The Ast. manager that greeted me was the same friendly one that helped me get checked-in mid February of this year. This has been, now, my home away from home when I'm up visiting family. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I watched their team in the morning work very, very well together. There are dog treats at the front desk. And, there are plenty of fields around to give the pups a good walk. My only constructive feedback are the doors for the rooms. There aren't any noise damper strips on the metal frame, so it causes a loud, disruptive sound for the hall room / guests. However, I would easily recommended this hotel to family and friends!

This was a very clean, comfortable hotel! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Pool area was clean. Breakfast had many options and area was clean. Everything well maintained. 10/10 recommend!

I have stayed here several times for work but this time was a last. I feel like I was being pranked with how bad this last visit was. I arrived late to the property 11pm and when I got to the room with my sleeping kids the room was dirty. Bathroom and kitchen were filthy. It was obvious that no one had cleaned but the sheets and towels were clean so I cleaned it myself. I spent the night cold because our king size bed had queen sheets. I had asked the front desk for new sheets and that never happened so night two was cold . They also decided to fill the pool with chemicals right at the pool open time. So my morning. Swim with the kids was ruined and the staff “yeah so”……. I will take my business elsewhere

Fantastic hotel. Both room and common spaces were beautiful and comfortable, and everything was squeaky clean. Parking was easy and breakfast buffet delicious. Close to the medical district. Highly recommend.

Super clean, great breakfast w/many options, pet friendly (tip: they have dog bones at the front desk)… My only constructive feedback back is that the doors in the hallways shut loudly, IMO. The elevators are super quiet; however, visitor room doors shut with a sharp metal sound. Perhaps, one day, they can place the small, concealed rubber-stoppers along the inside door trim… Ps, The outdoor half court basketball area was super cool!

Clean and modern design. We enjoyed the 2 bed studio with sleeper sofa. It was perfect our family of 5. We had to ask for bedding for the sofa but staff was prompt and polite. We had to ask and wait for pool towels. But staff brought some a little later. Breakfast was really good with lots of options and the seating area was clean and comfortable. Nice hotel! We would stay here again.

Amazing stay. That the hotel was brand new. My only complaint is the pet charge was too high. I think $75 is too much.

I was really impressed with the breakfast! There was eggs, potatoes, sausage, and pulled pork! Oatmeal hot and cold, waffles, and all the condiments you can think of! Our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the furniture in the seating area was too!

When I just arrived and looked around the room, there’s a hand towel that looked like have been used and not folded, a small wash cloth on the floor behind the bathroom door with yellow stain in it, and the bedsheets didn’t look like been changed/ looked like someone laid on it, didn’t bother to change the bedsheet and just covered it with the comforter. That’s $160 room that been paid.

Nice property but it could have been cleaner. We had empty medicine pouches in the nightstand drawer and an open bag of chips in the kitchen cupboard. Off the elevator was a dirty food dish that sat for 24 hrs. It’s just hard to have confidence in the overall cleanliness when you see stuff like this.

One of the nicest rooms that we have ever stayed in, and we are Hilton Honors members (though I forgot to connect our stay to our account because I had scheduled through Expedia). Everything was extremely clean EXCEPT the sofa bed- when we opened it up, the mattress cover had dead bugs and short curly hairs on it. My expectation is that house cleaning never even checked it... When I asked the front desk if they could clean it while we were out for a few minutes, they gave us a fresh set of sheets to do it ourselves. Definitely willing to give the place another try, but I think our first experience was subpar.

Check in and check out were great. Fast and easy. Our room was clean and ready. We did have a couple issues with housekeeping. We had a 4 night stay. Our bed was only made once. We got clean towels every day but they forgot a bath mat. Also we ran out of kleenex. I took the box out and sat it on the counter so they would see it was empty. No kleenex at all. The box sat there for 3 days. Other than those few issues, our stay was pretty good. Breakfast was good also.

Food crumbs left on the counter and on the edge of the garbage disposal in the sink. Large yellow spot on the mattress. Toilet seat was broken and would almost fall off with any movement. Non-Slip floor cover in the shower was black from being extremely dirty and worn. Everything in the room had a large layer of dust in it. Nothing had been wiped off in quite a while. Let customer service know and all that was said was “Oh wow….that is awful”.

The employees were wonderful and the service was excellent. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was extremely firm which is not my preference. But if you like a rock hard mattress then this is a great option.

The hotel was in a great location. Very clean and the rooms were large and accommodating. The only problem was - the bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. I literally had a back ache (which is uncommon for me) the whole next day. Please upgrade your beds and you’ll be a 5 star.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Our family loved it. The kitchen was convenient for when we decided not to eat out. The staff was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The staff was very nice and the room was quiet, which was a huge plus as we were sleeping in the daytime. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, and the 6-10 breakfast was pretty darn good. Only thing I would suggest is more apps on the TV, as only having Disney+, Netflix, and AppleTV available left a lot of streaming inaccesible. Otherwise, it was a near perfect stay. Especially want to give a shout out to Conner (sp?), the overnight desk agent. He was helpful, corteous, showed genuine caring and concern, and quite simply made our stay (related to daughter being in hospital) substantially better. Thanks to all the staff, who were to a one superb, but especially to Conner (sp?). Thanks again, all!

First time staying here. Was very nice. Rooms were big with full kitchens and regular sized fridge. Several dining options within a close drive and easy access to highway. Was quiet, will stay here again next time in Springfield.

We stayed in a suite. The room was very clean. It had a stove top, utensils, microwave, refrigerator and toaster. Walk in shower with glass doors. Couch was comfortable as well as the king size bed. Highly recommended.

We arrived prior to 3:00 check in but they allowed us early check in. My wife doesn't like elevators and when i told the front desk that they found an open room on the 1st floor and transferred our registration. The next morning we went to the breakfast included and the food was good, and the staff were very friendly and made it a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and we would definitely use them again.

Our room was clean and in very good condition. Probably the cleanest hotel room we’ve stayed in recently. We were only there for one night. The staff seemed a bit undertrained. No greeting. Just a blank stare. I had to tell them why I was there, they did not ask. Same experience when leaving. No one asked how my stay was. I said hi and the lady did not say anything back to me. I waited for her to say something and she eventually asked how she could help me. I told her I needed to check out. Overall I would stay here again if I was in the area. But I do think the staff need training.

Great stay, price was great. We got in late and the front desk person was attentive and helpful. She even placed us far away from the elevator which we appreciated. Will stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

The staff was very nice and the room was quiet, which was a huge plus as we were sleeping in the daytime. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, and the 6-10 breakfast was pretty darn good. Only thing I would suggest is more apps on the TV, as only having Disney+, Netflix, and AppleTV available left a lot of streaming inaccesible. Otherwise, it was a near perfect stay. Especially want to give a shout out to Conner (sp?), the overnight desk agent. He was helpful, corteous, showed genuine caring and concern, and quite simply made our stay (related to daughter being in hospital) substantially better. Thanks to all the staff, who were to a one superb, but especially to Conner (sp?). Thanks again, all!

I had Friday and Saturday booked. We got here at 11 Friday night. The front desk told me that my room wasn’t clean yet. It would be at least 45 minutes. We didn’t get in our room until after midnight. If my room was booked, why wouldn’t that room be clean? Especially considering check out would’ve been 11 am Friday morning. After getting in our room late, the next morning we had house keeping knocking on our door just a little after 8 am Saturday morning. They didn’t hear anyone when they knocked, and opened the door. The male ended up seeing my wife standing at the bathroom naked. Thishotel has been nothing but a joke.

I booked this hotel for my dad and step-mother and I spoke with the staff on two occasions to try to get an early check in. Both times, the staff were so nice and professional. My dad had nothing but good things to say about this hotel- quiet and safe neighborhood, great areas to chat with friends while he was in town, and clean! Right next to a grocery store as well which can be handy. Will be reserving a room here for myself or family in the future!

Fantastic hotel. Both room and common spaces were beautiful and comfortable, and everything was squeaky clean. Parking was easy and breakfast buffet delicious. Close to the medical district. Highly recommend.

I was really impressed with the breakfast! There was eggs, potatoes, sausage, and pulled pork! Oatmeal hot and cold, waffles, and all the condiments you can think of! Our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the furniture in the seating area was too!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and all the staff we talked with were very nice! I would suggest maybe enhancing the breakfast options a bit, but we loved the pastries and coffee.
