Pool wasn't working,the toilet in our room was not working, you had to fiill the toilet tank with water from the sink to use!! And this is a Marriott?? And after that my family wakes up to a busted main line so we had no water to shower on the drive home. I will never stay at this hotel again, i would much rather had stayed in a motel 6

Very friendly staff. Hotel room, breakfast options, accommodations were all average. Pool was closed, don't open till after memorial day. For late spring in the south, it's hot enough outside already for a swim. The little kids were very sorely disappointed.

The elevator was broken when we arrived, and we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor. I am disable, so you can see that was a challenge. The reason we did not go to another Hotel was because of the time we arrived. The other thing was that we were out of Shampo and Body wash, you think that housekeeping would check those items on daily basis. I will not be booking any more Fairfield in Hotels at all when I travel.

We have always enjoyed Fairfield stays and I am sure this was disappointing due to cleaning crew and maintenance crew's shortcoming or may be this small town unit's management. First, the carpet was sticky, not spots, the whole room. We kept shoes next to bed to avoid touching the floor. Gross feeling. Next the sliding door to the closet by the bed was just hanging off one of the two rollers and the railing, the other roller and the handle were broken. We had to lift the two sections of the door and move out of the way to access inside and move back since the door touched the bed when it was open and could not get on the bed from that side. (Very small room - about twice the size of the king bed) I would have complaint and change room but we got there late and were leaving early the next morning.

Room door barely opened due to carpet height. A/c was either freeze you or fry you. There was no in between. Floor itself was noticeably uneven under the carpet. There was a noticeable pop in the wall about every 15 seconds anytime someone was upstairs in the bathroom. The in room refrigerator made a noticeable pop anytime the thermostat would turn it off or on. There was a rolled suction anti slip mat in the shower. I have never seen such a thing in a hotel. Other than those things, and it is completely understandable it could be room specific, but it was clean and the staff was vey helpful.

I double charged for the room. I called the booking agent and I talked with the desk clerk and both saidit would be fixed. However, I was double charged anyway. I am disputing the charges, but senior citizens should not be jerked around like that.

Room was great and staff were courteous and friendly. Only complaint would be that the free breakfast was not ready for early risers. I checked a little after 7 am and nothing was ready.

Good spot, quick sleep, breakfast could have been a lot better. Only 2 things for breakfast and quiche were gone by 815. How are you not prepared for the number of guests. Overall, nice stay disappointing breakfast

The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They were ready and available to answer my questions. Breakfast area was always clean and the food was replenished. I will stay here again when I visit my adult child stationed at Fort Sill.

Property was clean and friendly staff. They were repairing the rooftop but that was the noise during the day. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff was accommodating. The cleaning staff was very efficient and willing to bring items to you.

The fan in the bathroom made a groaning noise when turned off. Just the fan noise when on. But that was more tolerable. Seemed to be caused by the outside wind. The small refrigerator ran making a noise all night. Staff problems. Refused to print a receipt. The reason sighted was that I had booked with a third party. In excusable. The third party (hotels.com) appeared to be a booking with the Fairfield by Marriott. In any case it is hard to be reimbursed with the excuse that I used hotel.com site. This last is infuriating and self-serving on the part of Marriott. I usually use Hilton properties and this is yet another reason to go back. The last time I stayed in Lawton, OK the Hampton Inn was filthy (mold in the shower and poor linen service) First time using Marriott product since I retired. I am reminded why I left.
