Pros: The check-in was easy and we were greeted nicely. The bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean. New floor and tub tile was nice. Had a clean microwave and fridge. Comfortable on a budget price. Cons: Tight parking lot. No room for big vehicles. Ceiling fan rattled when on, but only needed it one night. Floor heater in bathroom not clean. Wall ridge in bathroom was quite dusty. When turning on the shower, if the pull up knob was not up all the way, the pipes made a horrible sound in the walls. Be sure you pull it up completely! Overall: it was a good stay for not a lot of money. It served our needs and we slept well!

It was the most affordable location we could get during the busy Elko Expo time period. We were very pleased with being able to crash here for the night on our business trip. Location is central to Elko. Parking is a little tricky, and there's some construction east of the property. Staff was very friendly. The outside door of room 108 needs some maintenance for ease of opening it. Having to shoulder our way into the room might be a bit of a problem for some guests. I think it's a pretty straightforward maintenance fix to tighten up the three door hinges. Thank you for meeting our basic needs for the visit.

We checked in at 11:30 pm after a very long day on the road, so we had to ring the bell to get in. The owner was friendly and quick about check in. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were soft. I felt totally safe in the parking lot, through I wouldn't have wanted to walk down the street alone late at night.

The parking lot is small and had few options to park a car and trailer. Initially, the host offered on street parking, which I didn't feel was safe. He then offered to cancel my reservation, so I would have had to find another hotel after a day of traveling. We finally worked it out, but it left me a bit unsettled. This is not the place to stay is you are towing something. The room was clean but the mattress was saggy in the middle and not super comfortable. The price was very reasonable, so maybe this makes up for some of the shortcomings.

We stay here anytime we are headed through Elko. It's an easy stop as we are traveling the distance to Reno. This time was a little more lack luster. The TV didn't work (they did come and try to help) and the floor was very dirty. Both our children took their shoes and socks off and had black feet after walking around the room a few minutes. The breakfast is also poor in choices but you get what you pay for. This is a very affordable place to stay and the room was a nice cool temperature

While the cost, on-site owner, and bed were completely acceptable, my room was in need of repair and updating. There is no elevator, as the building only has two stories, but carrying a heavy suitcase up the stairs was somewhat difficult. The breakfast is sparse—cereal and fruit—but the fact that anything is offered is surprising for a motel room at its price point.

We like staying here each time we have to pass through the ELKO area. There are some really nice and affordable restaurants just a quick walk away and then it is off the main road, so it is pretty quiet and safe. The only downside is no pool, but that's okay

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights and slept well. The hotel is older, and has been updated. This is a very good value. I would definitely stay here again.

There had been water damage, one corner of the room. The wallpaper was peeling off and it smelled like mold. It was quite unbearable, but I had some natural bug spray that smelled like lemon that helped tremendously. It needs extensive updating.

the property was on a busy strip so it was noisy. the pillows were hard as rocks and the fridge was a little dirty on the inside. the ac unit is my biggest complaint. the air was off when I got there so it was really hot in the room. being that the unit was old it took 2 days for the room to cool down so it was hard for me to sleep. overall I give it a 5 out of 10.

The stay was great, rooms were good but there was a couple things that could use some attention. 1) the AC unit did work, but not that great. It was near 100 degrees outside and the AC was on full, but it was still warm in the room and made it difficult to get a good sleep. I prefer it to be a little cooler. The rooms near the road can get a little bit of road noise. There was also a broken wooden piece that went to the bench near the bathroom that needed to be repaired. Other than that, the rooms were very well maintained and clean. The price was great so I would probably stay there again if available.

The entire place is really old and some things are no longer working as they should. Door could not be locked, had to setup the TV first to get it working, the hinges on the fridge were broken and the AC sounded like a diesel tractor. The cleanliness of the room was okay and the owner and his wife were really nice! It was okay for one night and if you want to save money.

The owners are awesome. They flagged me down when I was leaving to give me something I had left behind. I arrived after a grueling all day drive that had aggravated an ankle injury. They didn’t have anything on first floor but when they saw me hobbling back to my car, they rearranged things to put me kn first floor. Overall nice folks, too.

It was the most affordable location we could get during the busy Elko Expo time period. We were very pleased with being able to crash here for the night on our business trip. Location is central to Elko. Parking is a little tricky, and there's some construction east of the property. Staff was very friendly. The outside door of room 108 needs some maintenance for ease of opening it. Having to shoulder our way into the room might be a bit of a problem for some guests. I think it's a pretty straightforward maintenance fix to tighten up the three door hinges. Thank you for meeting our basic needs for the visit.

It was a good place to stay. Small parking area ( good for small cars), easy to find, restaurants nearby and plenty of room in room itself.

This is my go-to place for one or two nights stays in elko. The management is extremely nice and helpful. The property is always clean and the beds are comfortable. Great location with easy access to everything in Elko and just a few minutes from Interstate 80. The Mexican restaurant across the street is a local gym as is the coffee mug restaurant just two blocks away

We checked in at 11:30 pm after a very long day on the road, so we had to ring the bell to get in. The owner was friendly and quick about check in. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were soft. I felt totally safe in the parking lot, through I wouldn't have wanted to walk down the street alone late at night.

We've stayed several times and have had quality experiences, met the owner and he's a nice guy and professional. We enjoy the affordable price and great location.

We like staying here each time we have to pass through the ELKO area. There are some really nice and affordable restaurants just a quick walk away and then it is off the main road, so it is pretty quiet and safe. The only downside is no pool, but that's okay

Motel was clean and safe which is what I require for overbites when I’m driving. Room was old, could use some repair and TLC. Bed was comfortable, microwave and fridg is great. Service was very good, check in easy and friendly. Nice continental breakfast was good. Would be nice to have a little protein, something easy maybe boiled eggs. Overall nice place for a stop over, good price.

This is Motel old but very clean. The room and beds were very comfortable. The staff are friendly and there is a basic breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

We stay here anytime we are headed through Elko. It's an easy stop as we are traveling the distance to Reno. This time was a little more lack luster. The TV didn't work (they did come and try to help) and the floor was very dirty. Both our children took their shoes and socks off and had black feet after walking around the room a few minutes. The breakfast is also poor in choices but you get what you pay for. This is a very affordable place to stay and the room was a nice cool temperature

While the cost, on-site owner, and bed were completely acceptable, my room was in need of repair and updating. There is no elevator, as the building only has two stories, but carrying a heavy suitcase up the stairs was somewhat difficult. The breakfast is sparse—cereal and fruit—but the fact that anything is offered is surprising for a motel room at its price point.

Exceptional service. Friendly and helpful staff. I was a bit skeptical at first, but it turned out to be a wonderful stay. Great price and comfortable room. Simple continental breakfast. I would stay here again.

There was hair on our bars of soap and the tv didn’t work. Called the front desk to get help with it, said he would help after he helped a guest, never heard back. It was well lit and right off the main street in town, but other than that not much nice to say.

Hotel is very dated but clean. Very sketchy people hanging around. Went to check in and nobody at the front desk. Rang the bell 3 times still didn't come. When she finally did she was very snappy and rude but as we stood there she became mire friendly. Think we interrupted her nap. I feel its a little high priced for the condition of the place Probably wouldn't stay again
