Sophia Luxury Suites

Casal com duas adolescentes. Fomos até o hotel com base na localização do hotéis.com, mas não há nenhuma indicação da recepção. Quartos espalhados. Fica-se bem perdido quando se chega. Ninguém sabia informar sobre a recepção. Café da manhã no quarto mediante entrega com horário agendado. Além de atrasado chegou todo misturado/derrubado. O iogurte estava espalhado pela sacola. O recheio das panquecas estava espalhado na caixa. A comida vazou. Café ruim. Quarto amplo, mas o colchão das camas de solteiro eram muito duros.

The room was very clean! The luxury suite had just enough space for my three adult kids and me, as we were enjoying the family trip of a lifetime. No complaints there. The view was absolutely spectacular—I just couldn’t get enough of it! The sunset… WOW! This location offered a prime spot to see the Caldera view and the beautiful white buildings on both sides. The only drawback was the beds; they weren’t as comfortable as we’d hoped. They may be fine for those who don’t mind firm mattresses, but the twin bed in the back was so hard that my two adult kids woke up with body aches. Breakfast was great—plenty of delicious options for all of us. I do wish there had been a phone in the room to contact the front desk or service team more easily. The location was close to many eateries, though since we visited at the beginning of the off-season, we expected some places to be closed. Otherwise, it was still an amazing stay. We especially loved the hot tubs in the evening while watching the most incredible sunset! Thank you, Sophia Lucy Suite—it was truly worth the experience

The only good thing about this place was the view. We thought we were paying for luxury and its not. The breakfast was served in takeaway boxes and was never delivered at the time we ordered, always an hour late. The 'fresh' orange juice advertised with the breakfast meals is not fresh. Its a juice box. The light above the sink in the room was not working and there was no light in the shower. We ordered room service on our last night (pizza) and it was delivered after 2.5 hrs. The hotel receptionist/manager replied to my messages and said its on its way when I was asking after an hour wheres my food, then she said theres a problem in the kitchen and the problem was they lost power. She didn't apologise or bother to tell me there was a problem with the kitchen, she just kept saying my food is coming now, which it wasn't. After my food was finally delivered, she had to come to my room to do the check-out as we were checking out too early the next morning (and they don't start work until 8am) and she said the reason why my food was so delayed was because she didn't see my order on the app because she had so many check-ins that night and was super busy at 8pm at night (yet she replied to my messages telling me my food was coming). The whole story did not line up with the porter who said there was a problem with the app, not the kitchen. I speak Greek so there were no language barriers between myself or any of the staff. This place is definitely not worth the money we paid.

Clean room! Staff was really nice and quick to respond! I will definitely stay here again!!!

One of the best places i visited staff is over helpful and welcoming i surley recommend this hotel . and above all the view is breathtaking i will surely come another time
