Location
Building of apartments located in Tbilisi, next to Freedom Square and the National Museum of Georgia, close to the old Town. Citadines City Centre Tbilisi, Tbilisi is centrally located in the heart of Georgia's capital, next to Freedom Square, a popular tourist attraction. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are conveniently located within a few minutes' walk. The Aparthotel is in very close vicinity of the State Chancellery and the House of Parliament, as well as being 100 m away from the metro station, right opposite the National Museum of Georgia, and 10 minutes walk from “Old Tbilisi”, recently renovated. The airport is 27 km from the hotel.

Аn excellent modern aparthotel with beautiful interior design. The front desk staff speaks English and is very hospitable. The only downside is that the carpets and curtains in the corridors need cleaning and treatment with an ozone machine for freshness. There's a lack of signage on the outside, as the hotel entrance is under an archway. The taxi couldn't find the hotel by its address, and I only managed to find the entrance with the help of staff from a neighboring hotel. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all necessary items, and the room has an iron, ironing board, safe, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. I would greatly recommend this property, especially if it's your first visit to the country.

It was convenient getting places and there was a washing machine and drier but one of the receptionists asked for an unusual amount of money to use the machines for doing a laundry. It was strange but the property was clean and the staff was generally helpful.

Overall was great, the room is fully equipped with kitchenette. Room is spacious enough and clean. Landry room is handy enough with reasonable price. The hotel is nestled in quiet alley which is great and away from smoky street. Located near Galleria mall, supermaket, carrefour across the street. You can smoke in front of the hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful. Thank you housekeeping team. Only downside was the security guard (name start with L, you can dm us for the name) that was helping us with the luggage. We know that the hotel is self-service and hotel don't have bellboy that is why we've tried to do by ourselves but the security guy was insisted to do so. Upon the delivery we gave him a tip as to thank him, but it turns out that he was not satisfied. He unfold the money then look at it and complain that it is too little. And said he is secutiy guard not a bellboy. Really?.(we gave him as much as the cost of taxi from hotel to East-point/or normal service charge) If he want to do it for a tip then it is better that he stand still. Other than that everything was really great. Recommended.

Frühstuck ist lächerlich und den Preis nicht wert. Fernseher ist viel zu hoch platziert.

Excellent value for money. Right on the doorstep of Liberty square. Walking distance to quite a few sightseeing, dining and shopping options. Room was itself spacious and clean with a sitting area. Staff were kind and helpful. However, it can be a little tricky to find the hotel as it’s in an hidden alley with no clear signage on the Main Street. I had to call them to get directions and the staff were super helpful in guiding me through. Bathroom seemed like it could use a renovation.

Lovely staff. Lovely location. Reasonable price. Don't expect viewes from your room as the hotel is located behind other buildings. Rooms on the highest floor could give you a bit of city and mountain views. Still good value for money.

We stayed at Citadines for 3 nights…and we found it ot be great value... it’s a bit difficult to find as it is in an alley next to the Marriott Courtyard, however, the apart-hotel is nice, new, clean, fantastic location, the room was spacious but the bathroom was small…staff could be friendlier. Wifi wasn’t good enough, so this would be the only complain, apparently not many rooms have good wifi.

The hotel is accessed through an archway just beside the Courtyard by Marriott so it is in an excellent location but still very quiet as it’s off the main square. Staff were very friendly, organise our taxi from and back to the airport. The room was fine with a very comfortable bed. We would definitely recommend the property.

We stayed at Citadines for 3 nights…and we found it ot be great value... it’s a bit difficult to find as it is in an alley next to the Marriott Courtyard, however, the apart-hotel is nice, new, clean, fantastic location, the room was spacious but the bathroom was small…staff could be friendlier. Wifi wasn’t good enough, so this would be the only complain, apparently not many rooms have good wifi.

Citadines Apart Hotel is located at the heart of Tbilisi and very convenient to access many shops & restaurants. It was very clean property with extra kind staffs.

Excellent value for money. Right on the doorstep of Liberty square. Walking distance to quite a few sightseeing, dining and shopping options. Room was itself spacious and clean with a sitting area. Staff were kind and helpful. However, it can be a little tricky to find the hotel as it’s in an hidden alley with no clear signage on the Main Street. I had to call them to get directions and the staff were super helpful in guiding me through. Bathroom seemed like it could use a renovation.

Hotel ligt aan Liberty Square, in het midden van de stad maar niet aan de straatkant waardoor het heel rustig is. Horeca, winkels, oude stad en openbaar vervoer liggen op wandelafstand. Modern hotel met nette, ruime kamers en behulpzaam personeel.

Sauberes Zimmer, hervorragende Lage direkt am Freiheitsplatz, leider nur im Hinterhof mit Zugang über dunkle Durchfahrt eines anderen Hauses - daher aber ruhig. Freundliches Personal, bis auf die letzte Dame an der Rezeption beim Auschecken. Die Matratzen sind leider zu weich und stützen die Wirbelsaule nicht. Frühstuck ist lächerlich und den Preis nicht wert. Fernseher ist viel zu hoch platziert.

The hotel is centrally located though quiet, nice reception staff, and room size is perfect for a family. The breakfast is ok, lots of choices but not many hot dishes. The beds are not comfortable. The kitchenette is useful and good.

This is THE place to stay if you want to explore all the highlights in Tbilisi. Sparking clean, efficient and friendly staff, storage for luggage, and most of all, central location right smack in the middle of Freedom Square. Can't ask for anything better. We will be back!!
