天堂溪流渡假村

Went there for a night and we loved it! There really wasn't too many people there which was fabulous! We had the champagne tower Room and it was as described. Staff was pleasant and the waiter we had for breakfast was fantastic. He was a very nice young man and very kind. We would definitely go again.

This stay was amazing from start to finish! The amenities were useful and fun. The staff was attentive yet gives you space and privacy! Received and upgrade for our honeymoon! We will be back!

try to say i didn’t pay for my drink fee but i did and try to charge it to my room kinda unorganized

We booked this for a nice weekend getaway. It was nothing short of awful. The grounds were horribly maintained. The food was mediocre at best. The pool in our room was FREEZING, cracks everywhere and just didn’t look good. We couldn’t even get in due to the temperature. The sauna didn’t do anything. The champagne glass was okay except for the bugs that continued to come out of the jets. We went to the community indoor pool and hot tub. Again the pool was freezing and you could not get in and enjoy that. The hot tub wasn’t even a hot tub. It wasn’t even a lukewarm tub. It was what the temperature of the pool should have been. For the price we payed we should have gotten something better. I would never go here again which is a bummer because there is so much potential… my tipping point was the giant spider that climbed into bed with me when I woke up in the morning and looked me in my eyes. I have never been so disappointed staying somewhere.

There was a problem but everything got fixed in the same day… I love this place
