20 minutes marches du port. Beaucoup à visiter à distance de marche. Chambre spacieuse. Stationnement à proximité mais pas inclus dans l’hôtel. Aucun repas à l’hôtel. Chambre désuète. Eau chaude prends 10 minutes avant d’arriver. Aucun crochet pour accrocher les serviettes. Refond les chambres et changement de serviettes aux 7 jours. Devons descendre les serviettes à la réception pour les changer. Stores étaient impossible à ouvrir ou fermer. Les chaînes étaient saisies.

Most of the appliances didn't work. Why leave them in the room, if they don't work. No coffee mugs in the room, but have a coffee maker. The iron is cheap, no steam, water drips, I called for another, same problem.

We used the hotel to attend a sporting event in the area. It was perfect for our needs. Location we convenient to the stadium, the inner harbor, and local attractions. The staff are super friendly and helpful. And despite Baltimore being a large city, I felt safe at this location. The hotel takes its own measures to ensure safety. I would book again for a quick weekend trip

Very disappointed with the customer service. I accidentally booked a king room instead of a room with separate beds and called the hotel immediately to request a change. I was told the hotel was full and could not accommodate the request. I asked again at check-in and received the same answer. However, when I checked online, rooms were still available at the hotel and were actually about $150 cheaper for my two-night stay. It was frustrating to be told no options existed when availability clearly appeared to be there. The hotel itself was fine, but the lack of flexibility and customer service from both the hotel and the IHG brand left a poor impression. I expected better.
