It was a very cute and clean apartment. I really liked it. I was bummed the decor did not look like the photos. The photos were why I had picked this Vrbo. It looked modern and cool. You get more cute and cottage like but I still loved it. I was in Miami for major surgery, my biggest complaint is the host was unresponsive. I booked this room for 10 days and 9 nights. There was not enough toilet paper for 2 people for this long of a stay. The host didn’t respond to my toilet paper question or my questions about check out instructions. We ran out of toilet paper and it was concerning for my companion to leave my care to get some but that’s what we had to do. Most of the reviews said the host was good so I’m not sure what happened this stay, but I was really disappointed. I had 0 response to about 7 messages, both through the app and text number.

Everything great on the apartment. 5 stars to the host and the service. Even the staff of the building was great. Only thing I can complain is that only 1 elevator was working and it was crazy the waiting times but everything else EXCELLENT

The apartment is largely as pictured and 15 to 25 minutes from the airport. Unfortunately the building only runs one elevator for 20 floors of building. You literally end up planning for the elevator ride.
