Great service! Fantastic facilities, a pool area on the top floor and hammocks that take you to another world, good breakfast and afternoon tea and friendly staff. Our room was not yet available at the check in time, however we were offered a late check out and taxi to the airport. Bonus! Highly recommend staying here!

On oasis in the city. What a treat to find this wonderful hotel to call home for a few days. After a brutal 3 calendar days of air travel on packed planes, it was such a relief to arrive in this little piece of paradise in the heart of the best district in Saigon. Located on a quiet side street yet in the middle of everything, on a little trafficked tree lined street, this boutique hotel charms from the moment you pull up. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient. We opted for a room with a private balcony and city view that also afforded glimpses of the river. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and linens, and a well equipped bathroom with deep soaking tub, rain shower, and handheld. Great lighting and plenty of room for product, plus a Japanese style bidet toilet seat. There are 2 elevators and waits are short. The pièce de résistance is the magnificent rooftop pool with bar and occasional unobtrusive live music. Lots of seating options from a hammock, lounges, sofas, chairs, beanbag chairs, high tops, and tables. Most with shade from the brutally hot Vietnamese sun. Breakfast is outstanding with a great mix of traditional Vietnamese, Asian, and continental options. Afternoon tea is similar with with less options but perfect for a pick me up in between meals. There’s a spa as well as gym and other amenities I didn’t use. Outside is everything you could want from dining, spas, shopping, and the most popular cultural attractions. Treat yourself at Silverland May.

Comfortable hotel close to centre of Saigon. Nice pool with a bar on the top floor and a cafe/bar on the ground floor. Breakfast and free afternoon tea served on the first floor in a pleasant dining area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

What an amazing place! I stayed at 3 hotels on my trip and this one was easily my favorite. Lots of necessary places in the neighborhood (banks, convenience stores, restaurants, massage places). 20 minutes from the airport. Excellent breakfast. Excellent afternoon tea. An insanely gorgeous pool with hammocks, gym, sauna, steam room, a bar, TV, great music, open rooftop. A great spa. Very kind staff. I loved this hotel sooooo much

Very good service. The pool at the top is good and I even got a massage done, which wasn’t too bad in price maybe only double the price from outside but very convenient although there’s lots of tourists and restaurants nearby very hard to find anything vegan

A good location for exploring Ho Chi Minh City for us it was four nights re-exploring , although it’s on the edge of an adult entertainment activity zone. We didn’t do the breakfast option but the afternoon tea was really pleasant. The pool area on the top floor is excellent with plenty of space in the pool and the bar were attentive. The bed and pillows were uncomfortably hard for tourist standards and check in was weird as we had to wait because of a room switch. We then requested to move as our city view was looking straight at someone’s front door and staircase. They did shift us after an hour to a room with an outlook.

Silverland Mây Hotel is truly a gem accommodation in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. Although rated as four stars, If you want a five star experience hectic six stars in my opinion choose this hotel. The staff is super helpful and friendly; the location is super convenient; the spa is outstanding. The pool, oh my that’s all I have to say. The afternoon tea was a very nice surprise. Thank you again Silverland Mây for an amazing experiences. See you again very soon!

Good location, fantastic rooftop pool with seating and a bar. A great place to read a book, or cool off and get away from the heat. Really loved it up there, it truly is as pictured. There was a lovely dining area with a live pianist and free afternoon tea each day as well. The floor of our room was not very clean with dust and hair, but the bathroom and bedding was clean. We were charged for a face and large towel which they said they could not get a stain out of. It was just some residue makeup that definitely would have come out. The replacement towel had some discolouration marks on it, so it felt a bit rich to have charged for this given the state of the towels to begin with.

何回も利用していますが、今回は、夜部屋に帰って来てお湯を出したら、錆か砂かザラザラしたものが出て来て、洗面台がつまりました。来てもらって修理しましたが、30分ごとにあと5分と言われて、1時間待たされ部屋の変更をいいましたが、待って下さいだけ、洗面場汚して、汚れたマット持って行って代わりは無し、翌日部屋を変更してもらいましたが、次の日の夜にまた、洗面場の水が流れなくなりましたが、また、時間がかかるのがいやでいいませんでした。

The building is showing its age, and the facilities are quite basic – think standard amenities, nothing fancy. Everything was clean, though, which is a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful. check-in/check-out was efficient. If you're not expecting luxury and just need a place to sleep, it's adequate. However, a little updating would definitely improve the experience.

property is in a good location, closet tomajor tourist attractions sites. ample food establishments close by from this property. the only negative is the layout of the bathroom- the odd configuration of the shower/tub. unrelated to the hotel the city was experiencing "extreme heat warning" (daily temp of 26 C to 37 C, high humidity) during my stay.

Such a great hotel on D1! Staff are friendly and lovely! Hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet was my favourite! I would say the gym machines need an update and beware the hotel isn’t very noise proof so you can hear everything. In the mornings. It was a little hard to sleep

This is the newest hotel of the Silverland chain in HCM. Rooms are large and bright. Amenities are top notch Staff is amazing as usual. Breakfast and tea always yummy. will be back!

I loved my stay here, mainly due to the location, the lovely reception area, spa treatment and bar at the roof. Staff were really friendly, breakfast was very good for a small hotel. Spa treatment was excellent - really good massage and facial at an excellent price, far better than some luxury resorts I've stayed at but with slightly more basic facilities. Pool and bar area at the top of the building is done very well - a great asset for a small city hotel. Location was great - great restaurants (Refinery) and bahn mi truck (Bahn Mi 74) 2 minutes around the corner, and close to walk to the main tourist sites of the post office, opera house, book street etc. The room is where I was disappointed - specifically the bathroom. Stayed in one of the larger rooms on the 4th floor - no issue with noise outside and it was nice to have a balcony. My big issue was with noise inside the room and the bathroom. The pipework was extremely loud when others used showers/taps and I can't understand why. The bathrooms need an overhaul badly - they do not fit with the feel you get in the room/reception/bar. Was a little concerning to see bare wires off a consumer unit in a cupboard, but it was a high cupboard - nonetheless, that shouldn't happen. Mattress definitely needs replacing in the room we stayed in so I imagine similar in other rooms. Would probably stay again, but I'd look elsewhere first.

我選擇有陽台的房間，是個我非常喜歡的空間，一進房就有香香氣味、美好的音樂迎接我，當然還有期待已久的陽光。從進大門開始，接待就很用心，等待的時候還會奉上茶水點心，離開時還特地為我搬行李，服務滿分！意外的是，早餐還不錯，但下午茶居然非常用心（原以為只是幾包餅乾和飲料機），每天都有小小的不一樣，真是非常感動！（鬆餅的奶霜真是超級好吃）房務人員整理房間非常用心，樓上泳池也很舒適，無論日夜都很能放鬆。唯一小小的缺點，是我房間805（不確定是不是只有我）的水龍頭才有如此的狀況：熱水彷彿有密碼一樣，要非常小心的調整，才能得到我想要的水溫。兩個晚上過去，我還是沒有找到解開密碼的關鍵，總是會先被燙一下。不過因為一切都太美好了，我還是願意給他很高的分數，很希望再回到那個可愛的小房間裡。對了，地點也不錯，畢竟在第一區，去哪裡都很方便。

What a phenomenal hotel! The service rivals that of The Four Seasons, Ritz, St. Regis etc. The staff were exemplary and preempted needs. The couldn’t do enough. There was a lovely fruit plate and welcome drink during check in. The pool area was lovely and rooms very comfortable. The cherry on top was the Afternoon tea set up which was extensive. Location also ideal - walking distance to everything in HCM. Highly recommend!

I would like to thank the entire staff at Silverland May, especially Thao, Andy, and Anna. Due to my back condition, Andy, Anna, and Thao went above and beyond to change our room and provide a more comfortable mattress to help ease my pain. Additionally, Thao and Andy ordered extra congee to be delivered to our room at 9 PM to soothe my stomach and a hot cup of ginger tea. We truly appreciate their exceptional service and highly recommend Silverland May (28-30 Thi Sach, Q1) to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in the future. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location that's close to everything you'd want to see in District 1. We had an issue on the first night with another guest being loud and disrespectful but the hotel staff went above and beyond to remedy the problem. The staff was so friendly and helpful that I'm giving this a glowing 5 star review despite our initial problem. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to all the action in Ho Chi Minh City.

Our honeymoon at Silverland Mây Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 1 was absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, the staff—especially Oxcar, Tony, and Nhu—made us feel incredibly welcome. When we faced an unexpected airport transfer issue that was entirely out of their control, they stepped in swiftly and graciously to resolve it, ensuring we arrived at the hotel without stress. Their exceptional care and efficiency immediately set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The level of service we received surpassed anything we’ve experienced at other 4- or 5-star hotels. The romantic touch of swan towels and a rose petal-adorned bed was truly enchanting and left my wife delighted. Every detail reflected their dedication to creating unforgettable moments for their guests. Silverland Mây Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone seeking a heartfelt and memorable stay!!

アーリーチェックインやライトチェックアウトなどご配慮くださりとても助かりました。ホーチミンでの常宿になりつつありますが、今回もレストラン予約など日本語でご対応くださるThaoに何かとお世話になりました。ドアマンのPennyとの再会も楽しみにしておりました。優秀なドアマンがいるホテルは居心地が良くリピートしたくなります。ただ今回はウェルカムドリンクもウェルカムフルーツもなくなったのだと思っていたら他の方は召し上がっていたり、朝食時はシェフが変わったかのような味の変化を感じ少し残念なところもありました。次回への期待を込めこちらの評価とさせていただきます。

The location of the hotel is right in District 1. The. Post Office, City Hall, Coffee Apartment and Bitexco Tower are all within 10 min walking distance. The room is clean and the included breakfast is delicious. Additionally, they gave a five-star guest treatment. I will stay there again.

Been to Họ Chỉ Mình City countless times but it’s my first stay in this hotel. Very pleasant stay.. lobby is nice and service is good. Only 2 negative feedbacks: 1. Breakfast is limited and food not hot enough 2. The towels have to be changed, everyday I’ll see black stains on my towels even if they’re newly changed

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was close to all the key spots in District 1. There is an amazing roof top pool bar and the hotel provided afternoon tea each day accompanied with live background music. Even though we had checked out earlier in the day, the hotel allowed us to still use the pool and enjoy afternoon tea. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Comfortable hotel close to centre of Saigon. Nice pool with a bar on the top floor and a cafe/bar on the ground floor. Breakfast and free afternoon tea served on the first floor in a pleasant dining area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed the 5 days. Excellent boutique hotel, probably one of the best for the value. Great service, nice afternoon tea and breakfast. Definitely recommend, and will come back for sure.

Very nice hotell, friendly and polite staff. Breakfast one of the best i have experienced, variety of food to choose from, always lots of fresh fruits.

The property is a great base to explore Saigon. It is very clean, comfortable and ideally located. The pool is nice and the bar up there is good with friendly staff. Breakfast selection lets it down a bit but that would not stop me going there again. All in all an enjoyable stay.

Amazing staff! Great pool and rooftop with amazing drinks. A nice morning breakfast and tea time!
