Camera quadrupla, ma ad uso doppia. Quindi ampio spazio. Il bagno era in comune solo con altre due camere, quindi sostenibile. Discreta colazione. A 100 metri dalla chiesa principale e quindi dall’area pedonale. Possibilita’ di parcheggio gratuito fronte struttura. Gli altri pagamenti, invece, sono a pagamento per fasce orarie.

Parking is free but very rare to find. The rooms were very basic and at street level with the heads of the beds against the window which was rather hard to stop sunlight getting in (21h of sunlight, 3 hours of dusk at best). So perhaps thicker curtains would be helpful. Breakfast was really good and had a large selection. Our kitchen came with utensils and plates. The bathroom was small but got the job done. However i didnt like that the back door was always open and had workers doing jobs in the backyard. Overall its a beautiful city and you can easily walk to the downtown core in 10 mins. Nice place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep and place all your luggage. My girlfriend and i enjoyed our stay here!

Can’t beat it for the price! Loved the fridge and microwave in the room. Be sure to ask for towels at check in.

Great location but kitchen unavailable due to remodeling. Bathroom floor wet after showering as no squeegy or mat mat. No soap and out of paper towels. Location is great.

Picked this guesthouse for location, it's 200m from the big church in Reykavik, and downtown so it's perfectly situated. Dealing with property beforehand was challenging, they aren't great with replying to any emails I sent before our arrival. Room was fine and we shared bathrooms with other rooms in the guesthouse. Lots of rooms sharing few bathrooms. It did have a kitchen we could cook meals so that was good. I didn't like that it didn't seem to get cleaned during our two night stay. The garbage can in the shared kitchen and bathrooms were overflowing and never got emptied in our stay. It seems Guesthouse Andrea is part of a larger group owned guesthouses, at least three different buildings managed together. Breakfast was served for all guesthouses at a one location, so we had to go around the corner for breakfast, which was always super crowded and noisy and lining up for food. Lots of food, just had to wait in a line up. Staff wasn't super friendly, not like other guesthouses we stayed in during our trip in Iceland. Not that they were rude, just not super friendly. Finally parking, part of the reason I picked this Guesthouse was that it advertised parking included. What it neglected to mention, until I was arriving at the destination, was that the free parking meant street parking. So yes free parking, if you could find it. We had to circle the neighbourhood a couple times to get spots. So a bit misleading I thought.

The room was clean. Very simple accommodations with a bed and table/desk and chair. If you want a place to sleep, it does the trick. Not any space for lounging. Kitchen in Andrea House was sparse, almost as if a deterrent for cooking. A quick heat up would have been nice; we ended up heating the entire oven for making toast. With that, the morning breakfast at the Aurora house location was great. Both the communal bathroom and kitchen were clean:). Location was great… quick walk to BSI and many establishments. Would definitely stay again.

The bedroom was clean. Shard kitchen and washroom. To collect the keys and for breakfast you got to go to another building at the corner of the road. Breakfast was good.

Didn’t like having to pick up key at a different location. It was pouring rain and dark at the time I arrived.

We booked the Studio and while it would have been fine for a short getaway with friends, it was not good for a family trip. The "private bathroom" was in a shared hallway. We were able to lock it once we got there but before it was open to everyone to use. The bathroom smelled of mildew so we tried to avoid it other than when absolutely necessary. The kids liked having their own beds. The mattress on the double was worn out and sunk to the middle. This did not allow a comfortable nights sleep. The refrigerator did not work and there was exposed wiring. At least there was an abundance of electrical plugs. I was able to connect to the WiFi but even webpages were painfully slow to load. Being in the loft, the room had a unique layout and some charm. Breakfast was good and only thing that saved this stay. I highly recommend the fresh bread.

Centrally located, everything within walking distance. ZERO parking in downtown Reykjavik, would not recommend if renting a car. Hostel has 3 floors, steeeeep stairs by American standards. Shared bathrooms. Towels upon request (stack of towels was left out for late check in). Beds are typical European (short bedding, one comforter per person). Our room was under the roof (roofline very low) leaving half of the room practically unusable (crawl or sit). Room was super tight, cramped but functional for two nights. We had the emergency exit in our room, which included the corresponding Exit sign that lit up the room like a Christmas tree. Had to engineer a cover to be able to sleep. Property is adequately clean. Shower water is hot, pressure is great but smells distantly like sulfur. Breakfast is generous with varieties of (wonderful) breads, jams, cereals, hard boiled eggs, coffee, tea etc. Check in instructions were mildly confusing, but can be figured out (ALWAYS GO TO AURORA Guesthouse first).

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. All tenants in the building were very quiet. Common bathroom was exceptionally clean. Thanks Andrea!

Room was clean and warm, check in was simple. I had been especially worried since I knew I would be arriving late from a tour. There was a convenient refrigerator available and a good breakfast. I will gladly stay there again whenever I vacation in Iceland again!

Nice breakfast, a bit crowded at the start of the breakfast hour. We were located in a very stinky flat and it was smelly in the hallway and toilets. Not expensive at all and well located.

Warm, clean room, good for the budget traveler who just wants a comfortable place to go to sleep after sightseeing and a nice breakfast. The location is perfect since it is near the main church, so easy to find and an easy walk to bus terminal and main streets

The bathroom smells like sewer, so foul, my daughter vomitted from the stench. Visitors beware.

Quite underwhelming for the price . Tiny room . Shared bathroom that was messy.

The first room with double bed was so small you could barely turn around. The second with trim beds had much more room. Breakfast is minimal. Nothing hot.

The hotel is a bit noisy at night, we can hear people walking and cooking and cleaning around mid-night, so couldn't sleep well. But the bathroom is nice for shower, and the guy at reception was helpful :)

Spacious suite with kitchen and skylights, walkable to downtown Reykjavik. Very convenient location. Breakfast options were good. We enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly and helpful especially for early arrival. Place to leave luggage. Great breakfast. Only negative is WiFi is spotty and keeps dropping at Andrea house.

Great location and good breakfast included in the room rate. My flight arrived after midnight and although there was no reception they left the keys of my room with my name on it for me to access without any issue. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Guesthouse Andrea! The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs (a family of three). The breakfast served each morning was delicious. The location was very convenient in that it was within easy walking distance of many areas we wanted to see in the city. It's also not far (about a ten-minute walk) from the BSI Bus Terminal, which is where the Flybus and our tours departed from. What's more, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and happy to help, especially when our flight arrived early and we needed our room earlier than planned. We highly recommend Guesthouse Andrea. If we ever return to Reykjavik, which I hope to do, I plan to stay here again!

Frokosten var oppgitt 7:00, men da vi kom ned fikk vi streng beskjed om at det først var 7:30. vi skulle ta taxi kl 8:00 og spurte om vi ikke kunne få spise litt før tiden. Det var ikke mulig, kun litt frokostblanding fikk vi lov å ta. Lite hyggelig betjening.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was clean, quiet, and the staff were very friendly.

Good bed. Great breakfast. Check in very complicated! but personal very helpful, once we found them in the basement of the main house.

Great location in the middle of Reykjavík. It was very walkable to the city center and they offered a great breakfast to start each day.

Andrea’s Guesthouse was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Reasonable, right in the middle of some amazing shops, Loki’s, some pastry places. I would happily recommend Andrea’s to friends and family, and yes we would stay here again!

The accommodations are humble but the guests are fabulous and the fresh baked bread in the morning are a big plus!

A very comfortable guesthouse room with useful in-room amenities. No problems with shared bathroom or other guests. Breakfast (FYI at 7:30 am) was wonderful! A good value for Reykjavik downtown.

Amazing location and everything I needed. Breakfast was simple but replenished frequently. Free parking was easy to find on the street. I would suggest earplugs and an eye mask for extra comfort, the rooms are quite active at night.
