- The shower switch has hot/cold opposite. Takes a long time for the hot/cold water to stabilize. - Breakfast has a lot of choices, unfortunately, it is not delicate enough (similar to a local street buffet for a low budget type). The buns are not soft but taste stale. - The sauna/hot-spring room has very few people (no one there when I came in). The temperature is too hot (set in an extreme hot temperature that is hard for children and skinny people to step in). - Overall, not qualified for a 4-star hotel.

The room and the hotel are showing its age for sure. But the staff are great and breakfast is good. Overall it’s a good experience.
