Pros - staff were great, so friendly & helpful, pool is amazing - we had a pool in our room which was great and perfect temp. Room size is really generous & spacious for the Eurphoria suite. Gym is one of the best hotel gyms . Spa is beautiful & really enjoyable experience, the messages are great. Water all round hotel, fruit at breakfast, toiletries quality of body wash/ shampoo etc was excellent. coffee machine in room with a big fridge, Towels were always stocked. They have an app which is great and staff super responsive on WhatsApp, pool food was good too! Cons - a few areas where the hotel let itself down and to be a true 5 star I think it needs to be better at certain areas, firstly, there should be speakers in the room, although room was big it was lacking , the hotel did also not replace the vanity kits which was very frustrating, I believe there should be a free shuttle into Fira, instead taxis are really expensive and the hotel use a 3rd party company that charge more than local taxis. The coffee at breakfast was terrible, there was only a limited choice of different eggs. For a 5 star hotel it should not be machine coffee and should cater for omelettes, fried , poached etc. there was constant rubbish left around the bins not collected which is not pleasant. Parts of the hotel were “closed for renovation” - restaurant/ vitamin bar/gift shop. This felt like a cover up for not opening due to quieter times which is quite misleading & we observed no construction

Helt fantastisk oplevelse ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Flot og rent hotel, super venligt personale. Kan helt klart anbefales og vi glæder os til at komme igen, men det burde være en voksen hotel

Fantastisk hotell! Nytt, nydelig basseng, fint spa og gym. Litt langt unna sentrum. Må ta taxi (som er dyrt på Santorini).

We had already stayed at the Nous Hotel in Santorini in October 2023 and were completely satisfied at the time. That is exactly why we decided to book the hotel again for 5 nights during our trip in May 2026. Unfortunately, upon arrival we quickly realized that not much was left of the hotel we had experienced in 2023. Overall, the hotel no longer feels well maintained – at least not at the level one would expect from a 5-star hotel. In many areas, it feels like costs are being cut. One example is the evening restaurant “Elio’s,” which appears to have been closed and merged with the daytime restaurant. This is mentioned neither on the website nor on Google Maps; even the menu is still available online and all the signage remains on-site – only the restaurant itself no longer exists. The most disappointing change for us, however, was the breakfast. In 2023, there was a good selection of sweet and savory dishes, along with an additional menu where guests could order egg dishes and other meals – as is common in many 5-star hotels. In the meantime, this option has been completely removed and the buffet has been significantly reduced as well. For example, there is no longer any freshly cut fruit, and the selection of sweet items has been greatly limited.
