The hotel is recommended, but before booking, you should know that breakfast is not included.

No assistance with your bags, no lift. The receptionist not too friendly. They wouldn’t let us use the bathroom until we have checked in. The hotel is situated at a good location but I won’t go there again.

Not what we expected. Seems like there was a change in management and/or hotel name between booking the room (July) and arrival (Sept). While the room was clean and had a great view, the amenities described weren’t all available. The restaurant was a staging area for old and new material.

Generally it’s ok but they should mention on the website there is no lift so I had to carry all my luggages to 4th flour. Their cafe or restaurant is not operating and we didn’t know.

The place is located 15min walking distance from bus station and less than 10min from the sea side. Very good, comfortable location. The room was spacious with bathroom and balcony. Unfortunately they do not serve the breakfasts but close by you have a lot of coffees where you can easily have one. Very good price quality value, recommended!

hotel’s location is not bad. It’s not far from the pier, but it’s quite a walk to Çalış Beach, and buses don’t run very often. You can also walk there — the coastline here is beautiful. I liked that the room was very clean. The bathroom was also clean. It’s great that there’s a balcony, so you can hang freshly washed clothes on the drying rope outside. When I checked in, the air conditioner was already on — it was nice that the staff had thought of that, so after the heat outside, you step into a cool room. The bed was comfortable and clean. The only two downsides for me as a solo traveler were: 1. There’s no elevator, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase up to the 3rd floor by myself. 2. The additional lock on the room door didn’t work — the door just opens and closes with the key card. It’s a bit unsettling, since someone could potentially enter if they had a duplicate card. Before bed, I couldn’t fall asleep for a while because all night long someone kept opening and closing doors in the neighboring rooms. I’m not sure if it was the staff or other guests, but it was a bit scary — I ended up propping the door with a chair 😅. Overall, though, the hotel looks neat, and I would stay here again because the price is good, the rooms are in great condition, and the staff is nice — they helped me get oriented in the area. But I probably wouldn’t come again if I had a heavy suitcase 😅.

I stayed at this property some years back and it was very good, sadly it is now in need of some TLC and this may be the fault of hotel.com but there is no breakfast let alone a free one as the cafe is no longer in operation, somewhat dissapointed. However good breakfast can be found nearby, good location for exploring the town.

Odalar çok bakımsız. Balkon kuş pisliği içindeydi, kullanamadık. Duşakabin ve tahret musluğu bozuktu. Asansör olmaması özellikle valizleri taşımada zorladı. Konumu çok güzel, orada keşke başka alternatifler olsa. The rooms were very poorly maintained. The balcony was covered in bird droppings, so we couldn’t use it. The shower cabin and bidet spray were broken. The lack of an elevator made carrying our luggage especially difficult. The location is great—if only there were other alternatives in the area.

Сначала я приехала с подругой отдыхать, а потом осталась одна и продлила свой отдых в этом отеле. Очень осталась довольна местоположением, близко к набережной и марине. Комнаты удобные с балконом. Только жаль не было завтрака

Dit is de tweede keer in 3 kaar tijd dat we hier hebben geboekt, kamers zijn mooi, ruim, schoon, fijn. Prijzen zijn betaalbaar. We kregen een kamer op de hoogste verdieping met uitzicht op zee, wat een genot was.

Tuvaletlerde sarı lekeler vardı, temizlik yeterli değildi. Banyo gideri tıkalıydı, duş aldığımızda su gölleşmeleri oluyordu. Yataklar gelişi güzel kapatılıyordu ve çarşaflar değişmiyordu. Resepsiyonun tavrı iyiydi ve güleryüzlülerdi.

Konumu çok iyi, oda temiz ama banyo temiz değildi. Lavabonun içi dahi kirliydi. Odada saç kurutma makinesi yoktu. Lobide birini bulmak zor.

Hotel odaları genel olarak temizdi ancak buzdolabı bozuktu. Bildirdik durumu. Tamir edildiği söylendi ama hala çalışmıyordu. Cam kırıldı ve yerleri doğru düzgün temizlemediler. Cam parçaları yerde kaldı. Resepsiyondaki bazı çalışanların işletmeden haberleri yoktu. Pek memnun kalmadık.

Çalışanlar çok samimi ve ilgililer. Arkadaşımla birlikte 3 gece kaldım ve gayet rahat ve güzeldi. Temizlik de gayet yerinde ve yeterliydi.

A bed upgrade is in order. Otherwise clean and in a good location.

Unique lighting and decoration in the rooms, along with a small balcony. Only half a block from the ocean. Easy walk along the ocean to the Old Town and rock tombs.

Nice room on the third flloor with a balcony. Room small but for 1 person perfect Love the little frigo bar super for keeping beverages cold.

Muy bien ubicado y con servicios cerca, aunque en mi habitación el agua caliente, era más bien templada y la televisión no funcionaba. Y no tenia wifi, al menos no recibí ninguna clave, ni estaba apuntado en la habitación.

チェックイン時にフロントがおらず20分位待たされた挙句、IDとして渡したパスポート写真のページをコピーするでなくフロントのオジさんの個人スマホで写真を撮っていた。その際に思いっきりヘンな場所でキツく折られたので、残存期間9年のパスポートが傷物になった。 部屋自体は可もなく不可もないが、４階のみ階段部分の照明が点かず、危うく階段を踏み外すところだった。

Otele vardigimizda bir karisiklik oldugunu odamizi baskasina verdiklerini soylediler. Tesaduf eseri apart kisminda bos bir oda oldugunu soylediler. Peki apart kisminda bos yer olmasaydi ne olacakti dedigimde kendi sorunlari olmadigini odayi sizden aldigimiz icin sizinle irtibat olacagini soylediler. Gosterdikleri yerde ne klima nede tv calismiyordu. Soyledigimiz halde ilgilenmediler.

Property is in excellent location and many things in walking distance. Fethiye lovely place. I must mention the lady , songul ,night receptionist is a credit to this hotel.. she is lovely ,really nice and has time for you and always helps. Will be back bcoz of her. Love frm sonia

Konaklamam süresince sundukları konfor, merkezi konum ve tertemiz ortam ile beklentilerimin üzerinde bir deneyim yaşadım. Özellikle Elvan Hanım ve Zeynep Hanım’ın güler yüzlü, ilgili ve profesyonel yaklaşımları, kendimi evimde gibi hissetmemi sağladı. Tüm detaylarda misafir memnuniyetine verilen özeni görmek mümkündü. Otelin konumu kordona çok yakındı. Merkeze yakın. Otel çalışanları cok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Fethiyeye yolum düşerse tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel.

La situation de l'hotel est bonne non loin de promenade bord de mer. La chambre était de bonne taille avec une petit balcon extérieur au RDC. La déco très soignée. Pas d'option petit déjeuner. Le lit était un peu inconfortable car on sentait les ressorts. la chambre a été faite pendant notre séjour mais pas le lit. Pomme de douche un peu cassée. Il n'y a pas de réel accueil ni service par un gérant juste des jeunes femmes qui se relaient mais ne se passent pas le message.
