Rooms needed to be upgraded the staff was courteous to what wasn’t right in the room. But it was better than camping sometimes.

The room I selected is not the room I was given. From a NON-SMOKING room with a Jacuzzi to a smoking, long stay room with burn marks all over the furniture.. This is the 3rd hotel on this site that has disappointed me.

roaches everywhere. stayed three nights three different rooms, all had roaches, room 108 is infested. a roach crawled out from under my pillow and couldn’t get my money back. hotel is no help and won’t talk to expedia to fix it either. bad!!!
