Comfort Inn & Suites Napoleon

It was a quick trip but a good one. Kids loved the pool.

Breakfast was good, clean and smelled good. No issues besides pool wasn’t open

The drain in the shower didn’t work well. The elevator had a very musty smell. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Quiet spot, courteous and quick checkin. Breakfast had lots of choices. However the hot tub was pour in concrete with a table and chairs over it. We book hotels based on the fact it has a hot tub, it is important to us, so this was a negatove. Pool was nice.

The best thing about the property was that the person at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. The room was clean, but the bathroom in my room had a strange smell, possibly rust or mold. Other than that it was fine. The towels in the indoor pool area were old and in terrible shape. They’re also really small.

Everything was great but the shower drained slowly. Needed more tables in bfast area. We really liked the pool and the beds were so comfy! Would def stay here again.

Over all I would go back. We didn’t get clean new towels after the first night so I had to ask and they didn’t have enough. I tried to use the fitness room and only one piece of equipment worked. The rest was broken and was not labeled as such. The staff were very nice though.

The hotel is clean and does the job if you are only staying for sleep. The pool is a bit cold, and the pool towels are small. There are no rooms to accomodate a group (we had a wedding to attend, and family from out of town).

It was very good. I will stay again. Please change the swimming towels, they are scratching. Please have some one sweep up the cigarette buts in the parking lot and relocate the cigarette sand planter next the entrance door. I regularly stay at this facility.

Short stay and Comfort Inn is good option. Clean and big rooms. Emp[oyees kind and helpfull.

Our room was clean, but the tub didn't drain well so stood in dirty shower water up to ankles. Drained eventually. Lobby and stair carpet up to rooms was dirty abd worn. Decaf coffee was lukewarm.

Kind of a mix of some things obviously updated (beds, tvs, room fridge & microwave) and others need updating (bathrooom, carpet, blinds, noisy fan on air conditioner). Overall OK, but not great

This looks like the better of the hotels to stay at in Napoleon. The beds were not great, and the non/smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. When I mentioned the smell at checkout, the staff person said they had a room where a woman smoked a lot, and they weren’t able to get the smell out. As they had other rooms available, I’m not sure why they put me in this room. Otherwise, the day was OK.

I didn't like the fact that you couldn't close the drapes. It was a little bright in the room for sleeping.

There are things that should be checked by maintenance for repair before you keep having people stay in the rooms. When I got to room I wondered why chair was shoved against the wall in the corner, barely touched it and the leg came off, I got down on the floor and got the leg back on but did not risk sitting in it my entire stay. The toilet seat is loose and should probably be replaced.

Room smelled of smoke. Left window open all night and ran vent fan, but did not help much.

It was a fine low cost hotel, however the bed gave both of us pressure point pain all night - not worth the dollars we saved.

Room was not especially comfortable. Clean, quiet, yes. Lounge chair not at all suitable for relaxing. Plus, set in a corner that made TV viewing poor. Tried to connect to internet, but received a "no internet service". (NO competitive properties in the area.)

Room smelled like smoke, staff was rude at check in (late night) - did not even attempt to help with the smoke smell just said “oh” when we told him.

Front desk was fast and efficient. Room is spotless. Quiet and very reasonable.

I was impressed by the courtesy and friendliness of staff and the cleanliness of the breakfast area!

Horrible check in

The staff and management were excellent here. They were very helpful in coordinating all my local needs and supporting me while staying in town for almost a week. I would stay at this establishment again in a heartbeat!

We were in the area for a wedding. The hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. Seemed to be only one staff member there on Sunday morning, who was trying to cover the breakfast area and the desk.

High price, difficulty checking in after booking through hotels.com and using a gift card for payment; employee didn't know how to use a gift card for payment with no expiration date and made me give another form of payment so I was charged twice & she wanted me to contact the gift card company to resolve the issue but didn't offer any other solutions & refused to figure out how to look up my reservation and payment through hotels.com to confirm payment was already made or to accept the receipt I had for proof of payment online. The remote wouldn't work for the TV and the battery cover was missing (employee brought me two sets of batteries twice to replace myself but didn't wait to see if they worked so I had to call multiple times and only 2 of 8 batteries worked). No one was behind the desk so we had to call the employee multiple times for assistance with faulty items and issues with our room/amenities and she didn't answer the first few times we called & didn't come to check the desk even though I waited at least 10 minutes before going to my room to use my phone. The bathtub had a leaky faucet and was quite annoying to listen to all night & is a huge waste of water for a simple inexpensive repair. The toilet overflowed all over the entire bathroom floor while my husband and I were at the so called Continental breakfast even though we used it once the entire stay (it flushed without any issues & was not overflowing before we left the room). We reserved a room with 2 Queens and were given a room with a king. Had to go back and get a different room. Also, elevator access is tight.

The manager and his assistant were outstanding; very personal and professional in all aspects of their business; we really enjoyed to have a people around us during our time in the property

easy access, nice property, requires a short drive to downtown area to finds places to eat none of which are well know places to eat only local bars and grill, mom and pop establishments (other than a few know fast food places), but what is available good food good service.

breakfast (eggs) were cold room was pretty good. nothing noteworthy I was impressed that I got a call early afternoon to confirm that we were coming that evening.

The rooms were clean but this property is much older and more run down that it looks in the pictures. The bed was not terribly comfortable. However, the woman who ran breakfast was very nice and went out of her way to help and accommodate every guest.

Overall experience was great except breakfast was over at 930…I woke up at 9…so there wasn’t much of a selection of hot food. I give it an 8.5 out if 10.

Food needed replenished more often on busy days. It was very clean.

Neev is awesome person. He was kind curtious and was on top of making sure the breakfast bar was top notch for the guest. I cant wait to book a room next year for my family reunion. Thanks for making our stay worth while Neev.
