Myeongdong! The limo bus you take from and to the airport is right in front of the hotel. The subway location is also right in front. The night street market is a couple of minutes away. This hotel is right across the Blue Elephant store and also has an Olive and Young on the other side. This hotel is great for families and has a convience store close by along with endless resraurants next to it. We would definitely stay again when we come back to Seoul.

The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to Euljiro 1-ga station and Myeongdong station, and the Myeongdong shopping district is right downstairs. The lobby is on the 19th floor with huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering excellent views. The staff are polite, and the room is very clean. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Staff are great! The manager Sam was exceptional. The rating is low because the rooms were way too hot and the bathrooms are tiny. The breakfast selection is uninspired.

ホテルの目の前に仁川空港行きバス停があり電車も駅近く便利です。２泊しましたが、部屋は綺麗で掃除も完璧でした。スタッフ対応も良かったです。朝食はメニューが少なく、おしぼりは無くて残念でした。

Excellent facility, kind and helpful staff. Basic but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very convenient location with great transport links. Good breakfast. The only area of improvement I could think of was maybe more channels for the TV as we only had Korean Cartoon Network lol. Apart from that would recommend 10/10.

Es un hotel extraordinario para visitar Seúl, justo afuera está la entrada a la estación del metro que comunica a dos líneas importantes, la plaza Lotte está justo enfrente con opciones excelentes de comida en el food court, el desayuno es muy bueno con opciones occidentales, los elevadores son rápidos y sin gente, las habitaciones suficientemente grandes, todo es perfecto lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Es un hotel extraordinario para visitar Seúl, justo afuera está la entrada a la estación del metro que comunica a dos líneas importantes, la plaza Lotte está justo enfrente con opciones excelentes de comida en el food court, el desayuno es muy bueno con opciones occidentales, los elevadores son rápidos y sin gente, las habitaciones suficientemente grandes, todo es perfecto lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location. It is right next to the Myeongdong shopping streets, with countless restaurants, cafés, and shops just a few steps away. We skipped the hotel breakfast because there were so many great breakfast options nearby. Another major convenience is that the airport shuttle bus stops directly in front of the hotel. We stayed in a Standard room, and it was exactly that—standard. The room was quite small, and the beds were what you would expect from this room category. However, it suited our needs perfectly since we were out exploring Seoul from morning until evening. The gym was quiet, so I had no problem getting my workouts done. We didn't have the chance to try the sauna. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. If you're looking for a hotel with an unbeatable location, this is definitely a great choice. Personally, I think next time I might opt for a higher room category, as I would appreciate a bit more luxury, but for a city break focused on sightseeing, this hotel worked very well.
