The room was comfortable and clean. However, waking up at 2am and going to the lobby I smelled food cooking. I went in to look and eggs and hasbrowns were in the warming trays. 2am, breakfast isn’t to start till 5am. I decided to have breakfast at 4. It wasn’t good. Soggy hash browns and the eggs weren’t a as well. Not an appetizing breakfast at all

Check in was horrible, front desk attendant could not explain anything to us during check in. Ran 2 transactions off my card and proceed to run two more without my knowledge. Attempted to run a 5th transaction after I had checked out 2 days later. Result is I have now overpaid for my rooms and after a week have not received a refund for the overpayment. Called and requested the manager call me back after 3 days, (she was sick) and called back a week later and is now on vacation. Attendant that I last spoke too says her system doesn't show all the transaction and the records "disappear" after they are processed so she cant see them, she can only see the ones I authorized. Also found out that when I checked out breakfast was included which also was explained during check in. horrible stay, do not recommend for the sheer fact that they are horrible at communicating and removed funds from my credit card after check in without consent or notification and now wont refund my overpayment. Im sure they are nice people but shouldnt be running a hotel if they dont know how to do so correctly, have never experienced this type of disorganization in 25 years
