The staff is very attentive, simple and always willing to serve. Reception should be though more warm and welcoming. It seems they work under some pressure. They should be trained to make the Balneário more welcoming. This is not a reprimand, but only a suggestion for management to improve the place.

O atendimento dos funcionários excelente, limpeza, conservação. O único problema que tive foi tentei comemorar o aniversário de casamento de 55 anos com meus 2 filhos, nora e neto no jantar do restaurante do hotel e quiseram cobrar uma taxa de R$75,00 para abrir uma champanhe que levei, achei uma falta de propósito.
