Novel House Inn at Zion

Amazing stay from start to finish. Cieran was excellent. He stood out as the most helpful host we’ve ever had. He shared great local tips, was genuinely kind, and made everything feel easy. Breakfast is served outside at one of two nearby spots. We’d definitely recommend Oscar’s — the food was really, really good. Easy parking on site, close to Zion and 1 min walk from the shuttle bus. We would stay here again without thinking twice.

Pleasant, comfortable furnishings—great attention to cute theme-focused details. However the shower never got hot and there was no heat control in our room (the portable heater did not work) and turning up the heat outside our room on the first floor, as instructed by the owner, apparently caused an irritating racket for guests upstairs (I guess that thermostat set temperature for both floors). Also several of the wall plugs did not work. For our difficulties the owner said he would not charge us. If the heat issues get fixed it would be a wonderful place to stay. Great views of Zion right outside the entrance & convenient to restaurants.

The location of the Inn was great for access to the park via the available shuttle system. Our room was very well appointed and the afternoon cookies and lemonade were a treat after a long day of hiking in the park.

This place was an amazing respite with a perfect location in Springdale. We parked our car and never had to drive again the whole time we were there. Everything is close and the hospitality here is amazing! Best deal in all of the Zion area!
