Had a great stay, awesome breakfast (full breakfast), really accomodating staff, grab a coffee or hot chocolate on our way out in the morning and so close to public transport. Would recommend for anyone staying who wants to checkout New York.

Great location, so close to shops and restaurants but on a very quiet street with hardly any street noise. Room was spacious and very clean. Had all the amenities you’d need e.g. an iron. Free tea, porridge etc in the lobby. Would definitely recommend staying here :)

It was good room size and clean. We only stayed on night. No parking on site so we had to park approx. 5–10-minute walk away. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Would stay again, but would request a higher floor (we had floor 5).

Best Western Plus Soho's location was awesome! Close to Chinatown, Little Italy and Soho. There are several parking garages in close proximity as well. Jose, at the front desk was always so helpful and nice. Always had a smile on his face. I didn't get the names of the other front desk people but everyone was so nice....even the person handling the food during breakfast as well as the housekeeping crew. Leaving our bags before checking in and after check out wasn't an issue and I felt safe staying in the hotel. The coffee bar in the lobby was a plus. The room was really clean and the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

only critique is to add a barrier at the bottom of your showers. there's not a big enough barrier so the water can spill over the entire bathroom if you don't put some towels down, which you shouldn't need to. loved everything else! a nice gym and really appreciated the breakfast.

Very friendly staff. Coffee machine in lobby a nice perk. The only thing I was concerned about was the interior noise which could probably be helped by carpeting.

The property was very clean. The breakfast was very good and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is no parking but ride share etc was readily available. Overall i was very pleased and would stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location, near subway and 7-11. It's a pretty quiet street but a close walk is lots of nightlife and restaurants. It's pet friendly, has a comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower, fantastic free breakfast with bacon and eggs and nice front desk people. Great place.

Both my coworker and I were pleasantly surprised with how great of a stay we had. Much nicer than expected with friendly staff - shout out to Marcus at the front who was so kind and helpful! The gym was great - small but included most things needed to make your routine work, and clean! Will certainly return to this hotel for my work trips.

I'm not a high maintenance traveler and city noise at all hours does not bother me.... That said, my stay (3 nights) at the BWP Soho was great!!! Very convenient location. Lobby water and coffee station! Room was spotless, staff (esp Reuben!) was above and beyond amazing. I'm a sucker for a hotel waffle maker and breakfast and theirs did not disappoint. Pro tip....take the stairs down to the breakfast room and you'll see the cleanest floor (on the C level stairwell landing) you'll ever see. I had to do a double take before stepping down because I thought it was SO SHINY I thought it was wet. Nope...just super clean.

The neighborhood felt slightly dodgy when we first arrived, but we got used to it and went out at night without problems. The proximity to the subway station is a huge plus, but our room was quite dusty (see picture) and there were several squashed bugs (looked like fruit flies) on the walls. There are earplugs available in the room, in they are definitely needed if you're not used to the loud city nights. The woman who checked us in was lovely and very friendly, but some of the other people at the front desk were not so friendly, unfortunately. Considering we paid $2000 for 4 nights, we definitely expected something better, even in NYC.

Overall the room was good! We did have several issues with stains on our towels and comforter. Both appeared to have been washed, however, they should have been disposed of when the stains did not come out. I would suggest bringing your own towels and wash cloths. Loved the free breakfast and it was in a good area!

A very nice hotel in the Soho area of NYC. Half block from the Canal street subway station, so easy to get around NYC. Rooms weren't large, but big enough, clean and updated. Good size bathroom, with hot water and good water pressure in the showers. Walker street is a cut through, side street, so very quiet at night. Beds and pillows were comfortable, good HVAC in the room. The free continental breakfast was also good. Nice range of options and good way to get some food in your system before you hit the town. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was way way too hot. Apparently a/c is not available this time of year. The windows did not open, either. Not sure I can give this one a thumbs-up.

Overall great stay. Newer building. Breakfast was good. Close to Chinatown and Little Italy. Wish bed was more comfortable. Sofa bed was tough to sleep on for my daughter. Would not recommend that as sofa spring literaly digs in to the skin.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean. AC was turned off by the hotel for most nights of the stay which let the room get quite warm at night. It was cool outside but opening the window was not an option with the noise outside. Breakfast had quite a few options but the quality of the warm food (eggs, bacon, hashbrowns )was quite poor even for this kind of hotel.

Don't let the Best Western name fool you. This is a very nice hotel! The rooms are modern and up to date. The staff is very professional and pleasant. Location is great! My only complaints were no coffee maker in room and no way to adjust temperature in the room. However I would still highly recommend this hotel!

When we checked in on 12/28/23 at 5:30 pm, the front desk rep Eugene was very cordial and helpful. He offered us water bottles and help with the sofa bed. This leaves me good impression of the hotel. The breakfast was good, too.

Great location, so close to shops and restaurants but on a very quiet street with hardly any street noise. Room was spacious and very clean. Had all the amenities you’d need e.g. an iron. Free tea, porridge etc in the lobby. Would definitely recommend staying here :)

Very nice hotel. Small but comfortable lobby, good breakfast. Location very convenient for subway, easy access to attractions and west village (where we went out to eat).

Overall just a really wonderful stay! From the second we walked in the front desk staff was so friendly and was able to accommodate an early check in. The breakfast in the morning had a nice variety and the location couldn't be beat. Loved the accessibility to the subway station to get to all the attractions. The surrounding areas were nice with the accessibility to China Town and Little Italy! The room was small (knew it would be when booking) but very clean. Would definitely stay again!

The neighborhood felt slightly dodgy when we first arrived, but we got used to it and went out at night without problems. The proximity to the subway station is a huge plus, but our room was quite dusty (see picture) and there were several squashed bugs (looked like fruit flies) on the walls. There are earplugs available in the room, in they are definitely needed if you're not used to the loud city nights. The woman who checked us in was lovely and very friendly, but some of the other people at the front desk were not so friendly, unfortunately. Considering we paid $2000 for 4 nights, we definitely expected something better, even in NYC.

Good size bathroom, with hot water and good water pressure in the showers. Walker street is a cut through, side street, so very quiet at night. Beds and pillows were comfortable, good HVAC in the room. The free continental breakfast was also good. Nice range of options and good way to get some food in your system before you hit the town. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location, near subway and 7-11. It's a pretty quiet street but a close walk is lots of nightlife and restaurants. It's pet friendly, has a comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower, fantastic free breakfast with bacon and eggs and nice front desk people. Great place.

A great little hotel right with top notch employees. Rooms were small but well designed and comfortable - a little chilly but bedding was soft and warm. Breakfast area was cozy and the options were surprisingly good, as was the coffee. Definitely will stay here again!

Overall the location was convenient. The bed was comfortable and the room was large. Room was clean. The breakfast was not edible it’s all highly processed! (Eggs were not real eggs, creamer was from a machine, yogurt was from a machine, fruit for the yogurt was in a sugary syrup and small fruit flies flying around) you can grab a banana though lol overall just don’t stay here for the breakfast otherwise it’s good but price is still steep… that’s new York for ya. Staff helpful.

The hotel was very nice. We only stayed one night but the location to Chinatown was very convenient. The shopping and dining variety was there. We had a great time, then came the breakfast in the morning, fabulous. All great for me.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean. AC was turned off by the hotel for most nights of the stay which let the room get quite warm at night. It was cool outside but opening the window was not an option with the noise outside. Breakfast had quite a few options but the quality of the warm food (eggs, bacon, hashbrowns )was quite poor even for this kind of hotel.

This hotel is close to the Canal stop (J/brown line) but please note there are multiple Canal stations. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent...filling and healthy options.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff could not have been more helpful. The room was small but it was big enough for what we needed. It was cleaned every day but they kept taking the soap out of the bathroom and replacing part used shower bell when we were staying over. I picked this hotel for its location. Which was excellent, and because it offered breakfast as part of the price. The breakfast was appalling. The only edible part was the waffles you could cook for yourself. We gave up after two days and went to a diner. I feel it was expensive as a result.

Highly recommend! We got in early and they were able to store our luggage however our room was ready before check in time so we were able to drop them. They also stored our luggage on our last day after check out and explored. Very clean hotel. Updated. The lighting under the beds set the mood. Our room had a fridge. Front desk was helpful and responsive. Also rooms were very quiet!

The staff was consistently helpful in finding the best route for my meanderings. The breakfast was fine, no surprises. While the room was small it was adequate and I appreciated the black out shades. I wish the street had been more interesting with better commercial options. The subway was very convenient.
