Novel house is perfectly located in Springdale. Right at the end of the driveway is a free bus (stop 5) every ten minutes that links to the free park bus to trails. The rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. Coffee, lemonade, hot chocolate and cookies are always available in the common area. The best part of the Novel house is the host,Ciaran. He is a font of information regarding the park but also always available for a lively and engaging conversation. Instead of serving breakfast they provided coupons for local restaurants. We ate a delicious breakfast at Oscar’s located a short walk from the Novel house and returned there twice. If you would like to stay at a cozy, delightful Inn, this is the place!

Due to some delays we were to arrive late, so I called the inn and they were excellent in making arrangements for us. Inn was decorated lovely and they provided an amazing breakfast at the local cafe. Location was perfect to catch the shuttle and we could leave our car parked there for the day. Would stay here again!

Cairon is a gracious host who makes you feel immediately at home. The warm, friendly vibe is so much nicer than a conventional hotel. Fresh coffee in the morning, cookies and lemonade every afternoon. We unexpectedly had to leave a day early and he didn't charge us for the night. What a thoughtful and appreciated gift. If you come to Zion, this is the place to stay. End of discussion.

We were allowed to check in early. The property and Inn were beautiful. We were made to feel at home immediately. There were cookies and lemonade in the afternoon. A library with a fireplace and cozy couch. Easy access to shops and restaurants by walking. Deer in the back yard. Minutes to the entrance of Zion. Very polite and informative hosts.

The Novel House has an exceptional location in Springdale and less than 10 minute drive to the entrance and visitor’s center of Zion National Park. One of the host (Ciaran) was also exceptionally hospitable, left a detailed note for check-in as we were arriving late at night, and checked on us when he could. They offer breakfast vouchers to two great restaurants walking distance, and offer amenities like coffee and hot tea from 6 am, and cookies and refreshing lemonade in the afternoon. The rooms are also very comfortable (we stayed in the C.S. Lewis room). Thank you Novel House for making our stay very homey especially after a long day of hikes and exploring.

Very close to shuttle bus stop giving easy access to Zion NP. Oscar's breakfasts were good quality - although note that voucher doesn't cover service tips.

This B&B is amazing, the owner takes care of every single detail and does everything to make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and clean and they have everything you may need. In the common rooms, there is coffee, tea, water, games, and comfy sofas. I am actually sad that I didn't have time to stay more at the house and enjoy all the comforts!

Can not say enough nice things about novel house!! Right near a stop for the Zion shuttle, walkable to shops and restaurants. We stayed in the CS Lewis room, and there were journals signed back from upwards of 25 years of guests!! Had a great time flipping through those. Very charming common areas with books and games, a back patio to watch the sunset. The breakfast voucher they give for a couple of different local restaurants is an incredible value! Highly recommend if you are visiting Zion and want something different than your average chain hotel!

The Novel House is truly amazing. As you checked in, there was lemonade and cookies for us in the dining room. The view of Zion National Park surrounded the house. The room was immaculate. After hiking at Zion that day, the Novel House was a five minute drive. I would highly recommend this property if you are wanting to visit the area.

Great location, close to the park shuttle and restaurants. Very clean and well-run property. Room and bathroom were spacious. The owner is very attentive and helpful. Even though we arrived late he waited for us and ensured a warm welcome. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Zion park.

Adorable, clean and tastefully decorated little inn, right off the main road. Walking distance to shuttle stop for Zion, many restaurants, and the grocery store. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Simply wow! The very helpful and friendly staff gave us a warm welcome. We were greeted with lemonade and cookies. They gave us various tips about Springdale/Zion. Beautiful, quiet, and clean rooms. The toilet is by European standards, not as deep as others here in the USA.

Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and decorated nicely. Quiet and relaxing. Convenient to shops and shuttle bus, all within walking distance. Only small annoyance was squeaky floors above, we heard someone get up and walk around at 3;30 every morning. 😉

Great place, would go back again. Amazing views. Liked that they have breakfast vouchers for local places vice cooking in. Needed improvements: -coffee - only a single brewer for entire place, and no keurig backup. -temperature : no room thermostat, and house seems to be all over the place. Sometimes nice and cool, but often too hot.

Really nice place to stay. It is off the main drag, everything is within walking distance or a shuttle bus ride away. Very casual atmosphere in town. Novel House has themed rooms named after authors we were in the Bronte room lovely decor nice ambiance and you can't beat the surrounding view.

The stay at the Novel House exceeded expectations. The decor was clever, thoughtful, and very comfortable. The owners were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Each room is named after a famous novelist, and the furniture in each room is unique, as well as comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

We arrived early and were allowed to check in with no issues. The host was helpful with directions, instructions and recommendations for how to enjoy Zion Park and the area. The Novel House has an exceptional location in Springdale and less than 10 minute drive to the entrance and visitor’s center of Zion National Park. One of the host (Ciaran) was also exceptionally hospitable, left a detailed note for check-in as we were arriving late at night, and checked on us when he could. They offer breakfast vouchers to two great restaurants walking distance, and offer amenities like coffee and hot tea from 6 am, and cookies and refreshing lemonade in the afternoon. Simply wow! The very helpful and friendly staff gave us a warm welcome. We were greeted with lemonade and cookies. They gave us various tips about Springdale/Zion. Beautiful, quiet, and clean rooms. The toilet is by European standards, not as deep as others here in the USA.

Novel house is perfectly located in Springdale. Right at the end of the driveway is a free bus (stop 5) every ten minutes that links to the free park bus to trails. The rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. Coffee, lemonade, hot chocolate and cookies are always available in the common area. The best part of the Novel house is the host,Ciaran. He is a font of information regarding the park but also always available for a lively and engaging conversation. Instead of serving breakfast they provided coupons for local restaurants. We ate a delicious breakfast at Oscar’s located a short walk from the Novel house and returned there twice. If you would like to stay at a cozy, delightful Inn, this is the place!

Great location, close to the park shuttle and restaurants. Very clean and well-run property. Room and bathroom were spacious. The owner is very attentive and helpful. Even though we arrived late he waited for us and ensured a warm welcome. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Zion park.

Adorable, clean and tastefully decorated little inn, right off the main road. Walking distance to shuttle stop for Zion, many restaurants, and the grocery store. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Due to some delays we were to arrive late, so I called the inn and they were excellent in making arrangements for us. Inn was decorated lovely and they provided an amazing breakfast at the local cafe. Location was perfect to catch the shuttle and we could leave our car parked there for the day. Would stay here again!

Everything was wonderful! The staff was extremely helpful. It was a short walk to the Springdale shuttle to Zion. We had delicious breakfasts at Porters using our vouchers. There were shops and restaurants very close by. We would stay there again, no question.

Beautiful room with beautiful scenery everywhere you looked. Staff was friendly and bent over backwards to make our stay great even though we were only staying 1 night. Walkable to everything.
