Excellent value for money for Helsinki. Good location and service (even though they don’t have physical reception)

This is a good hotel to stay the rooms are big. They don’t have staff onsite it’s all automatically done. I have no issues but I saw other people having issues. It is located about 10 minutes walking from the senate square/old town. There are lots of restaurants convenient stores, mall, and even a super expensive stripe club. The down side they don’t offer storage for your bags and the checking is at 4 pm. I will stay here again

Det mesta var bra, tyst, renligt och ganska stort rum. Riktigt dåligt tycker jag är att man inte kan lämna in sitt bagage innan man checkar in. Vi anlände H-fors kl 10 och måste lämna in vårt bagage på järnvägsstationen innan vi kunde checka in kl 16. Samma problem när vi for därifrån. Man kan inte vandra omking i Helsingfors med bagage hela dagen. Skärpning! En annan dålig sak är att man bara får en kudde

A modernidade precisa pensar no conforto e bem estar. Nosso chekin era para as 16:00horas. Estava tudo pronto mas o horario foi respeitado porque o computador nao sabe se estamos cancados, se estava tudo pronto e se aquela velha cortesia poderia nos ajudar. Hotel sem tecepcao, sem nenhuma pessoa para te orientar nao foi uma boa experiencia para nos.

Central hotel easy to walk to the centre. Check in process is awful as you have to go ok online and do it before in order to receive a pin number which you use for your entire stay to get into the hotel and room. No reception so no help if you need it. The room is adequate, had a microwave and fridge which was great. Shower water was lukewarm. Bed comfortable and TV great. Lots of space.

I've never stayed at receptionless hotels in the past, so I was a bit wary of the checking in procedures prior to and on my arrival in Helsinki. My concerns were allayed by the communication with Omena Hotels staff on the day before my arrival. Omena Hotels Llonroninkatu is situated in a central area of Helsinki which is perfect for transport, sightseeing, shopping & nightlife - with a supermarket situated directly opposite and numerous restaurants in the same street. The accommodation was as described and expected, so I was not disappointed. The hotel felt clean and safe throughout my stay, and is 1 that I would definitely return to in the future.

The Omena Hotel Lonnrontinkatu is conveniently located in Helsinki city center, just a 10-minute walk from the main train station. Our room was clean and comfortable, featuring a sofa and dining table. Although the room was a bit small, it was perfectly fine for two people. One thing to note is that this hotel has no reception, so check-in and check-out are done independently. However, this system has a major flaw. We were supposed to receive a registration link and code for check-in, but we never got it. Unfortunately, the customer service number was completely unresponsive, and the phone in the lobby was equally useless. We ended up having to contact our travel agency, who thankfully managed to get us the code within 15 minutes. However, this whole ordeal cost us two hours of our precious vacation time. And we weren't alone! During our 3-night stay, we witnessed at least 6-7 other groups experiencing the exact same problem. This is a serious issue that the hotel needs to address immediately. Guests should confirm their registration and code well in advance of their arrival date to avoid this frustrating situation.

Hôtel sans accueil donc impossible de laisser vos bagages en attente avant le Check in ou après le checkout. Très embêtant selon l’horaire d’arrivée ou de départ sachant que le checkin se fait à partir de 16h uniquement.

The hotel was ok but the room was dirty, bed sheets were gross, bathroom smelt awful and over all the room felt gross.

Pro: posizione abbastanza centrale. Struttura minimale ma con tutto l'essenziale. Check in facile, fatto tutto via mail, poi con un codice entri ovunque. Contro: Stanza abbastanza pulita nel generale, ma il materasso era pieno di capelli. Stanze non ben silenziate, si sento parecchi rumori.

Chambre confortable et propre. Même étant petite, il y a un micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et une télé. J'ai été surprise de la tranquillité dans l'établissement.

Rommet var stort men sengen veldig hard og ingen ekstra puter. Badet var møkkete med flekker av noe som lignet avføring på gulvet, vasken og i dusjen. Ventilasjonsanlegget bråket veldig.

There are no window shades and the curtains don’t cover the whole window. It was hard to sleep. There is some mold on shower curtain.

Omena offers excellent value for your money. While the toilet might be on the smaller side, the room was clean, and I had a comfortable night's sleep. Despite the absence of staff, it didn't affect my experience negatively. Overall, if you're looking for a budget-friendly option without sacrificing cleanliness and comfort, Omena is a solid choice.

Hotels.com does not share the correct info with Omena, therefore check in is troublesome. We needed to chat with Omena hotels to get the check in code. Just a tip for the next traveler. The room it self was as expected, cheap but had the necessities, and in the heart of Helsinki. However.. the windows does not open, the air gets stale and the room WARM in sunny days.

El hotel no dispone de recepción. Todo funciona a base de códigos de acceso pero en mi caso no hubo ningún problema con los mismos. La habitación muy amplia, no así el baño que es bastante pequeño. Me encontré la habitación limpia y bien equipada con toallas, papel higiénico,....... Ubicación magnífica, en pleno centro y a un paso de restaurantes, tiendas,....... Volve

Einziges ‚Problem‘ - die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen, nicht einmal kippen.

stanza buona, grande, con tutto l'essenziale del buon soggiorno...ma la nostra camera fronte strada principale e con la scritta neon fronte finestra...difficile da coprire con le tende oscuranti, finestra non chiusa bene e quindi tutto il rumore della strada.

Gute Lage, alles minimalistisch, okay für 1-2 Nächte. Im Hinterhaus B sehr ruhig.. Fester Duschkopf unmöglich!!!! Eher keine Wiederholung.

Sehr schlichtes kleines Hotelzimmer. Sehr kleines Bett (Doppel je nur ca 70cm Breite). Man lag auf Toppings, die regelmäßig runterrutschen. Die Fenster konnte und sollte man nicht öffnen; was nicht gerade eine schöne Luft zuließ, trotz anscheinend Klimaanlage, die dort Belüftung zu regeln schien. Es waren diverse dreckige Stellen im Zimmer. An der Wand, unterm Nachttischregal,.. Das Bad bestand aus einer Art rotem Universalbaukasten. In dem roten Kasten ist in sehr enger Form Toilette, Waschbecken, Dusche vereint. Die Dusche mit Vorhang machte natürlich das ganze Bad naß, da nicht richtig vom restlichen Badbereich getrennt. Das Licht spreize der Lüfter darin ging automatisch ab und nach einer Weile wieder aus, einer der Lüfter ein sehr lautes unangenehmes Piep-Drehgeräusch gemacht hat. Die Handtücher konnte man nur direkt über dem Klo aufhängen; wo es fast ins Klo reinhing. Die Möbel und das Zimmer sind schon sehr abgewohnt. Im roten Kasten ist außen ein Regal mit kleinen Kühlschrank integriert. Hier stand auch ein Wasserkocher und billiger InstandKaffee sowie Tee zur Verfügung. Zum nur dort schlafen hat es gereicht. Es gibt keinen Service. Ins Haus sowie Zimmer kommt man mit einem Zahlenschloß.

Very easy to book and go. I have stayed just 1 night, arrived late and left the other morning. The room has everything you need (even for eating).

Excellent location for exploring Helsinki. Basic facilities. Shower was freezing cold every time we tried to use it.

Very late check in time, no room service, if u need help u must pay to contact them Room ventilation was too loud and they say they cant stop it because it'll stop for everyone Room temperature was cold and u cannot adjust it + No one to change the towels

チェックインカウンターがなく前日に入り口の開錠コードが送られてくるというものですが、当日に送られてきたコードでホテルの入り口が開錠できませんでした。他の客が出るタイミングで中に入りそばの専用電話でコールするも誰も応答せず。自分の部屋はコードで開けられましたので入れたもののホテルの外に出ると次いつ入れるか全くわからないので困りました。メッセージで連絡しましたが未だに返答ありません。他のお客さんの出入りがあったからたまたま入れたものの他の宿泊客がいなかったら宿泊すらできず完全に詰んでました。 緊急の電話もつながらない、メールにも返答がない。部屋自体は快適でしたが、そもそも泊まることができなければ意味がありません。トラブルに遭った場合は進退窮まるので重要な用事で宿泊するなら他のホテルがおすすめです。

24 hr service - never answered there phone! Neighbours in room B232 were drunk, noisy and violent for three nights, still no answer from 24 hr service! Considered calling local Police enforcement! Room cleaning did not happen as per the hotel information.

当日急遽延泊の必要があり利用しました。 チェックインメールがエラーとなり部屋に入れ無いので、問合せ電話をしましたが英語が通じず、途中で電話を切られました。親切な他宿泊者さんのおかげで何とか宿泊は出来ました。時間空いてメールで部屋番号は知らせてくれましたが、最悪な対応でした。

The hotel is centrally located so it's walkable to the main downtown area. Theres also a supermarket across the street. The codes are only activated at the ckeck-in time, so plan your arrival at that time. And remeber your code - you need to use it three timea to get into the building, floor, room. The communication from the customer service was fantastic.

Shower water is only warm. If you want a hot shower, you must use the bidet shower from the toilet since this is the only way to get hot water. The downside is that you have to squat the whole time and it does not feel very hygienic to spray your face with the same bidet which you just used to your other parts. You cannot open the windows, so you don’t get any fresh air. I had to suffer all night since the AC only blows air into the room, and my nose got stuffed because of this. I did not feel safe, since there were often some sketchy people hanging around at the front door of the hotel. The problem is that they can easily see when you enter the code to the lobby door, and the same code also works for your room. So if they see you entering the code and follow you to the same floor where your room is, they could get into your room anytime. Good: Fridge, instant coffee, water boiler, TV, internet, plenty of towels, soap and lots of toilet paper, decent bed, 4 good pillows, huge windows with lots of sunlight, and an electric plug next to the bed. My conclusion: I would rather spend my money renting a private apartment in the Tapiola district for the same cost

This hotel is in a great location. If you are not looking for luxury but a clean and practical place to stay for a few nights, I recommend it.

Ett bra hotell med ett koncept där allt sköts digitalt, det fungerade till 100% koder m.m. kom i tid. Rummen väldigt funktionella utrustade med micro och kylskåp. Omena hade något avtal att man kunde köpa frukost någonstans, men det fanns flera livsmedelsbutiker i närheten.
