El desayuno muy completo, mas de lo que esperaba

Buen hotel, muy limpio, con piscina interior, en un Spa; aunque no funcionaban las saunas. Está algo alejado del centro, 4 km, y la zona en obras. Desayuno incluido, bastante variado. Personal amable. Instalaciones limpias. Habitación muy amplia con vistas al mar, con camas cómodas y cuarto de baño grande

Hotel Fanat has a freindly professional vibe toward customers, we noticed this extended amongst the staff members creating an overall enjoyable atmosphere. The quality of food and service at their restaurant is exceptional. Staying here has been an absolute pleasure.

A good hotel. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, the staff were polite and the location itself was far enough from the centre of Split to be very quiet whilst only being a leisurely hour stroll from Old Town. The cleanliness of the whole place and surrounding area was very good. Just a couple of negatives - the shower leaked onto our bathroom floor the whole time, which we raised 3 times with 2 different members of staff. Nothing was done about it the whole time we were there, with only vague promises of somebody from maintenence trying to fix it 'at some point'. Given we were in a 'deluxe suite', it didnt feel very deluxe. The area surrounding the hotel is also undergoing a lot of construction. Not a problem day-to-day, but getting public transport or taxis is doubly hard with blocked roads and this should have been something that the hotel is upfront about at check-in. The final slight plus point is that the sauna was unavailable for our entire stay. A couple of points off being a great hotel
