Je tiens à remercier toute l'équipe de cet hôtel pour une semaine incroyable ! En particulier Afina, qui m'a soutenu avec mes nombreuses demandes 😊 ! Nous sommes venus, ma future épouse et moi, pour ma demande en mariage, et ils nous ont offert un service irréprochable ! J'ai eu le privilège de séjourner dans une chambre à couper le souffle ! L'hôtel est flambant neuf et d'une propreté impeccable. Je ne trouve aucun défaut ; c'est parfait, idéal ! Merci encore à tous ! 🙏 Afina ! À bientôt ! 10/10

Der Spa ist wirklich schön! Leider ist das Personal unmotiviert, dauernd waren Shampoo, Duschgel und der Aufgusseimer leer! Außerdem wurde das Dampfbad nicht richtig bedient, schlichtweg zu kalt!

The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained – no complaints there. The grounds are lovely and visually impressive. However, relaxation is hard to find at the pool, as the music is played far too loudly from morning to evening. Instead of a calm atmosphere, it often feels more like a beach club than a hotel pool. On top of that, the additional charges are excessive and frankly disappointing, especially given the already high room rates. Things that are usually included in other hotels are charged separately here. For example, an omelette at breakfast comes with an extra €17 fee – something that should really be standard. The hotel only provides one small plastic water bottle per day in the room, which also feels stingy. The private beach, which is heavily promoted and accessible by the hotel shuttle, requires an additional €100 per day for a sunbed. That feels unreasonable and leaves a sour taste, considering how much guests are already paying. Food is okay, but nothing close to fine dining, which is what one would expect at these prices. On top of that, two out of three meals I had included a hair in the dish – unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one positioning itself as premium. Overall: a beautiful property, but the loud pool area, constant upcharges, and lack of value for money make the experience feel cheap in all the wrong ways.
