I loved the retro theme in the lobby and rooms. I was frustrated the pool was closed when we arrived, but when we were ready to leave it was then back open. Not sure what was happening with that.

Recently stayed at home2 suites in Troy, Ohio and and it was a very nice hotel. The room was clean & spacious. A major plus having a kitchenette when having kids. The staff was amazing & made us feel very welcome. Very nice pool and sitting area outside.

Calm, quiet, welcoming, comfortable. I can't complain at all. Everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The indoor pool was warm and even with all the noise in there, it was quiet on our room right up from the pool. Plenty of parking. Will stay again.

I took 2 of my granddaughters here during Spring Break so they could swim in the indoor pool . We had a Great time. The room was big & the kitchenette was very convenient . They had a breakfast buffet in the morning with hot foods that was very good . I have to use a walker & the staff was very helpful with helping me get my things to my room & back to my vehicle when I checked out . After we checked out they let us stay a couple extra hours so the kids to swim . This will be my GO TO HOTEL from now on!

This hotel was VERY clean. It was also quiet even though there were lots of families and children running about. The pool was in great condition & towels were always available. The staff were kind and knowledgeable from the moment i walked in the door until the moment i walked out. There was always coffee avaliable around the clock. I appreciated that so much considering we were there for a wedding and were very busy at all hours. i enjoyed a decent cup of coffee to keep me moving. The breakfast was one of the best i have ever had in my travels. There was a huge selection. It never seemed to run empty even though there were so many guests eating. They accommodated us making plates and taking them to our room for our groggy kids to enjoy breakfast in bed. They kept the food out a few minutes longer for us to make plates for our party of six. This is by far one of the best hotels my traveling family & I have ever been to!

The cleanliness of the room was in question. I noticed brown stuff on the bathroom light switch that I cleaned off. I jumped on the shower to get ready for my wedding and the soap dispensers that were provided were all empty. I talked to the front desk and they remedied the soap issue fairly quick. Otherwise the room was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was standard and the outdoor area looked nice, but I had no time to sit out and enjoy it.

The room appeared to be fairly clean, but both the bathroom sink and the shower drains appeared to be clogged; I was showering in about 2 inches of standing water and was afraid it would overspill the curb of the shower pan to flood the bathroom, and the sink required several minutes to drain after filling it about 4 inches. I notified the staff through their text service about the drain problems and was told both would be addressed the next day. That didn't happen, so I again alerted the staff at checkout to this fact.

We love the suite concept with kitchenette - very convenient to have separate spaces for people to hang out or sleep in. Room is filled with a lot of useful moveable furniture so you can set up what you need. Will look for this chain while traveling.

I wasnt able to get my AC to stay on with constant fan. The on/off keeps me awake. Also, the room wouldn't stay cool at the temperature I set on the thermostat. The shoer walls were also not clean. Breakfast was also lackluster. But the staff was amazing!! Great parking and close to lots of restaurants.

I didn’t like the fact that the bathroom has the barn door style door and there were large gaps between the door and the wall. There was basically no privacy. You could hear everything going on in there

The one thing we would change is the bathroom door. Our sliding door didn’t allow for privacy. Would much rather have a swinging door that will lock. Loved the smart design of the room, but the bathroom door needs a change.

This was our second time staying here & once again we left their establishment with ease. The staff made sure to fulfill all of our needs......the man that checked us in was extremely nice and checked us in with absolutely no hiccups &/or delays, the housekeeper made sure to stay ontop of any necessary toiletry item/items that we had requested, and to top it all off their breakfast selections were delightful. We will always make this hotel is the first place we make any future reservations with when visiting.

Kyle at the front desk was an outstanding host; recommended a local restaurant when the local chain places were very busy. Rooms are spacious, clean an comfortable. I will stay at this brand again.

The morning after the first night of our stay, a woman staff member barged into our room at 9:40 am while I was sleeping. She yells "hello?!" we don't have a record of anyone in this room! We need to know who's in here!" What in the world?! The television was customized and literally said our last name. Additionally we'd had a couple interactions with the staff the night before. I had to go to the front desk since one of our keys wasn't working and later we went to the lobby and charged a couple of snacks to our room. Regarding the outrageous staff member, I told her our last name and she ran out of the room. I am still mind-boggled that an employee 1.didn't know who was in the room and 2. came to the conclusion they should run into the room and completely infringe on the privacy of a hotel guest that had a DND sign on the door. Additionally, I was so jet-lagged from travel the night before, I just wanted to sleep. Absolutely horrid experience and violation of privacy.

Very clean, spacious rooms. Front desk staff and the manager were quite attentive despite how busy the hotel was with the increased volume/kids at the hotel (local cheer competition). Would highly recommend for anyone looking for hotel accommodations in Troy.

Head manager needs some chill pills, you don’t threaten a customer with kicking you out and calling the police because I questioned an undisclosed fee! See needs help and should be removed. Other than her, it was a very nice hotel and the remaining staff was extremely nice. I would recommend this hotel.. just don’t question the price and fees! :-)

Lovely facility. Very clean . Door was stuck and hard to open and close. Room was accidentally left open by staff. Shampoo was empty. Front desk staff was friendly.

Other than the check in clerk, the manager and other staff were great. Check in clerk needs to not be in customer service. will stay again if I never have to deal with him.

Home2 suites was the perfect overnight stop on our long road trip along I-75. It felt like home. So clean. The staff was very friendly. The pool was perfect for our kids to get some energy out. We loved having a kitchen in our room. Breakfast downstairs in the morning was fabulous. Thank you for the amazing stay!

The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was fantastic. My husband was disappointed that breakfast had no meat option. I found it odd that they had two 6 top tables set right in front of the breakfast area. It was a hindrance for everyone getting to the food. The lady servicing the area couldn’t get to it because of those tables. And the tables themselves were filled with families that you were worried about hitting their chairs. It created a blocked corner to get to the waffles.

I wasnt able to get my AC to stay on with constant fan. The on/off keeps me awake. Also, the room wouldn't stay cool at the temperature I set on the thermostat. The shoer walls were also not clean. Breakfast was also lackluster. But the staff was amazing!! Great parking and close to lots of restaurants.

Calm, quiet, welcoming, comfortable. I can't complain at all. Everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The indoor pool was warm and even with all the noise in there, it was quiet on our room right up from the pool. Plenty of parking. Will stay again.

Everything was great. Breakfast was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the shower head. It had 3 or 4 different settings, but they were either way to strong or a tiny stream. But once again, that is super minor.

I took 2 of my granddaughters here during Spring Break so they could swim in the indoor pool . We had a Great time. The room was big & the kitchenette was very convenient . They had a breakfast buffet in the morning with hot foods that was very good . I have to use a walker & the staff was very helpful with helping me get my things to my room & back to my vehicle when I checked out . After we checked out they let us stay a couple extra hours so the kids to swim . This will be my GO TO HOTEL from now on!

This hotel was VERY clean. It was also quiet even though there were lots of families and children running about. The pool was in great condition & towels were always available. The staff were kind and knowledgeable from the moment i walked in the door until the moment i walked out. There was always coffee avaliable around the clock. I appreciated that so much considering we were there for a wedding and were very busy at all hours. i enjoyed a decent cup of coffee to keep me moving. The breakfast was one of the best i have ever had in my travels. There was a huge selection. It never seemed to run empty even though there were so many guests eating. They accommodated us making plates and taking them to our room for our groggy kids to enjoy breakfast in bed. They kept the food out a few minutes longer for us to make plates for our party of six. This is by far one of the best hotels my traveling family & I have ever been to!

The hotel is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. However, we booked this hotel which was away from where we wanted to stay just for the cook top. When we got to the room, there is no cooktop. We went to the desk and were given a hot plate which requires magnetic pans for use. They had no pans so we were given a pot which made it very difficult to cook during our trip. The walls here are also extremely thin and you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms which was extremely disappointing when our neighbor decided to blast his TV at 2 in the morning.

Very clean and nice room loved the outside setting area was very peaceful and relaxing the front desk gentleman I think his name was Kyle he was very helpful and very nice made the stay so much more pleasant because of him I will definitely be booking this hotel again the breakfast was amazing I don’t think there was one thing that was bad about mine and my kids experience

Rooms were excellent! spacious, and clean! Took the kids to the pool. The water was very cloudy. There was a nonverbal special needs child in the pool, touching and making others uncomfortable. We went to the neighboring hotel to see friends, and found out it was owned by the same people, and we could swim there too. So we still had an opportunity to enjoy the water as a team. Breakfast was on point. Kids loved it. We stayed for 10u travel softball. It hit all the necessary needs, plus excellent location!
