Their key system is out of whack. You have to insert and yank the key out before it blocks you…very quickly And while we were there two keys had to be re-programmed and they knew to tell us that we must not get the key close to the mobile phone or key fob (for our car). Also there is zero mention that there are no elevators. We are 75 yrs old and they put us on the 2nd floor at the very last room furthest from the lobby (breakfast). Other than that it was great.

Our room was on the second floor. We loaded a cart and asked where the elevator was. We were told there wasn't one. We are on a road trip and had quite a bit of luggage. My husband had to make several trips carrying everything upstairs. He almost hurt himself taking up the cooler. If you are traveling light it would not be as big of a problem.

Room was priced decently for two Queen beds. Parking is a little rough at times. Lobby staff were courteous, helpful and professional. The room was clean, with the exception of some hair in the bathroom. It took a minute to figure out how to use the shower, as it had a different mechanism than anything I had previously seen. The bathroom in our room was also a bit awkward, as it is barely big enough for the tub and toilet. I almost had to step into the tub to shut the door because the door swings into the only open space in the bathroom. Beyond the bathroom, it’s a pretty typical layout and felt good. Overall, it’s not perfect, but not bad either.

There’s no elevator, which I knew ahead of time so it was fine. But some older ladies also checking in didn’t. The building is also built kind of wonky - bit of a maze to find a 2nd floor room. Otherwise, staff was working hard to be friendly and it’s clean.

We didn't feel safe parking our vehicle in a back lot, up against a McDonalds drive through lane. There was no available parking in the front of the hotel. Room was clean. There was a good amount of road noise. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. My husband partook of the breakfast offered and said that it was okay. We asked for a referral for a locally owned restaurant as we like to support local establishments rather than chains and the only referral we got was for a restaurant in another hotel across the highway, which we thought was odd. Nothing wrong with that, but just our personal thoughts.

I have to give the house keeping a shout out. The room was very clean and everything worked as it should. I travel allot and this was one of the leanest rooms/Hotels that I have stayed in. It s a little older but very well kept. The Breakfast was well stocked and a good variety. The lady running the breakfast was very nice and helpful.

Extremely clean with an eye out on detail. Property does need a remodel, tho. I care more about clean than anything and it looked good, felt better, smelled wonderful. Bed was super comfy with soft sheets and ample pillows. You can tell the staff care.

Don’t let the outside of the building dissuade you from staying, the inside is well-maintained and very clean. The breakfast is exceptional. Friendly staff, great cookies in the afternoon. Will definitely stay there again—easy access off I-25 which is important!

This is definitely a 2 star hotel. The tub needed to be resurfaced. Couldn’t tell if it was dirty or rusty. The bed was way too soft but the sheets were soft too! The staff was pleasant. It was difficult to get to with the road construction but not the hotels fault!

Super nice! Overwhelmingly friendly staff. Even the maintenance guy complimented my hat and held the door for me and my dog. Clean. Tidy. Quiet. Not at all fancy, but highly adequate. We felt safe in the neighborhood and walked all the way up the hill to the Ford center. Unfortunately there’s no restaurants nearby. Otherwise the place is great.

The staff was great, but the breakfast is SUPER. The green chili with scrambled eggs and loads of bacon was wonderful. They have a big supply of all kinds of breakfast items. Thank you. If nothing else stay there for the great breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I have celiac disease and they went over GF options for breakfast without me even telling them. Breakfast was great and lots of options. Facility was a little dated but it was still clean and worked well.

Staff was fantastic helping me as a Disabled Veteran with a service dog, especially having to go upstairs especially because there is, unfortunately, no elevator. One major suggestion though is to fence the pet area at the end of the building. This would provide a safe and secure area for animals where they could run, chase a ball without being in danger of going into the road. For a small investment, this would be not only a welcomed amenity, but a marketing focus that could be highlighted as there are no other hotels of which I am aware, that have a fenced-in area. I would be a repeat customer to this hotel and would tell everyone I know who has dogs/pets of this much-needed and much-appreciated amenity. Breakfast was, although "standard fare", the food was prepared better and was kept properly hot.
