It was grwat to be able to use the ame ities from The adjacent resort.

The amenities were great. The pools and hot tub being open til 10 were a plus. Everything was mostly clean. TV had no signal but not a big deal. Walls were very thin and not very sound proof, but not too loud. The theme park shuttles are a bit limited with times, but I would definitely visit again. Area shuttles were a nice luxury rather than walking to every pool across the property.

This was a very nice property with great amenities. The breakfast options were great. They served just about anything you could want. The one thing I did not like was the shuttle. You have to reserve it the night before and the shuttle has its own schedule so you can't pick a time. Because the schedule was so crazy, we ended up having to book Uber for every day we were there.

The only con is that its further west from the airport. The Hotel itself was clean updated and friendly. All of the other options that are available makes this location incredible. The pools, the rec center, the pool bars, adventure park and all of the different kid friendly activities made it a great experience.

Nice resort with pool,tennis etc

Great value for the stay. A typical Holiday Inn Express, with a 2nd building next to the main one. The amenities were nice- we enjoyed the beautiful pool by the lake (waterfront rentals closed the day we were there, but we weren't looking for them) and game room. We didn't have time for the others. It's a bit spread out (maybe a half mile long from one side to the other). Good breakfast, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Shuttles not frequent, not walkable location, relatively far from attractions, water refill was not located in our building meaning we had to go to the main building in the middle of the night, breakfast is OK but the staff don't always put out everything and we had to ask for bananas, laundry is too expensive, the hotel gate staff were very suspicious of our Uber drivers. The room had ants and was not well lit. The bathroom was pretty gross. The staff were generally nice including front desk and cleaners.

The entertainment options available during our stay was awesome. Summer Bay is a great place for a family to kick back and relax. With the multiple pools, zip line, rock wall, and mini golf there is something for everyone.

Being able to use the amenities from Summer Bay is a great value. Highly recomend especialy for children. Breakfast was great, beds very comfy.

Clean rooms, speedy check in. They had housekeeping every day, that’s something not even higher end have now a days. Nice hot breakfast, pools club house, honestly I would recommend this one to my friends!! I felt safe, in a good location everything is super close, restaurants, fast food, Publix Dennys 24 hours. Overall it’s a hidden gem

Eggs were burnt first day the and sausages were cold wasn’t happy room was filthy didn’t clean room took pictures to show the manager wanted to take a bath the hotel doesn’t have locks on the doors to the entrance felt unsafe never again!

The bathroom stunk of urine/sweat. Shower was moldy. The staff was not very attentive and rather short with us when at the front desk. Breakfast was so so. Thankfully the weather was great so we didn’t stay at the hotel for long

The staff were very nice and this hotel was very affordable. It was maybe 75% clean. The towels and sheets smelled clean but had old stains on them. There was dust and wear/tear on the corners of the rooms and baseboards. The elevator license was also 4 months expired.

You can hear every single detail from other rooms, all the conversations. light goes through the doors and windows even with the blinds. Not recommended

The room was really nice. The bed was super comfortable and I really liked the overall feeling of the property.

Ice machine didn't work on my floor, room was out dated.

the rooms are extremely large. we were next to elevator. it made a humming/electrical noise every 4-5 minutes. sometimes short. other times long. the tub drain did not drain. night light next to bed won't turn off. had to unscrew the bulb. the main curtain doesn't close. so the sun shines in early in the morning. luckily we had a heavy clip to partially close the curtain. the breakfast was very nice. a large selection of things to eat. very close to 192/ Rt 27.

We spent 1 night and Live the cashier and Kathy were welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Our main complaint is the A/C is old and very loud and could need to be cleaned per my husband a maintenance manager. Both the bathroom and room that had a live seat were spotless and because of the desk and good desk lighting would be great for a business traveler. The coffee nook needs a light but was well stocked and the bathroom was well lit and a good size. Overall the shower could use an upgrade which signs indicate upgrades will be done in 2026. Happy with our stay and will book again . The manager Phillipe however was very unfriendly and could take lesson in customer service from his front desk staff who were very professional.

No television

Breakfast was really good but bedding can be more comfortable and rooms can be more quiet was hard to get some sleep. Besides that the pool was nice and breakfast was good.

Staff always had an attitude and do not answer the front desk you could get stranded waiting for shuttle bus Room wasn’t all that clean and they barely came to clean it overall visit was defined a 4/10

My phone went missing, called 2 days after my stayed said they where going to looke for it and never ansewr back. Called 10 times after that and never even answear the phone.

Room was clean, bed comfy, WiFi worked, and water was hot. Most of the issues came with the staff and kitchen. I did not see a single time during my 5 night stay when the dining tables were wiped down. So if you were not one of the first ones getting breakfast in the morning, you were sitting at a dirty table. The coffee machine broke down frequently. The toaster was not in great condition. Some days, multiple items ran out, and it was difficult to find someone to talk to for issues. I enjoy having a nice relaxing breakfast on vacations to get me off to a good mood before starting the day, but that was impossible at this hotel. Also, one of the washing machines had a broken button so I lost my money there. The receptionist said I would have to email a 3rd party to work it out, which I did, but they never responded. If you allow 3rd party vendors operate on your property, I think you should accept some level of responsibility for your guests. Lastly, the manager was speaking ill about other guests to the receptionist right at the front desk. I get it; I've worked in the industry before and their discussion was familiar to issues I've dealt with. But doing this right in front of other guests in the lobby was very unprofessional. This hotel seemed unrecognizable compared to other Holiday Inns I've stayed at. It used to be a name I associated with quality, but I'll be doing more research before automatically booking a stay with Holiday Inn going forward.

What an absolute travesty of a stay at this property. First of all, their “5 pools” are a joke. They may have 5 pools on property but most of them are a very far walk or even car ride away. Secondly, the bath tub drain was clogged up and they did not send anyone to fix it during my visit. Third, the free breakfast was inedible. A house keeping staff member walked into the room on me without giving me a chance to get to the door. Finally, the checkout host was EXTREMELY rude to me for asking for a checkout receipt. She refused to give it to me and I recorded her telling me they can’t print a check out receipt and she refused to talk to me after that. I’ll never give a other dime to Holiday inn.

really helpfull staff

Loved all the pools that were available to us, even two hot tubs open until midnight. The hotel was secured and in a very convinient location. Christian, was a pleasure to work with, he went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be.

Friendly helpful staff

Walked into the room an noticed that there was a loose cord coming out of the AC unit. It was not plugged into anything nor did it have an end to plug it in to. The TV did not work at all. I called the front desk from my cell phone because the room phone didn't work. They said they would get somebody on it. Went to take a shower and there was no hot water. Attempted to call the front desk again and nobody answered. I tried this for about 10 minutes before walking down to the lobby. While in the lobby I called the front desk, the lady behind the desk was not helping a customer at the time. I sat there and watched her let the phone ring. I told her about the hot water as well as the tv again. I had somewhere to be so I took a cold shower. As I was coming out of the bathroom the maintenance man knocked on the door and within 5 seconds opened the door. I yelled at him because I was standing there unclothed. I couldn't believe it. On day 2 I tried to call about the tv again. No answer again. Went downstairs and there was a not that said be back in a few. There was a gentleman who said he had been waiting for 15 minutes to check in. He began yelling in the back why I was banging on doors. We were finally able to get somebody to come out. I informed him again about the tv and that the maintenance man walked in on my naked. He didn't care. He gave me a business card that had to general managers phone number on it. The phone number was the same one to the hotel that nobody answers

Everything was great, safe, clean, Micel at the front desk was awesome.

Clean spacious room. Shuttle service to disney world was very convenient. Lovely buffet breakfast provided. There is ice machine present on the floor. Nice amenities available overall. The only negative is, there was only one staff handling the money, and serving the drink and food.

Great location if you don’t want to be in the middle of everything. Easy drive to Universal and Disney and ESPN. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

Property was well kept and off from the busier parts of Orlando/Kissimmee

Close to Disney World and a wide selection of restaurants. The resort grounds are nicely manicured with a water park, five pools and a few places to eat and relax.

I was close to all of the places I wanted to see.

The location close to Disney and lot of place to eat and shop .

The rooms were clean, the area on which they need to work is on the cafeteria, one day there was too many guests and the food run out the tables where dirty and there was no one attending. the cafeteria service door was closed, 5 minutes later a girl appear to help but she was the only one, it was a lot of people and only one person to clean and place the food.

Hotel seemed clean but I woke up daily with allergy symptoms that dissipated throughout the day so there was something in the room making me sick(mold maybe). Breakfast ended at 9:30 and they started to close the doors on one day, at least, at 9:17. I overheard one employee say she didn’t care if people were still coming in. They routinely ran out of things like eggs as early as 7 or 8 o’clock and we had to wait upwards of 30 minutes for them to bring out new trays. The pancake machine was repeatedly out of order but all it needed was a new bag of batter. One four slot toaster for the 200 guest of the hotel. The line to toast bread was always 4 or 5 people deep.Needless to say we were very disappointed in breakfast and how it was handled by staff. I witnessed staff being told to shut doors early on 4 of our days there. Very disappointing.

I wish that we had the time to enjoy the amenities. It looked really fun! They were remodeling the building we stayed in so I think it will be in better shape soon. It was really big and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing.

Had a great experience this weekend at the hotel and the free breakfast was good and very convenient for the family and kids.
