I was not happy with our room or service. When we walked into the room it was clean, but the phone line had been cut and the bathroom door was hanging from its hinges. They used the wrong type of shower curtain rod which resulted in water everywhere after a simple shower. Staff was asked whether there was a coin machine in their laundry to which they said yes. There wasn't. The hotel laundry cart had towels strewn about and was pushed under the stairs. Coupled with the human trafficking soap and the truck stop next door, it is not a place I would recommend nor return to utilize.

The room was filled with all sorts of bugs. It also smelled like smoke and weed. It worked for what I needed it for. But next time, for my own Comfort, and piece of mind, I’ll pay a little more and stay closer to the fields.

It was filthy and had roaches in the room. Had to switch the first room the ac didnt work and the second room it was nasty. Trash and bugs at the head of the bed stuff on the walls and ceilings and worst part there is mold on the ceiling above the toliet in the bathroom. Thats a health hazard they shouldnt had rent me the room. I would like a full refund.

The property is easily accessed off the highway, but extremely noisy. My room that I paid full price for had not been serviced, cleaned or fresh towels prior to my arrival. Evidence of prior occupant such as plastic cups and room key still on the table. I was not pleased!

Rooms had mold, bugs, no housekeeping services, walls doors and overall room was dirty & filthy, I stayed in one room where the AC unit was at 61 degrees nonstop and there were no extra blankets. Noisy neighbors, the air brakes from trucks could be heard all night long, restroom door would not close and smell like wet dog and toilet did not flush. I was moved to another room, and it was also full of mold and dirty WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

When we made reservations we asked for queen beds. When we checked in we got full beds. There was no hot water and the a/c didn’t work very well. Tried to talk to the night worker and was told deal with it or leave.

There was only one towel provided, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. At night, the bright exterior lights shine directly into the room since the curtains don’t fully close, making it hard to sleep. The smell inside and outside the room was unpleasant as well. The only positive thing was the shower great water pressure and nice warm water.

We had a room booked for $75.00. The drag racing was that weekend, so they called me Saturday morning and told me “we are having plumbing issues!”. They cancelled my room and was able to rebook it for over $200.00!

I gave "Staff & service" 2 stars because while check-in was 5 stars, I repeatedly pushed the "push for service" button, the morning after, for them to unlock the door so I could check out but they never answered ... and I wanted my paper receipt. So I dropped my room keycard in the lock box and departed. Disappointed.

Perfect location right next to the Tesla supercharger, the gas station and a Wendy's restaurant that stays open 24/7. Yes on the highway, so nice! The sheets and towels seem to be very clean. There was no shower curtain for the shower. The ac was excellent. Never seen a motel ac work that well, keeping up with this TEXAS heat! There is mold growing because of the water from the shower getting on the floor of the bathroom, on account of the shower curtain missing.
