Boutique Hotel

once upon a time this place was absolutely amazing! Key word "once upon a time". As we were traveling through, because of what I remembered of this pace, we decided to stop for the night. To my shock, It was horrible! The pool and hot tub were not available but that was OK. There was no toilet paper in the room and only one towel for 2 guests. When I asked for another towel, they said we would have to wait until morning when housekeeping came back in. :/ The linens were stained but we were one of the fortunate rooms that had a TV, according to other reviews. I'm not sure if there were any actual guests besides ourselves. There were however several drug dealers that appeared to live there and had constant traffic that flowed ALL NIGHT past our sliding glass door that lead to the parking lot. There were also several hookers taking clients in and out. I was approached by beggers when I took my dogs out and it felt extremely unsafe walking around with drug dealers, hookers and beggers that were noticeably higher than most on the list at a Diddy Party.We literally had to keep our curtain open so we could watch our truck and trailer because of safety concerns. I took a bath when we first arrived and by morning checkout after walking around the room, my feet were black and nasty. I literally had to wash my feet before putting on my socks. It saddened me to see a place I frequently stayed at for several years after it was first built, changed to such garbage. Staff didn't care.

This hotel was hot in the hallways and smelled terrible. I paid for a week and had no tv the whole time, although I asked about it several times. The manager told me she would personally bring it each time I asked. She never did. The rooms smelled. I cleaned my room myself to get rid of the smell. Also the fire alarm blared and we had to evacuate 2 days in a row.

They could use more luggage carts

Just not taken care of. Toilet didn’t work. Television didn’t work. The phone to call down to the main desk DIDN'T WORK. The pool and jacuzzi advertised were out of service. Honestly can’t even be mad because it’s just laughable.

It was terrible, smelled. It had abandon cars in parking lot, no toilet paper asked multiple times and nothing. People hanging out all day and night, Hookers, yes prostituts walking around and hanging out all over it was last minute stop after driving 10hrs and they wouldn’t give me my money back

Hotel was dirty elevator did not work. I did not stay went and got another hotel after door handle did not work AND was approached by a hooker in the hallway awful experience

Price was good but hands down the scummiest, dirtiest, most dangerous motel i've ever experienced and I mean by a long shot. Don't do it!

The room was missing locks for safety. The beds had black hair all over it and in it .the floor had hair all over .was to scare to eat there because the of the room condition. The staff was friendly at check in.

If I hadn't already booked and paid for it I probably would have left. It seemed kind of ghetto and one lady was leaving because she didn't feel safe. I didn't have any towels in the room, but was given some at the front desk. Later on, I noticed that I didn't have a trash can. They said they would bring me one, but it never came. Later on, while I was watching TV, I went to go to the bathroom but there was water all over the floor. I phoned the front desk and they sent in the handyman. The float was too high in the toilet so he took off the lid and put it on the shelf. I did get him to mop up the water. The next morning, I looked at the toilet lid and it was filthy (which I couldn't see as long as it was under the shelf). The toilet had been put together with putty instead of having a wax ring seal and all the edges of the walls and molding were unfinished. This was the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed in, and I've been in some doozies. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

We didn’t even stay at the property. I checked in, walked up to the room went down to the front desk to question it and they said it’s because the cleaning lady left it open for the floors. I think that’s very unsafe. So we went back to the room and there were roaches crawling everywhere. Went back to the front desk and told them I can’t stay then left.

Entire building smelled horrible, sheets were covered in dirt and pubic hair, pillowcases had blood stains

We went to our room and roaches were on the pilllows and walls. We left right then. NEED A REFUND STILL WAITING

The worst hotel I've ever seen, and I've seen a few. The entire hotel smells of rot and mildew - and I mean it reeks. Carpets are extremely filthy toilet cover yellow with residue, wifi does not work, garbage in the hallways. They also charged my card for the stay whereas I have paid with rewards at Hotels.com.

This is the nastiest hotel I’ve ever walked into. The lobby had muddy foot prints when we walked in, the smell was HORRIBLE, there were people arguing and the staff was just as engaged in the argument. Staff stated “better lock your stuff up cause we got thieves”. We got to the room and there was blood stains on the floor, the bedding wasn’t washed and had stuff spilled all over it. Floors weren’t swept or vacuumed. I took pictures and I’m trying to be reimbursed. We left within 20mins of showing up. I couldn’t bring myself to touch ANYTHING.

Room wasn't very clean, Got into bathroom and Toilet looked like it wasn't clean

First of all they are remodeling and our room had lamps with no lampshades, we had no TV, I’m not lying no tv. Ashes in the drawer stains on the bed linen. I will never stay here again

There were no waste receptacles, no cold water so I could not shower, there was no blanket on the bed only a very thin bed spread, coffee but no cups or coffee packs and I was kept up most of the night because something - squirrel or raccoon - is living in the wall right at the head.

My room was not ready, reserved a king bed and only had a full bed!!! Internet did not work. Doors slamming all night! I think this is a homeless shelter?

I got a room on the 2 of September an left on the 4 th . First the bottom bed cpver had crumbs on. An it an stained. Top cover an sheet was clean though. No soap , tv didnt work thay didnt hive us no wifi password at all but i can deal with that. An the kicker wsd that we never had gpt any towel despite all the attempts to get the hotel worker tp het us some they acted like it was ok . I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE

You cant beat the price, and i thought there was a nice relationship between the staff and their tenants.

I always have an amazing stay here at the boutique especially Mrs Stacy at the front desk she's the best ....

No towels in the room went and asked for towels and they handed me one towel for a two night stay

My wife and kids and I stayed for about 25 minutes before we called it quits on this hotel. The immense smell of bleach was not only annoying but suffocating. It sounds like I am being dramatic. I promise it was dangerous amounts of bleach spilled all over the room. Several of our throats swelled up from the chemicals irritating our eyes mouths and noses etc. It was so bad my 3 year old got a nose bleed. It was like we were being poisoned. I didn't even ask for a refund and told the front desk and she just said yeah sometimes it smells bleachy. She offered no solution but apologized several times. This hotel is borderline uninhabitable and full of people who do not care about cleanliness or well being. I wish I could get a refund but I don't have the time to complain for it.

We had to get a different hotel and ask for a refund that we still have not received

Nice staff affording people a place to stay who would be out in the cold weather or homeless. Provide free coffee every morning for those going to work and food bags on occasion. A special thanks to Stacy, Moses, Whitney and Chris who were especially kind and attentive to guests less fortunate 💞
