This is an older hotel in a nice area of Palm Springs. There are new owners who are rehabbing it. That said, there were equipment issues. Our door lock stopped working, one of the door entrances to the pools did not work, the jacuzzies did not work, the cable system was awful and hard to use, the office is closed from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, a number to call for help is provided. The staff was nice.

Price was great rooms were clean and satisfactory at the pool area. Needs maintenance. Heated pool was not heated. Water was very cold. One Jacuzzi was not very warm. The other Jacuzzi the one was very hot and the second Jacuzzi the Jets don’t work. The canopy lounge beds looked rundown and need paint people playing their private boom boxes loud

When we arrived we immediately noticed that the property did not live up to the pictures. The room, though functional, was more akin to a motel 6 than I had hoped. Even worse was the fact that the TV was a "smart" tv with horrible network connection, so virtually no channels were available. The staff kindly came by to help with the TV, but even after 15-20 minutes of trying to get a half-decent channel to work, we were stuck with one or two really awful channels. It wasn't a horrible place, and the staff was friendly, but I expected more. Next time I'll just stay at motel 6 and save some $.
